- Janice (10/5): Loved it. Going to make a yearly girls trip but for 2 nights not 1 - This secluded area and the old 1920s hotel with an very good restaurant Sinatras for lunch and dinner was better than we thought. The hotel was so homey and comfy and the quiet while sitting on the veranda outside our room was wonderful. Waterall making soothing sounds as was the fountain in the meditation garden. it allowed us to explore some spiritual activites in an environment that is not a tourist trap. My friend would have liked coffee at least around 8 and stronger.

- Valerie (10/5): It was just what I needed and I will be back. - Charm. Friendly people. Peaceful. Mama Crow was amazing. No breakfast at the restaurant
- Andrew (7/5): A pleasant experience that was marred by the behaviour of others - The location was excellent for the purpose of our visit and the hotel was as we expected it to be. We liked the porch area which was accessible from the room and the hotel ambiance Unfortunately our stay was spoilt by being unable to sleep due to other guest’s behaviour after they had left a party in the adjoining restaurant. One of the couples began arguing which continued for several hours both indoors in the hotel and also in the grounds, however there was no staff in attendance to be able to report this to. We checked out out early (before 9am) however the reception was closed and there was nowhere to leave the room key so ended up sliding it under the office door
- Davidson (6/5): - The atmosphere was great. Everyone was friendly. Ac in the room loud Temperature was uncomfortable a lot of the time.

- Tina (7/5): Good - I really love the ambiance and age of the hotel. The room I was in had 2 doors, one to a hallway and the other to the porch. The porch is wonderful with the resident cats and rocking chairs. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The Hotel was quiet throughout the night. Lack of ice.
- Michael (6/5): Pleasant -
- Angela (7/5): Good - Hotel was antique style, but very nice. We had dinner at Sinatra's which had excellent food. The mattress was way too soft and we kept rolling toward the middle. There was a portable air conditioner in the room, which was understandable due to the age of the hotel. It worked well, but was extremely loud. There's no breakfast place within walking distance. There was a coffee set up in the morning, but no one told us about it so we didn't see until we were leaving.
- Ann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (6/5): Very old, don't expect luxury - quiet, restraunt on site. antique furniture. big bathtub. Huge porch with rocking chairs, psychics onsite, cute town. Crystal and book shops was about all there is, fun museum. springs not too far Restraunt closed at 4 then wasn't open at all Monday. no hot tub or pool or coffee(till 9 a.m.)nowhere to get breakfast. no luggage cart. No ice or vending. Bed had big droop in middle.
- Danielle (7/5): Overall we had a wonderful time in Cassadaga and the historic hotel is part of the charm. - Love the old hotel and the atmosphere is wonderful. The restaurant within is excellent. The bed and pillow were a bit uncomfortable. Spring mattresses need foam toppers.
- Avery (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (10/5): Exceptional -
- Youmans (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rose (10/5): A wonderful experience. - They don’t provide breakfast. Location was good. Wish there were more things to do there. Wish they had breakfast. Wish they had a TV in your room.
- Patricia (10/5): excleent - Sinatra's restaurant is excellent ! a real trip down memory lane with actual videos of the days of Frank Sinatra Dean Martin and Judy Garland. Manager Scott and his niece Gabby extended an extraordinary act of honesty and kindness
One of my friends lost cash at the site a few days later I get a call from Scott . They reviewed guests in the restaurant around the time the $ was found went over and above to track me down to see if one of us lost something substantial Yes the $ was returned I am overwhelmed with the act of kindness. HIghly recommend the restaurant and metting Scott and Gabby Awesome People Best T Donahue
- Louise (9/5): It is an older hotel but that was expected so no real problem. Loved being right off the porch. - Toilet was like for a child. Too low! Especially for older persons or bad back etc.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Wysocki (10/5): Girls Trip 2023 - The hotel was clean and well maintained. Most of the staff was pleasant to interact with. The restaurant was great. Brandon was an AMAZING server. I can't think of a thing.
