- Morgan (5/5): Ok - Clean, good location Could not use the microwave or the refrigerator because there were absolutely no plugs that the chords would fit in. It was unbelievable.! We had to take the microwave and put it on the toilet so we could plug it into the bathroom socket.
- Dan (8/5): A perfect stop on a long drive from coastal Washington to southern California. - We had a quiet, restful night and a very nice continental breakfast. We were unable to operate the TV, however it was rather late before we discovered it and we decided not to ask the office for help and we were ready to get some sleep anyway.

- Chase (10/5): Come here. Stay here. Enjoy here. It’s worth it. - What a beautiful place overlooking beautiful scenery!! And for the price of the room, what a deal! I would return here for sure and i recommend it to anyone. There was nothing I didn’t like.
- Thomas (10/5): - Beautiful location, a nice Jacuzzi, friendly staff
- Jennie (10/5): Relaxing and peaceful - Clean clean. The grounds are beautiful and so peaceful. Very nice family running it and there dog. Lol cute little guy. This was our second time and it was better then the last. This will be our go to every time. More bang for your buck
- muzeyyen (10/5): - The hotel's location was fantastic, the view was magnificent. You can watch Mount Shasta while lying in your bed... You can relax in the jacuzzi and watch the stars at night. The breakfast was outstanding, everything was delicious, eggs, fruit, granola, orange juice, cream cheese, almond milk and decaf options. Thank you
- Kathleen (4/5): Great location, subpar for cleanliness and comfort. - Location was convenient, outdoor space was nice. The room had a VERY strong damp/mildewy smell, that didn’t go away with opening windows and door. Bedding and decor were very dated, and smelled strongly as well. Pillows had hard plastic clips similar to anti-theft devices inside that were pretty uncomfortable.
The main room felt very dated, and although the bathroom had updates, there was mold in the shower, and it was very apparent these updates were DIY. Bathroom was FREEZING but wall heater was installed at face level directly in line with sink, so while using restroom with heater on, the heat was blasting into your face.
Overall the dated room and strong damp/moldy odor left me feeling very disappointed, especially for the price point.
- Terry (8/5): A nice place to stay for a very reasonable price. - Convenient location to 1-5 but quiet Extra blankets would have been nice!
- Ciera (10/5): Great location, felt safe traveling alone with my 4 year old and arriving very late at night - Great location, felt safe traveling alone with my 4 year old

- Kimberly (10/5): - I liked everything
- Martha (10/5): -

- Ron (9/5): Fun , delightful - Location
- Rita (10/5): Delightful full service hidden gem. - 630 am back window deer walked by. Beautiful ceramic inlay multiple places. Large ceramic spa and pool. Refreshing pins and needles shower head. Handicap bars in shower a plus. Quiet, away from freeway and town center, zero traffic noise. Full kitchen available for cooking. 4 cup coffee pot in room, microwave and mini refrigerator. Great breakfast, gluten-free eggs, youghart, fruit, coffee: but only one type juice. Others enjoyed the pastry.

