- Adela (9/5): Our home away from home. - Always our choice to stay here. Always clean, location, friendly stuff, informative and welcoming. The cafe needs a little more variety of choices and food wasn’t as fresh as it should be. Bagels were hard, very hard to bite into.

The mattresses need improvement. They aren't really comfortable. Not much water pressure in the shower. That is tough to get soap out of hair. It is a nice place. Food is expensive. Nothing free. Starbucks in there so fruit even cost. Breakfast cost also. TV is small. Pool looked nice.

He also got my info pulled up my reservation and told me that I was upgraded to a suite which was a plus because I was traveling with my grandkids 2 boys and 1 girl for a graduation. We enjoyed our stay there and we also attended Church service at the hotel! The hotel is surrounded by several entertainment, shopping mall and restaurants. Thanks young man and staff for hospitality!

The beds were a bit "boxy" Biggest problem is i specifically chose this hotel for the hot tub. Got there and it was not working. Representative said the pool was open, but when we went it had an out of order sign on it. The room itself was huge though!

Room was a good size and was comfortable but had one of the loudest air conditioners I recall in a hotel room, going on and off all night. I did appreciate the fitness room too, but restocking cups for water didn’t happen.

- Laurie (10/5): - We booked a king suite for our bridal party to get ready in and with 9 of us and the hair and makeup artists, we srill had plenty of room. The barhroom was huge as well! I live in the area so Katy Mills felt safe, it was quiet and parking was easy. I have one personal negative, allowing guests to smoke on the bench outside of the front entry door was not welcoming, its a non smoking property but it wasn't enforced. Also, a strong smell of weed was present in the hallway, come to find out a couple was smoking near the pool outside and I assume the AC brought it in, unpleasant for me as a non smoker or weed user. Overall a 5 star stay!!

They hold a deposit on the room , and do not return it. Our room was not trashed and we did not take anything but I never received my deposit back. Be mindful of that before staying here.

Loved the oversized room with two beds (pullout in living room) and two TVs and wet bar 🍸 And the ambience of the pool area and hot tub with fire pit was serene. Having access to hot breakfast in the morning and drink available at the bar in the evening was a bonus.
