- Maquera (7/5): - La vista desde el 8vo piso y la piscina amplia, es lo más bonito del hotel. Es céntrico y limpio. El empleado de la noche era nuevo y permitió que unas señoritas alcoholizadas hicieran ruido en áreas comunes (piscina) en la madrugada, por más de 2 horas. El desayuno es solo un saludo.

Breakfast was small but lovely with a great smoothie. We liked the pool. However, it was a little cold, but ok once you're in. Loved the hammocks on the very top floor 👌 Cold swimming pool

La piscina estaba sucia cuando llegamos, luego de 2 días estuvo disponible para los huéspedes, no tenían servicio de habitaciones las 24 horas, ya que una compañera estuvo mal y no pudieron venderle una tasa de mate (manzanilla o anís) y hay una construcción al lado del hotel, y desde las 6 am hay demasiada bulla!

- GlendaLee (3/5): Decent for the price, but not worth for long stay. - The hotel is decent for the price for one or two nights. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, and the pool area looked clean and inviting even though I didn’t use it. The AC works fine. Breakfast was pathetic, with very limited options. Only one towel was provided, no face or floor towel and when I asked for another they refused. The TV has basic cable, but don’t expect good movies, mostly local channels with old films translated in Spanish and very poor reception. No smart TV. The area can also be quite noisy at night.The bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold and was covered with clear tape all over. I booked for 12 days but ended up leaving after 5.

I didn't have hot water in the shower, and on the 5th floor without an elevator which is tiring when you need to go up and down 6/7 times a day. The pool was a bit disappointing, not as clean as I would have hoped for and very cold.

I asked for a taxi to take me to the airport. Taxi never showed so took a tuk tuk to airport. Property is not in the greatest area of the city.

The lady makes breakfast “to order” but stated it was only one slice of bread per person. (All I had asked for was two pieces of jam and toast) saw geckos on the walls and my son heard suspicious squeaks (mice we presumed). Libby toilet had no toilet seats either. Do I really need to say more. Those 10 point reviews are either fake or written by guests without any standards). No the hot water was not broken, they simply never have any. This was a NIGHTMARE . Expedia PLEASE don’t promote this property it’s unfair. A couple of staff members were nice.

- Richard (10/5): - This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself is nice and has plenty of tuk tuk outside waiting to take you places. The hotel is only 6 blocks from downtown. Its pretty ideal for me. The only downside is the breakfast is pretty bland, but thats not bad. They got beer and drinks at reception area. They are good to me. and I only stay here. Highly recommend.

- ALEXANDER (2/5): - El personal de la cocina y la atención en el desayuno muy bueno pero no puedo decir lo mismo del personal de los encargados de hacer el checking de los huéspedes del hotel había un jove que a pesar que mi acompañante estaba registrado a cada rato le pedía documentos para ingresar al hotel y también a mis invitados que venían a visitarme al hotel a cada rato le pedía documentos cuando ellos ya en oportunidades anteriores le dieron sus documentos no sé si tendría alguna fijación o desviación o algo en contra mía o de mis invitados que nos hostigaba de esa manera para aburrirnos y no sé cuál sería su intención al final lo otro es que cuando pedí una toalla porque no habían dejado toallas 2 por habitación matrimonial simplemente no me dieron y se demoraron varias horas en darme una toalla haciéndome secarme después del baño con una sábana de la cama por no haber toalla mala atención a tiempo de requerimiento por parte del huésped en conclusión se pagó mucho dinero por noche por un mal servicio del personal de la administración del hotel haciéndome pasar muchas incomodidades en mi estadía por 01 semana no pienso volver a este lugar nunca mas

- David (6/5): Did not exceed expectations - We were booked for two nights. The first room was above the disco and on the street, so it was noisy. The second night we switched to an interior room. There seem to be very few guests. The double bed sagged and the bathroom flooded due to the rain. The breakfast was individually cooked but not much there. The coffee was instant, in season and out of season. The location is convenient.

