- Arta (8/5): - Staff, big suite, AC and Wifi Some guests(mostly indians) were lound around the clock. That really bothered us as they were shouting and hammering even at midnight. The breakfast was ok but not really spectacular. The location is quite far from the beautiful beaches but its nice as it is located in a quite area. The staff is helpful and friendly. I didnt like the sofa in the suite. But the reception provided me a sheet to cover it.

- Amelia (5/5): - Very spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a nice pool area The breakfast let the stay down, it was very sparse with not a lot of options and the ‘hot options ‘where room temperature at best. The resort also had a bad smell in the corridors and all of the outside area. The location is quite out of the way and unfortunately the hotel stops doing food after breakfast so expect to travel or order in for lunch and dinner

- nedim (5/5): Despite some positive points, the stay was average due to service limitations and a lack of common area comfort. - Although the air conditioning system is old, it provided sufficient cooling in the room. Melih was very attentive with room service; water and coffee were refilled daily, and we did not experience any issues in this regard. This was a positive aspect of our stay. Charging extra for a second room key and even for basic requests such as an additional bedsheet is an unreasonable and negative practice. There was no late breakfast option and no fresh coffee service during the day, which made it difficult to spend time inside the hotel. The lobby was not adequately air-conditioned, was very hot, and did not offer a comfortable seating area. There was also no fruit service. In addition, the absence of airport or city center shuttle services meant that we had to rely on taxis every time, which was inconvenient.

Le petit déjeuner est correct pour quelqu'un comme moi, ce qui n'est pas difficile par pour ma petite famille. Pas de sucré, seulement du salé. Situation géographique un peu loin de tout mais pas dérangeante quand on a un véhicule sachant qu'on est au milieu de Phuket. donc pour aller au nord ou au sud cela est rapide, j'ai apprecie etre a l'ecart pour un bon repos au calmes. Le petit déjeuner seulement salé compliqué pour les enfants...

Gym was basic but ok, ditto for pool area. Staff were pleasant Location - Middle of a residential neighborhood (compound), miles from beach or shopping. 5 - 10 minute walk to convenience store or small grocery store. Restaurant only open for breakfast, nearest options to eat were Japanese buffet (good but pricey), and Korean bbq, both 8 minute walks. Would not refund 4 remaining nights.

- Luxshan (7/5): Pleasant - A decent, clean place to sleep. The basics are all covered: the room was tidy, the towels were fresh, and the air conditioning worked well. The location is slightly out of the way, which was good for quiet but required a longer walk to every convenient location. The front desk staff at night were efficient but not overly warm or engaging. It's a reliable hotel, but you won't find any 'wow' factor here. Good for a no-frills stay. First of all the breakfast buffet is kinda boring because of the same menu every day, also the food is not that hot nor warm, it’s literally cold.

- PATRI (10/5): Formidable, las fotos las tengo el movil, ahora en la tablet nooo - Un sitio muy trankilo, la habitación en confort cada día dejaban agua, con desayuno incluido me gustó mucho la comida, y todo lo del bufett, el personal super amables, tenía un gimnasio y la piscina al lado, tenía un seven eleven q funciona 24 horas, yo quedé encantada de phuket mercado nocturno, mercados y playas cercas, super cómodos , bueno a los que venimos de auropa ya nos cayó bien el cambio de moneda bueno al ser un clima tropical, un poco el calor 😁

- Franziska (2/5): - Es war überall Schimmel. Wir hatten eine Ameisenstrasse im Zimmer. Es war ein unerträglich schrecklicher Geruch. Bei beischeidgabe beim Personal passierte gar nichts. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation. Das Zimmer wurde in 4 Tagen nur ein Mal gesäubert und wir haben dreckige Handtücher bekommen. Es war sehr laut, die Hütten sind gar nicht gedämpft. Der Safe funktionierte nicht und auch da kümmerte sich niemand bei Nachfrage. Die ganze Ferienanlage ist komplett vermüllt. Nie wieder!!!

Most of the things are cold and not eatable anymore like the omelettes. Toilet was very bad!! The water did not flush and it keeps getting clogged!! There was not Thea offered in the room which was very disappointing and not logical. You’re serving coffee in the room but no Thea? What’s that… there was no safe box in my room when I arrived, no proper laundry service…

- Soo Chia Stella (8/5): Value for money - Big clean rooms and room is equipped with fridge and kettle. I booked the room for 3 person but they did not provide extra bed ao I slept on the sofa bed which is comfortable. Location is good but only if you have your own transport.

Breakfast was a little bit cold and for an European man (who eat lot) this breakfast is very small. People in Asia eats more frequently and smaller bits, therefore breakfast could be enough in average. There is no any informative paper or guidance about how to use public transport or how to navigate in Phuket if you dont have car nor scooter.
