- David (5/5): Good value for money. How about giving us our 100$ deposit back. - Price was ok Couldn’t find reception. It’s in a different building with no signage. Then we get charged 100$ deposit which after 2 weeks we still haven’t got it back. Then we get sent down to the Quality Inn 3 minutes away. The quality in was a good place. Good breakfast.

Then they proceeded to tell me to check in here and go to the quality inn a couple miles away which there check in time is at 2. And I'm in a room right near the front desk super noisy. Not pleased

- Carol (1/5): Unacceptable Practice - I booked, paid and recd a confirmation days in advance. When i attempted to check in, i was told that they were full and had transferred my reservation and payment to the Quality Inn. I have NEVER experienced this before and i find it an unacceptable practice. It's my money and my choice where it should be spent. I had purposefully not booked with Quality Inn and now was forced to stay there. I will not stay at either facility again.

This place was made for gas workers and contractors etc. if you want pristine white sheets clean carpets no mold in the bathroom this is not the place for you. Bed sheets seemed clean and no bugs. Air conditioning worked. My room was right by the on-ramp/ off ramp so I got to listen to Jake brakes through the night. It has a convenience store right by it with a dining restaurant out front.

- Carmen (3/5): Better luck next time, but but there won’t be a next time - When we arrived at the facility, we were told that we couldn’t have a room because there was no Internet and they were not able to check us in. They did finally give us a room, but we weren’t allowed to leave because we didn’t have a key so we once we got into the room, we had to stay there until morning. We could not even go to our vehicle if we wanted to get items out or we would be locked out of the room. they only key was the master key and they could not let us use that one. Obviously breakfast was Nothing special.

- Wayne (7/5): This is a basic hotel that is good for a one night stay. - The bed was comfortable. The location was suitable for my purposes. The room was well supplied. I just needed a place to sleep and the room was adequate for that purpose. There was a musty smell in the room. Turning down the AC was helpful, but it did not entirely deal with the problem.
- Michael (4/5): - It's a cheap 2-star hotel. Many of the guests are working at the gas wells nearby, if that gives you an idea of the clientele. This place is fine for a single guy passing through but I would not bring my family here. Terrible communication between the hotel and Expedia; I spent almost an hour at checkout ensuring the hotel would get paid but I would not get double-charged. I will not return.

- Gerald (4/5): - We booked a room in the property shown in the listing. Instead we got a room across the road in an annex attached to the restaurant? We booked months ahead an reviewed no information stating this could not be honored? Secondly the remote for the TV was malfunctioning. We had several people play with it smile and just confirm it didn’t work correctly. No attempt to actually correct it or change rooms. I call this deceptive and lack of concern for service. No compensation offered. Customers need to be correctly notified and serviced. Customer beware. I will also post review on trip advisor so people are properly advised of this situation.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality room at an economical price.

- tonia (10/5): Overnight couple trip for a work event. - Just a quick overnight trip and this hotel was just what we needed! Well within our budget as we just needed a place to get ready for an evening work event. Everyone made us feel welcomed and was a very safe area!

- Carl (7/5): This isn’t the Taj Mahal, but it’s Doable. - Didn’t go to the breakfast… The quality and overall value of my stay was consistent with the price that I paid to stay there. The best thing of all was that the bar and restaurant was located right there on the premises There Was nothing that I took real exception to except, the overall interior smell of the room could’ve been better. I thought that the cable TV could have had better channel selection . My remote didn’t work very well. The seal surrounding the bathroom shower fell off in two different locations. I thought that the linen used for the beds could’ve been a little cleaner however, for the price… overall it wasn’t too bad.

Went to the office the next morning they said they would send someone who was great but couldn’t fix it. Then they moved us to another room then the toilet would not work. We made the complaint. The check-in was pleasant, but odd in that you checked into the Riverstone Inn at a large building across the parking lot. Apparently this large building also had "hotel rooms," but was used to room factory/corporate workers. The room was pleasant, and clean, and did not have the odd smell that often accompanies hotel rooms these days. The facilities were adequate and the room was furnished in such a way that it felt "old-timey." Perhaps that is the "Inn" part of the aesthetic.

- Lloyd (9/5): An almost perfect experience. - The room was spacious and well appointed, the bed very comfortable. We heard no outside noise, always a factor in our comfort equation. The shower was exceptionally good and easy to enter/exit, and use. Their restaurant was not very good. The food was too salty and preparation was minimal. The best part was the salads, which were fresh and the dressings were good. The spaghetti and meatballs was disappointing -- the meatballs were tough and very salty. The beef tips on rice were . . . just beef tips placed on top of a bunch of rice. No sauce, and the meat was quite salty. The waitress was friendly and charming, though, and the price was quite low. Somehow, after the high quality of the room, we expected better.

- Dr. (9/5): Great little place - We stayed in the cold part of the hotel which is across from the building they show on here it's old but it's small it's quaint it's clean and quiet they have a beautiful restaurant with bar and banquet area attached to the old part of the end the only time I went to the new building was to check in and get towels everyone was very helpful and kind. The only thing I did not like was when I walked from my building all the way across the parking lot to the new building because I couldn't find an ice machine on my side late at night Lots of construction workers stay there The Man Behind the Counter never told me that there was a nice machine in my building but it was just upstairs so it would have been nice to know so I didn't have to walk across the dark parking lot at night by myself but besides that everything was fantastic

- Robert (1/5): Never Again!! - Nothing. It was awkward. On the website you see the one main building but it has two. They put us in the oldest one across the parking lot. When we got to our door, there were cobwebs all over the light fixture outside our door ( mind you this is inside the building). The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The shower doors were disgusting, mold, filth, other guests hair etc. unbelievable. The nightstands were dirty and clearly not even wiped down. I took a paper and water just to see for myself and sure enough, it all came right off. The television screen and especially the frame of the television on its Right side had gross smearing of maybe someone’s greasy hands?? The coverlet on top of the bed had ‘multiple stains’ which appeared to be blood or?? We were in a room right against the stairway and immediately next door to the connected restaurants entry door. Noise was constant. The bed and pillows were as hard as a rock and both my husband and myself woke with stiff necks and very achy backs. We barely slept at all. At one point we thought we would go outside and sit in the gazebo to have a cocktail as it was beautiful outside. It too was a filthy mess. The sling chairs were covered in cigarette burns and holes. We again used paper towels and a water bottle to try and clean off the table and chairs enough to sit but the trash can was full, as was the one outside the entrance to the main building (when we’d first arrived) and swarming with Yellow Jackets! The parking lot had sticks, debris, rocks, and there was even a large chicken bone next to where my car was parked. We traveled a long distance and we’re so tired, too tired to even deal with it. Breakfast was in the main building across the parking lot from 4:00-8:00 a.m. as they apparently cater to the guys who are working there a few weeks and have that building booked. My husband went to get us breakfast because it said ‘to go’ containers on the site but no containers, and nobody around to ask.

I had the Eagle Has Landed (Philly Cheese Stea - Everything was very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping there. My room was in the front building which I did not mind as it was connected to the restaurant. No vending machines in the building that I was in.
