Close to Central Marina shopping centre. No kettle in the room though. I like to make a cuppa at all hours.Otherwise good.

- Robert (2/5): A very unpleasant stay - This hotel has nothing in the area, No shopping, dining or entertainment. The hotel rooms are fitted out with old style bathtubs that you have to climb into. Dangerous for older people. The faucet is even older and didn't work properly. Amenities lacking one a small bar of soap, shampoo and hair net. That was it. I have stayed in the heart of Pattaya in hotels much better than this one for 60% cheaper. The hotel was empty. I found out why. The TV was small and it looked like it was from the 80's much the same as the bathroom fittings. No attention to detail. The shower was left on and it was pointing outside the shower, so a shocking surprise when you reach in to turn on the water. Because of the street noise, I had asked for a higher floor, I was turned down unless I wanted to pay 20% more for a higher floor in an empty hotel. No thought to customer satisfaction only how much they can make. It certainly is not about the customer. I would never stay here again. In fact the area is like a retreat. I have stayed in several hotels in the city center with all the food and entertainment right outside the hotel for 60% less and better-conditioned rooms and amenities. Plus the small narrow street it was on could be viewed by some as dangerous at night.

Huoneen siivous huonoa, oli pyyhittävä pölyt hyllyistä ennen kuin voi laittaa sinne vaatteita. Tasoja, parvekkeen lattiaa tai wc- pönttöä ei siivottu lainkaan, shampoota tai wC-paperia ei tuotu kuin viimeisenä päivänä, kun valitimme asiasta. Kun kolmelle tilasi ruuan vain yhdelle tuotiin aterimet. Ammattitaidotonta hotellin pitoa. Huoneiden avaimet olivat pöydällä kaikkien saatavilla, henkilökunta katseli puhelimiaan eikä aina kukaan ollut avaimia vartioimassa.
- Peter (8/5): Great Affordable Hotel next to Beach - For economy accommodations in Pattaya, you cannot really find better. The beach is a block away, there are a dozen different secure Wifi routers to connect to, a stocked mini fridge, a digital safe, a deep tub and shower...the bathroom has granite counter tops, and what might be marble floors. Everything is slightly worn, but I am perfectly pleased and had a extremely comfortable stay. Laundry Services are right outside the door, a couple buildings down, right next to a masseuse, fruit stand. During the day, there are usually a cart outside selling fried chicken and another selling sodas. The hotel also has a restaurant open until the evening. Maid service top notch and friendly.

- JN (8/5): 部屋が広い - パタヤ観光の際に一泊しました。 ・立地はSoi1のビーチ近くで静か。 ・近くにコンビニやコーヒーショップもある。 ・スタッフの対応は丁寧。 ・部屋は綺麗でやたらと広くてベランダもある（寝るだけだともったいない）。 ・歯ブラシなどのアメニティーはないので買うか持参が必要。 綺麗で広くて快適ですがアメニティーには注意が必要です。

- roger (6/5): Quiet hotel - Had nice ocean view. Room was dated, but clean and very large. Had 2 TV`s, unfortunately one in bedroom had such a poor signal it was unwatchable. Water in shower was tepid at best. Maintenance called in to fix with no improvement. Weather was hot so not as bad as it could have been. WI-Fi signal was poor in the room. Cleaning lady very friendly & helpful. Hotel has nice pool & overall was OK for a few days. It was relatively cheap compared to some nearby hotels so in regards to value for money it could be a consideration. King bed very comfy with sheets changed daily.

- fernando (4/5): close to beach but..... - my stay was unenjoyable from the moment i checked in. first they could not find d my reservation then they gave me a 3rd floor room that stunk of cigarette smoke and had a lot of black mold in the washroom. I asked to be moved but they insisted three were no.other rooms available. I tried to stay but could no.longer stand the smell so left at 9pm to a different hotel. Word of the wise, make sure you insist on a non smoking room when booking.

- Floranica (8/5): Amazing pool view - It was really goood value for what we paid for. The pool view was spectacular even though it was just on the 9th floor. Nice spot for sunset. Room was large and with a huge balcony. There are no loud bars nearby but there's tops and McDonald's on the beach road.

The hotel has been left in the shadow of the neighboring multistorey international hotels, covering the view on the sides of the hotel and sun appearing only at 12:30 afternoon at the rooftop poolside on the otherwise nice standard pool. However, poolside gets crowded during peak seasons. The room is good standard, big and relatively clean. Some spots and stains on fabric coated sofa. Bed has a blanket covered with sheets, not proper duvet. Sheets were worn out with some small holes during some days room make. The aircon compressor unit located on the balcony makes lots of noise, two units between the room balconies. Also noise from neighboring building's ventilatilation systems can be distracting, being sensitive to noise had to change to another hotel on same street after the booking period ended during new year celebration holiday. Based on own experience, would not recommend for long stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): ソイ1の中級ホテル - 7月に2泊しました。雨季でしたが滞在中は雨は降らず暑かったです。ホテルの場所はソイ1を入ってすぐで周りにはファミマやレストランがありビーチロードにもすぐ出れます。ウォーキングストリートに近くなるに連れて騒がしくなるので、ソイ1あたりのが静かでちょうどよかったです。 ウォーキングストリートまではソンテウに乗ればすぐ行けます。 向かいのホテルの一回にあるマッサージが安くて綺麗でおすすめです。 ホテルの部屋はきれいでしたが、アメニティが充実していなく、ちゃちいシャンプーと石鹸しかないので、歯ブラシセットとシャンプーなどは近くのコンビニで購入する事になりました。 最上階のプールは人が少なく景色も良いので晴れた日にはこちらでのんびりするのもオススメです。 冷蔵庫にある水は1日2本までは無料と書いてありましたが、このホテルのマーク？が入った水以外は有料らしく、知らなくてエビアンやらを飲んだらチェックアウト時に追加料金とられました。滞在の際にはお気をつけ下さい。 ソンテウに乗った際には、ドライバーにホテル名を告げても理解してくれない事が多いので、ソイ1と告げるとホテル近くまで帰れます。

- CHRISTIAN (6/5): - Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das ist leider spürbar. Der Staff ist zwar freundlich, reist sich aber für die Gäste kein Bein aus. Es fehlt klar an Führung. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist mit seiner Aussicht super, aber es stehen für die Grösse des Hotels zu wenig Liegen zur Verfügung. Auch die Poolbar ist erst ab 12:00 Uhr besetzt und Handtücher, Getränke etc. gibt es davor leider nicht. Ich war jetzt drei mal im Summer Spring und das war wohl definitiv mein letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel.
