- Shane (5/5): How to manage a caravan park withour getting your hands dirty. - Close to beach.. big and spacious sites. Staff rarely answer phone. Have to walk all way down to reception if you need to contaxt them. Laundry only takes coins abd then when you go into reception for laundry change with your debit card they tell you that they only accept cash. On leaving you have to empry alll your rubbish in the bins that are over a hundred meters away. There are no bins located around the park. Baaically managemebt are too ducking lazy to get off their arses and go outside the reception..

- Liz (10/5): We loved the place, comfortable, safe and close to all amenities. We will be revisiting. - We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and having the walking track right next to us. The views, the cafe at the caravan park and surf life saving club close by. It seemed very secure and safe and the staff were always friendly. And when we did have a problem relating to the bathroom it was rectified almost immediately. We will be visiting you again. Nothing really. Some noisy neighbours for a couple of nights but you cant always control that.

- Amanda (10/5): A beautiful spot to stay would definitely book here again. - Our cabin was on the beach front such a beautiful spot to stay with family. All the staff are friendly and helpful when needed! I cannot fault our stay. I would say it’s a big issue and only a small inconvenience, We had to get rid of our own garbage and there wasn’t enough garbage bags for a 4 night stay so a warning when booking would have been great as we didn’t know. However we now know and will be prepared next time this wouldn’t stop us from going again. And the staff were more than happy to give us a bag.

Great on-site cafe for breakfast, lunch and coffee was good. Cabin was clean and we could see the ocean from the deck. Had to make bed as not all beds were made up. Cabin was a bit dated.

The cabins are great and ideal for ourselves and our adult children and our grandchildren. We found the cabins airy with brilliant accees to the beach and better vaule than a hotel
- Clare (6/5): We have stayed in other cabins which were much nicer, this cabin was not good but the location and park in general was g - Location was spectacular, and park layout was good. Ladies in the office were lively and welcoming as well. So close to the beach and cafes- wonderful friendly vibe and laundry facilities were very good. Our cabin was very tired. The bed was terrible and pillows completely unacceptable. Our screen door blew off and we couldn’t get it back on, and there were only very basic utensils in the kitchen.

- Lana (9/5): Bulli Beach Tourist Park - Everything - location, vibe, facilities, staff, cabin, safety, quietness/respectful noise, cleanliness, ease of check-in & Check-out. -• Main bedroom fanlight remote wasn't working == Suggestion - need a way to channel aircon air to the main bedroom whilst still closing the door for privacy; otherwise it becomes unbearably stuffy & hot (hence why I guess the fan was installed). -• Would have preferred doona/s rather than blankets (personal preference).

- Dan (2/5): Horrible - None The scariest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. The photos looked great, but when we arrived, we discovered it was actually a motel. A vast, pitch-black parking lot; rooms full of cockroaches; dim lighting from years of neglect; filthy bed covers; and worn-out tables, chairs, and sofas. Because there were so many cockroaches, the kids were so frightened that they ended up sleeping in the car. Early the next morning, we “unlocked a hidden plot twist” and discovered that right next to the place was a huge cemetery…

- Kerrie (8/5): We enjoyed it and would stay again. - Location was great, cabin was comfortable size, clean and very close to the beach but the cabin itself was set back behind other cabins so the view was quite narrow and our cabin only had a bar bench not a dining table out the front. Having a cafe on site was great for morning coffee. The cleaners standing outside for 2 hours prior to to check out time didn't make for a relaxing breakfast and pack down.
