• Steven (6/5): We weren't looking to go back and rest and relax - unlike our other stays - Good location, close to station with a lawson/7-11 nearby. Staff are very helpful. They have a nice Sauna/Onsen facilities to relax even if you don't do Sauna, there's rest area like a Korean jimjibang Very small room, even smaller than the ones in Sapporo which is a much bigger city. Room size is similar to what you'd get in Tokyo, but this is not Tokyo. The shower curtain was also moldy so we had ask for it to be replaced.

• ozaki (8/5): ・・・不可もなく。 - 連泊して二日目は、近くの某（Y'）ホテルへと朝食を頂きに行きました。朝食を楽しみにしている私たちには品数も少なく、ベーカリ－も少々残念な感じでした。 その点こちらでは、程よく品数も揃えてあり焼きたてのベーカリ－もありまた、ホ－ル係の方達がてきぱきと細かいところまで気を付けて会場をくまなく見てくれていました。 我々には、記念に写真を撮りましょうと声をかけて頂き「パチリ！」写真でなくこの方のサービスが記憶されました。 感謝。 また観光を終え帰着してからの時間位でしたがレストランの一角が解放され、各種のドリンクサービスが受けられました 勿論ウエルカムドリンクサービスとは別のサービスです。 驚き。 部屋の手水鉢が今どきのデザインで底が浅く間違って水を勢いよく出してしまうと大変なこととなります。 また、自分ではどうしてもこの水を口にすることが出来ませんでした。

There was a ski waxing / tuning station on site. Rooms are relatively spacious for Japan. Great Onsen and breakfast. I wish they had a closet or a dresser in the room to unpack our clothes. In addition, a ski room could have been agreat addition. There were many guests that used the hotel as a gateway to the various ski mountains in the area, and brought their gear. Given the lack of storage space in the room, a ski room could have been really helpful.

• Shirley (8/5): - Overall, it was value for money but the room was a little small for a family of four and there were no water provided in the room. Staff speaks limited English so communications is a little challenging. Onsen was nice.
• Angela (9/5): Relaxing Onsen Experience with Thoughtful Extras - The outdoor onsen is lovely, especially the pool with EMF/static water jets that gently massage the back, waist, and legs. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available until 10pm, which is a nice touch. Each guest also gets one bottled drink per night from the vending machine at the onsen area — perfect after a relaxing soak. Western and Futon beds are comfortable. I wasn’t sure how to use the rock beds at B1F. It felt a bit stressful as everyone seemed to be watching, so I left. Clearer instructions in English would be helpful for first-time users.
