The only thing i didn’t like is they charged us a Random Tip for their own, even when everything should be already pre-paid. I also never received a proof of payment afterwards where all these charges were shown in detail.

Actually all the staff were very friendly and so sweet and over the top helpful! Parking! I personally don’t think it’s fair to charge extra for parking when paying to stay at a hotel! Also that it took 10 minutes to walk from room, all the way to the back of the property to the parking lot.

- Sophia (9/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub, sauber, ordentlich, gut organisiert, weitläufig, freundlich mit Shuttle zum Hafen. Klare Weiteremp - Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer tollen, sehr sauberen Anlage, es hat uns wirklich begeistert. Es gab sehr viele Möglichkeiten an Zeitvertreib (versch. Outdoorspiele zB) und der Shuttle zum Hafen (Sonnenuntergang, Bootstouren, Restaurants etc) war wirklich ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Für uns war der im Hotel gelegene Starbucks noch ein persönliches Highlight. Der einzige absolut negative Punkt ist, dass es kein veganes Angebot gab, was zwar in Amerika generell eher schwierig ist, aber in einem solchen hotspot eigentlich heutzutage selbstverständlich sein sollte. Eine vegetarische Ernährung war aber durchaus möglich, wir sind alles in allem sehr zufrieden und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und wiederkommen! Vegane Ernährungsmöglichkeiten fast nicht vorhanden (Frühstück gar nicht, mittags o abends Pommes)

- Larissa (8/5): Es war gut. - Freundliches Personal. Super Umgebung. Es wird ein kostenloser Shuttle zur Verfügung gestellt um in das Zentrum von Key West zu gelangen. Es hat genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist relativ klein und verfügt über nicht viele Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Badehosen oder Tuch.

- Jana (9/5): Nice Resort - It's a very pretty resort! Pretty self-contained. Very clean! Starbucks on site! Some nice little perks (complimentary drink, fruit, beautiful pool). I'm still not 100% sure what my total bill was. Guess I'll see when the credit card bill comes. Started at $206 & with the resort fee ($50) it went up and last I knew it was $288, then there was an up charge to get right into a room that was ready (we got there before 4pm)...so not sure. Everything was very expensive there but expected it to be so that wasn't shocking. Grabbed some snacks that cost $44. Missed out on the perks as they are available only from 4-6 and if you go on the shuttle to see Key West, you'll probably miss it...we did. Everything there seems to shut down by 6pm.

Resort sells day passes online. Pool was so packed it was unenjoyable. Loud, dirty after being filled to capacity. No one cleans up trash around pool area during the day. The rooms were glorified motel rooms. You can tell the rooms are old and outdated - bid covered up with cheap wall paper and decor. The bed was the absolute worst bed I’ve ever slept on. Housekeeping was unfriendly. Upon checkout we discovered over $700 in unauthorized charges on our bill. Had to argue about those to have them removed.

- April (9/5): Better than expected, lovely resort, would stay again. - Excellent facilities, great shuttle bus, friendly staff Distance from town, noisy AC and felt we were misold our ocean view upgrade due to it being on the road and the noise kept us awake

- Brian (10/5): Convenient location with plenty to do. - Proximity to the airport and shuttle service to the marina area. Open area between the buildings for relaxing or a variety of activities. Dog friendly. Number/frequency of shuttle runs during busier times. We ended up crossing the street twice to catch the city bus system to get downtown.
