- Grit (7/5): Die gute Anbindung an die Öffis war super, von daher für einen Kurztrip ganz okay. - Ich hab nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt und es war machbar. Das war wieder ein plus. Meine Tochter und ich hatten leider erst ein behindertengerechtes 2-Bettzimmer erhalten. Hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Leider war der Stuhl verschmutzt. Ich hoffe es war nur was verschüttetes. Das Frühstück war okay. Für ein 4Sterne-Haus und den Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet, wie z. B. frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen je nach Geschmack.

- Shyamkumar (5/5): Not again at this place, absolutely no value for money - Location and proximity to transport Pathetic breakfast, long way to private apartment, slippery bathrooms, bad aircon in the supplementary room, incomplete kitchen, unhelpful staffs.
- Gerald (7/5): grundsätzlich gutes Hotel - Positiv hervorzuheben ist definitiv die zentrale Lage des Hotels mitten in Braunschweig, sowie das Zimmer. Weniger angenehm war allerdings die Parksituation wobei ich fairerweise sagen muss, dass ich keinen Parkplatz vorab gebucht habe und erst gegen 21 Uhr angekommen bin. Enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang an der Rezeption. Auf meine freundliche Nachfrage, wo ich parken könne, kam lediglich aus dem Hintergrund der Hinweis auf ein Parkhaus in der Wallstrasse 1 ohne weitere Erklärung oder Unterstützung. Niemand stand auf, zeigte etwas auf einer Karte oder bemühte sich wirklich weiterzuhelfen. Auch die allgemeine Begrüßung wirkte eher kühl und wenig gastfreundlich. Freundlichkeit muss nicht übertrieben sein, aber ein Mindestmaß an Aufmerksamkeit und Service sollte in einem Hotel selbstverständlich sein.
- Yvette (6/5): Ok, maar ook niet meer dan dat. - Hotel oogt verzorgd, ligt zeer centraal en is goed bereikbaar. Parkeren bij het hotel is een pluspunt. De eenpersoonskamer is echt héél klein en amper goedkoper dan de tweepersoons. Parkeerplekken zijn erg krap voor moderne gezinsauto's. Ontbijt was in alle eerlijkheid het geld niet waard, volgende keer naar een eetcafé of lokale bakker.

- Bernhard (7/5): Bis auf die Badezimmer ist das Hotel noch im guten Zustand, aber dieser Punkt stört mich wirklich. - Ich hatte ein geräumiges schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und die Lage ist sehr gut ! Auch das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Das Badezimmer ist im 90 Jahre Stil und veraltet ! Sie sollten die Bazimmer dringend renovieren. Sonst stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältniss nicht mehr, und die Gäste suchen sich eine Alternative.

- Kerstin (9/5): Wir kommen sicher wieder! - Hiermit waren wir super zufrieden: angefangen von äußerst nettem Personal, Parkplätzen am Hotel, Barrierefreiheit, Sauberkeit, top zentrale Lage uvm. Die Matratze des Doppelbetts war leider zu hart, daher die Betten unbequem. Im Bad stand nach dem Duschen alles unter Wasser, da die Duschtür nicht richtig dicht war. Bei einem Frühstück in einem gehobenen Hotel erwarte ich Kaffe mit frischer Mich und kein Milchpulver (Cappuchino oder Latte)

- Joan (10/5): - Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. It also had a certain charm to it with rafters separating part of the room. We had a separate sitting area as well. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel is in a very good location, just across the street from the pedestrian shopping area and a short walk to the old town and palace. If you arrive by train, you will need to walk about 20 minutes to reach the hotel. (But you could always take a taxi). The hotel is in a historical building so the layout is a bit odd, but I found it charming.

- Ralf (5/5): Zentrale Hotellage, dafür Abstriche beim Komfort - Die Lage ist sehr gut Trotz Hoteleigener Parkplätze war kein Parkplatz zu bekommen, Alternativen konnten vom Hotel nicht vorgeschlagen werden, so dass erst einmal eine 1/2 Stündige Suche erfolgen musste, mit Gepäck keine angenehme Sache… Keine Aufzugsmöglichkeit in den 2. Stock zum Zimmer möglich!!! Alle Koffer müssen über das Treppenhaus hochgetragen werden.
- Florian (7/5): Gut gelegenes Hotel, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. - Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig vom Hotel zu erreichen. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Betten waren bequem und die Kissen gemütlich (nicht zu weich/flach). Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind etwas altbacken eingerichtet und am Bad merkt man auch das Alter. Insgesamt könnte man das Hotel mal wieder renovieren. Der Nachteil an der Lage ist, dass man eigentlich nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann, da es draußen zu laut ist und auch die Straßenbahn vor dem Hotel entlang fährt.

Schlimm war leider das im Aussenbereich/Eingangsbereich des hotels div. "Volk" sich rumdrückte, tw. Schwer alkoholisiert, diese ihren müll vorm hotel liegenlassen, tw. Direkt am Eingang rumlungerten, was kein Sicheres Gefühl gab...

- Nils (10/5): Tolle Zimmer, tolles Frühstück! - Toll eingerichtete Zimmer, üppiges Frühstück, tolles Personal. Einzig, das Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss hinter der Rezeption am Durchgangsflur, sodass ich sehr viele Geräusche wahrnahm. Aber ansonsten ein tolles Hotel!

- Marcel (6/5): - Die Ausstattung des Hotels und insbesondere der Zimmer bedarf dringend einer Erneuerung. Leider fehlt die Liebe zum Details und auch für die Perfektion. Teilweise sind die Einrichtungen nur notdürftig hergerichtet bzw. repariert, Reklamationen wird sich nicht umgehend angenommen. Das Hasu entspricht m.M. Nicht einem 4 Sterne Haus.

- JOSE (8/5): - Overall it was a good experience. The night staff was ver accommodating, we wanted to get a drink, although it was already close to midnight, and he was nice and very helpful. Bathroom was a little dirty.
- Gesine (10/5): A beautiful hotel with that oldfashioned charme of an antique palais in the centre of Braunschweig - I loved the hotel. Someone spent a lot of effort to design the antique house according to the theme "City Palais" and did a wonderful job. Everything is tasteful, noble and elegant and shows an amazing love of detail. The hotel has that old fashioned charme of a bygone era but has all those modern amenities that a traveler wants. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom and high ceilings. Despite being in the center of Braunschweig the room was really quiet. The breakfast was rich and diverse, something for everybody. Service was great and staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the location in the city center with all its shops and restaurants nearby. Everything was perfect. There is only one small point I would like to mention: the light switches were a bit confusing in the beginning. Although they were all clearly marked I often switched on the wrong light or pressed the wrong side of the switch. But after a while it got better. It didn`t annoy me really.

It made the bathroom very unsafe for night time too
