If you arrive late and check in via key boxes you have to hand in documents before you leave your room, otherwise the key doesn’t work anymore. A bunch of guests got locked out of their rooms and got upset because of poor communication and the staff reacted very agressive.

- Shefali (5/5): - the location was phenomenal, we loved how close it was to the beach and how close grocery stores were. the view from our balcony on the fifth floor was amazing. lack of air conditioner made the experience difficult as the apartment was always far too cold. the shower pressure also served some issues for us. additionally, the room service consistency did not make sense--they came in the first day so we expected it everyday but received no such service nor did we see anyone to be able to switch out our towels. check in process was complicated and the lack of a 24 hour reception proved to be an issue throughout our short stay. there didn't seem to be any lighting in the living room either as far as we could find.

Огромный балкон со столиком и креслами. Чистое, мягенькое постельное белье. Просторная гостинная с кухней. Большой обеденный стол с креслами. Просторные спальни . Не было парковки прямо возле отеля.

- Iryna (9/5): Однозначно рекомендую! - Апартаменти розташовані практично на першій лінії, вид з балкону заворожує. Супермаркет ALDI знаходиться в 500 метрах від оселі. Поряд багато кафе, ресторанів, прогулянковий променад. Персонал ввічливий, швидко вирішував усі питання. На кухні було все необхідне, мікрохвильова піч, тостер, кавоварка, посуд. Удобні матраси на ліжках. Запах каналізації у ванній кімнаті. Вранці шумно за вікном від уборки вулиці.

- Priscilla (10/5): - Location was great almost in the middle of everything plenty of places to eat /drink, grocery shops at least one on each block aldi store at a slow pace 5mins away, R2 is close to the beach not exactly full beach view but you still see the beach and it's a beautiful view and peaceful on the balcony no noise so great for early sleepers or kids I came across few playgrounds and a fun park all in walking distance even in hot weather , too many gift shops to count lol if your looking for a great family holiday this is the area all in all it was fantastic place we will come back 😊

Restaurantes y comercios El tema de limpieza, ya que el día jueves tocaba limpieza y no lo hicieron.. nos tocó pedir cambio de toallas. Éramos 5 personas todos familia y estuvimos desde el día 01 de octubre hasta el día 05 de octubre..supongo que 1 o 2 veces deberían limpiar.

Mohla by být klimatizace namísto obyčejného větráku. Ve velkých teplech bylo v apartmánu nedychatelno. Ocenili bychom rovněž větší ledničku. Pro 4 osoby byla příliš malá. Jinak ostatní OK.

- Sofía (7/5): Bastante bien, pero con aire acondicionado hubiese sido excepcional - Las facilidades a la hora del check in, ya que por diversos motivos no podíamos hacerlo a la hora que solicitaban, la ubicación que es una zona bastante tranquila y cercana a la playa y la relación calidad precio. Que no tuviera aire acondicionado y la falta de mosquiteras, ya que había que abrir ventanas y nos picaron bastantes mosquitos.

- Juan Carlos (8/5): - La ubicación fue perfecta por estar a 300 metros de la playa, para ir a las cuevas y para ir a la tierra de los dinosaurios. Además las vistas que presentaba a la playa son preciosas. También me gustaría decir que el aislamiento de ruido es perfecto. Como ejemplo decir que nuestra familia se acostaba temprano y habia una orquesta en el hotel de al lado y cerrando todo no se escuchaba nada. Nos alojamos una familia numerosa y quizás pasamos calor al principio de la noche pese a tener varios ventiladores. Luego cuando bajaron las temperaturas por la madrugada estuvimos mejor. Por tanto, quizás lo peor fue no tener aire acondicionado.

- Peter S (10/5): Miesto hotela a vybavenosť, a služby sú veľmi dobré. - Ubytovanie bolo super, s výhľadom na more. Čisté, a priestranné keďže nás bolo 5. Vybavenosť apartmánu hodnotím veľmi dobre, Všetko, čo bolo písané, že tam je aj bolo. Ako nedostatok hodnotím, že tam nebola klíma. Keď sme prišli na hotel, vedľajší hotel prerábali od skorého rána do neskorého večera celý týždeň, čo sme tam boli...a to dosť rušilo. Bez klímy sme museli mať otvorené okná, čo narúšalo náš spánok.

- Cristina (7/5): Relacion calidad precio bien - La atencion en recepcion y la posibilidad de poder ducharnos el dia del check out en unas duchas que tienen en la planta de recepcion por si aprovechas el dia en la playa y tambien tienen un locker de maletas. los platos y utensilios de comida estaban llenos de restos de comida. No estaria de mas que hubiera un kit de fairy y estropajo para limpiar..ya que tuvimos que comprarlo y limpiarlos nosotras..Otra cosa, la zona es puramente para guiris, debes tenerlo en cuenta.

- Frédérique (7/5): Pourrait être exceptionnel avec des améliorations - L’emplacement, la plage , les commerces, la vue mer Faire tout a pieds pas besoin de voiture Lit très confortable et appartement spacieux Pas possibilité d’avoir les locaux plus vite, manque de matériel de cuisine ( vétuste, plaque de cuisson très vielle ) , les ventilateurs( 1/2 qui fonctionne), et les travaux de l’immeuble d’à coté 7/7 jours dès 6h30 avec un coucher pas avant 23h/00h quartier très animé ( très agréable gros plus) donc pas beaucoup de sommeil

- Rachida (9/5): - La proximité de la plage. La dame de l accueil était très gentille. Elle nous a gardé nos bagages le dernier jour car nous devions partir que le soir IL n y avait pas de clim dans la chambre. Le canapé lit était très inconfortable. Le ménage n était pas fait correctement. Le sol n a jamais était nettoyé en 10 jours.. Le sol avait du sable tout le temps c était très désagréable. . J ai gardé les mêmes draps pendant tous le séjour. Dommage .

- Andreina Guada (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente, la distribución del apartamento cuando vas con familia muy cómoda, la cocina y el baño están actualizados. A pesar de no tener aire acondicionado los ventiladores son suficientes aún y cuando era época de absoluto calor. Me gustó todo pero por decir algo el techo de las terrazas se están esconchando y cae trocitos de pintura blanca, pero nada que afecte solo que no podrá estar pulcro. Y luego las mamparas de la ducha no se si son un poco cortas que el agua se sale un poco.