- Ilajil (4/5): Its Ok - Check in is ok, no issue. Location is good. Room is spacious. CONS: No Wifi even if staff insist there is. Its a lie. They will give you multiple PW for reception area, 2A and 3A but no connection at all. Breakfast has no flavor, instant coffee, and only 1 egg is allowed. Do not get room overlooking the street, very noisy. You can hear everyone talking and the relentless honking of motokars until dawn. No elevators by the way which is a bummer since they gave us 3rd floor and we have luggage. Pillows are too small and beds are hard. Thank you to the staff who gave me extra pillow, rag for the bathrrom and called for my taxi.

- Angela (10/5): - The hotel accommodation itself was totally fine and comfortable, but there were 2 major issues for us. Two of the main reasons I chose the hotel were laundry facilities and airport transportation, both of which were advertised in the room description during booking. We were told the laundry facilities were not available after 4pm (undisclosed during booking), and we arrived at 4:45. Staff refused to accommodate us by opening the room for self-service laundry. The other issue was that the website listed airport transportation, and that was not provided. The front desk person did call a taxi for us, but my understanding was that transport was included with the room, and it was not.

The pool was refreshing after long day in the warm city. Location was good, 4 quarters from Plaza de Armas, but the immediate neighbourhood was only ok. The hotel did not have warm water in the bathrooms (or anywhere else it seemed) so showering and washing hands was done with room temperature water. The pool was in maintenance for 24+ hours after we arrived, which was a bit annoying.

- Chandradatt (4/5): Dirty pool - It was walking distance to plaza de arma. The pool was dirty my skin was itchy after I got out of the water. After 3 days stay they decide to clean the pool which look like it has months of dirt. The cleaning ladies clean the rooms very well. The check out part was a nightmare they could print my receipt. My husband got parts stolen from his motorcycle in the front of the hotel and after 2 nights were told there's a garage. Person at the desk forgot to charge our beverages at check. Got a message to return to hotel cause we had a bill to pay. Very inconvenient.
- Dawn (4/5): - This place has a cute pool and is affordable. The people working the counter were very sweet and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. However, the rooms were absolutely disturbingb and in disrepair. It was a very bizarre experience. My room had mirrors on the wall and the mirror was dirty and I'm going to assume the long streaks down the mirror were someone's soda exploding that was never cleaned. The lamp flickered on and off because of bad wiring. The shower was also crumbling and not the rainfall water had that was promised. There was a huge window in the room that let in the light from the hallway that there was no way to control. Ended up staying only one night and going elsewhere the next day. The bed was comfortable and this is located very close to the market so it was easy to get up the next day and check out the market.
- Holcomb (2/5): If you need a place to stay on a budget and don’t mind bugs in your bed, then stay here. - The location was nice being right next the the market, water, plaza, and restaurants. The air conditioner worked well. Upon arrival they brought us to a room with one bed after booking for two. they moved us so that was great, but there were bugs in my bed when I lifted the sheet. Booking has our information in English and showed our fees in our currency, so this is what we brought. We our tour company was picking us up and I was paying to check out they were very upset I didn’t have Sol and we were there for about 20 minutes resolving the problem.
- Alexander (6/5): Very helpful staff, poor breakfast. Expensive for what you get. - Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. Location is OK. Breakfast was good at weekend where they offered a regional option, but if you didn't fancy that, then the only other choice was the "continental" option, which was very poor quality. Two slices of packet sliced bread (cardboard consistency) poorly toasted, with a slice of cheese, and a glass of juice. On weekdays there is no regional option.... only the very very poor continental option. Airport transfer is only for collection from the airport on arrival, they do not cover the return to the airport. Wifi password took me a day to obtain (written ambiguously on a scrap of paper) and did not work. Just gave up and used my mobile data (which is slow in Iquitos btw). No hot water in the bathrooms. It is not cheap.

La piscina con agua limpia. Buena ubicación, céntrico y seguro. Mi único reproche... deben limpiar las zonas altas de las ventanas, pues había presencia arácnidos.