- Judy (1/5): See above 👎🏻 - The property was as expected. The staff we encountered were awful aside from initial check in. We were off site when they called stating we couldn’t use the private entrance as they are painting the porch and to call the caretaker when we returned and she would give us a front door key. That’s where the real issue started. When we returned (at around 6pm) and called the caretaker she answered the phone yelling “What do you want” and when I excused myself and stated I was told to call as she was supposed to give us a key to the front door as we could not enter through our private entrance not only did she not apologize for her behavior, but made excuses for it. No “I’m so sorry I thought you were someone else” etc. Then we were told we wouldn’t be getting a front door key as we were told we were and furthermore had to stay on the property or we would have to call her to get back in (definitely not calling her again that’s for sure) and could only do that until 11pm as she was going to bed. When we got back to our room we found the door ajar and I had made certain it was closed and locked before we had left so someone had unlocked and opened our door! To make matters worse, the caretaker then proceeded to have a party with a bunch of people in the sitting area playing music etc and I had to swim through the crowd to get out to my car to retrieve something. She obviously makes her own rules as there was a sign posted in our room that absolutely no animals are allowed, but amidst the party crowd was a big dog (no service animal vest etc, just a pet). Don’t get me wrong, I love animals and had nothing against the dog, the issue was the principle of it after the rest of her obnoxiousness. Too much to continue and for $140 I would suggest you go into DeLand or elsewhere for accommodation if you are planning a trip to Cassadaga. We didn’t even venture to any of the shops, etc as this left such a bad taste in our mouths. This will definitely not be our last review.
- Donae (1/5): We stayed for an hour and checked out. Absolutely was not worth the 3 hour drive, the staff was pretty in accommodating, - Nothing Dirty rooms and bathrooms, definitely not haunted or spiritual, oddly tan. Just seems like a money trap.
- Becky (5/5): Was ok. Sorry I wont return. - Quaint. nice large outside deck checkin was good
Sitting areas inside were fun.
Jazz player was excellent No breakfast Monday. No coffee bar or continental. The deck lights shown in thru my blinds on 1st floor.. People talking on deck til 11pm. No mini frig in room.
- Sears (8/5): Very good -
- Tammy (8/5): Enjoyed the Sunday Brunch and dinner at Sinatra's and enjoyed our get-away in general. - Hotel room was a bit small and cramped, especially the bathroom. For the price, I expected a little more.
- Linda (8/5): Very good -
- Eric (8/5): Very good -
- Dawn (9/5): You can feel the love and enjoy the comfort all in one. - The beds were super comfortable. Room 29 was very clean and was super relaxing. The location was great. The staff was nice. The porch was so inviting. I wish the office hours were later and there was more going on Sunday and Monday. I also wished the restaurant was open for breakfast.
- Baca (10/5): Great place, amazing energy, people, and comfy bed! - The stay was a long time wish needing to come true. I loved the space, the quietness, the cats, and the people. I will return in the future and enjoy the amenities. Thank you for your service. It is the first time I stay at a hotel without a television. I did not mind it but I am used to having one.
- Karen (7/5): Rustic, great decor, and wonderful peace of heaven - The hotel decor was fabulous. I loved the gift shop and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rustic feeling and the spiritual community and surroundings really made the stay special. I think they need an after hours contact number in case anyone in hotel has an issue with their room. The locks need to be updated.
- Linda (5/5): Went for psychic experience. I've had better. Unique get away - Wait staff very good. Menu interesting Did not have my reservation. Luckily I'd printed a copy.
- Pickering (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lindsay (9/5): Superb -
- Ronald (10/5): Exceptional - Basic bed and bath, no frills (like a tv) but clean and quiet and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious (no breakfast) and the ambience was definitely one of relaxation and comfort. Ignored the psychic vibe and enjoyed the reasonably priced place to stay close to Daytona.
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anonymous (7/5): Peaceful and positive vibes. - Room had side door to outside porch.