- Melissa (8/5): Fit the needs of our family and we will definitely stay here again in the future. - Clean, comfort, helpful & friendly staff, location, jacuzzi , amenities and breakfast
- William (7/5): Great for crashing out after a long ski day but don’t expect much - The hot tub was amazing after a long ski day! Always met nice people there as well. I liked that there was a communal kitchen but wasn’t informed of it until the second day I was there. The owners seemed friendly enough. The room was cramped. No closet. Had a funky smell when we first got in. The shower spigot was a trip. Me and the kids felt like we weren’t getting wet even though we were. A little overpriced for what they offer. Carpets, drapes, and bedding could be updated.
- Ana (9/5): -
- Ella (8/5): I'd definitely stay there again. - Breakfast was great. Location convenient to I-5 and away from town center, so nice and quiet. Bathroom with it's own heater was a plus. Nice view of sunset. Lighting next to bed was a bit harsh. Drapes in front of left half of heater trapped heat from getting into room.
- Lawrence (7/5): -
- Valeri (9/5): a seemingly modest place with EVERY comfort and amenity!! - this place is an amazing little gem with Every Possible amenity! the hottub was wonderful (including the kiddo who ran down to turn it up 😆), the remodeled bathroom with amazing shower head, fridge and micro, lovely covered patio with every comfort and more.
- Dennis (7/5): -
- Jill (9/5): Wunderbar for a one night stop - Location Small bfast area
- Elizabeth (10/5): This is our second time staying and we’ve enjoyed it both times. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and it’s ver - We enjoyed the nice upgrade with the rooms and the bathroom. The wall lights next to the bed was a little unusual with the cords, but not a problem.
- Matthew (10/5): -
- Glenn (8/5): -
- Liliana (5/5): There are many other hotels in town. - The bathroom was nice The to room was uncomfortable, the breakfast was bad, I found a bug in the bed
- Daniela Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The large renovated kitchen with bar stools It is a very long list. First of all, the only "apartment " they have is sort of an impro in a corner of the motel. As you enter the first room, you get right into a small smelly room, with an angled queen size bed, covered with an old fashion smelly cover, anchored against an angled wall, with a narrow path into the other room. That other room had all the facilities of a modern studio, full kitchen with bar, couch, dining table. But the bed was also just a queen size and with a very cheap and uncomfortable mattress. Two people can't sleep on it, as the edges of the mattress are curved, and you somehow slide down. I left my husband sleeping on the middle of it (the only possible way), and I ended up on the couch. The TV was not working and nobody available to fix it. Than the bathroom was very tiny, accesible only from the angled front bedroom and on the other side of the angled wall, making sitting on the toilet almost touching that wall with one knee!! Honestly, I haven't seen such a small and cheap bathroom in decades! The whole "apartment" looked improvised. The price was ridiculously high, the location was no location and it is nothing "Swiss" at this "Swiss Lodge". The front desk was filled with stone jewelry made in India! The front desk guy was an Indian student (that is what he told us), very polite, but he couldn't help with our disappointment! We don't recommend this motel!
- Yang (7/5): - Room is clean, food is very good, location is great. There is constant noise, not good for sleep. And there is smell of chemical, may by over use of cleaning material.
- Ann (8/5): Very nice - Beautiful updated bathroom One bedside plug not functional
- Sibilla (8/5): -
- Stephanie (9/5): - Motel agréable avec une belle vue sur le Mount Shasta , des espaces extérieurs bien entretenus. La chambre est confortable et bien équipée. Le motel est calme et le petit déjeuner est très correct.
- jose (10/5): - Clean. Good environment
Silence and good customer service
- Wendy (9/5): Would stay again. - Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Bananas, Boiled eggs, Toast, Cereal, Yoghurt all good quality and nice coffee.
- Gowan (10/5): The place has everything needed for a lovely stay -- - As a person with environmental sensitiities, I always let owners know that it really MATTERS to us folks when unscented products are used - so, please consider going earth friendly. thank you

- Jeffrey (8/5): Friendly Stay - The room was clean. The room was kind of dreary.
- Shea (8/5): - Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Decent view. Old and out of date.
- Carolyn (9/5): - The motel and grounds were very well maintained, the hot tub although a bit old was good size and nice and hot on the cold nights. The room was a good size too , the grounds had BBQ's, hammocks, propane fireplace, and the motel had a common area kitchen to be able to cook right on the premises. I do recommend this motel.
- Sharon (9/5): - Great location, very nice place to stay, and great views of Shasta!
- Moncivais Jr (9/5): - Excellent shower and very clean. The hospitality of other travelers and the owner. Trains traveling near there, kept waking me up. Blasted the horn.
- Mohebi (6/5): -
- Pavel Chekmaryov (8/5): - you can actually see part of Shasta mountain from the windows some sheets could be cleaner
- Ke-Yin (8/5): - I like Swiss holiday lodge
- Malia (7/5): Love Mt Shasta but hotel was fair - Very retro and clean Walls are paper thin and room was noisy until the neighbors went to sleep. Small shower stall
- Freer (10/5): -
- Frank (6/5): - Very small rooms & bathroom. Beds & pillows were old & lumpy. Breakfast was continental. A nice view tho & quiet. A nice hot tub.
- Jason (10/5): - just needed a place to get a quick nap in before taking on the hike up mt shasta. about the closest property to the clear creek trail head but still an hour away. ez check in. clean spacious room. would recommend as a jump off spot but was only there for about 3 hours so don’t know how the amenities were beyond the room as I departed at 2am well before the complimentary breakfast.
- Heather (9/5): This is a great location and a cute place. - The big grassy lawn and the hot tub was really nice. There are heaters in the bathroom.
- Jean (7/5): For the price, I guess I can’t expect too much. - Very nice shower, the room space is spacious. The front desk gentleman was rude. The breakfast area has no table to sit at. I see a patio table outside, but it was rainy and cold. And the room has some kind of unpleasant smell maybe it’s from dampness, I think it came from the bathroom.
- Fang (7/5): - I stayed here and enjoyed the beautiful window view of Mt. Shasta. The staff was very friendly, and I appreciated the fruit trees they planted on the property — guests are welcome to pick peaches and apples, which was a lovely touch. On the downside, the property feels quite old. The carpet in the room looked worn, the towels were dated, and the room itself was small.
- Brandow (8/5): -
- MORGAN DARCY (9/5): Good value and beautiful surroundings - We love to stay here when we are in Mt. Shasta. It's in a beautiful and quiet location with views of the mountain from the room. The grounds are very well kept and comfortable, and it's a pet-friendly place. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is wonderful, including delicious fresh-picked apples and other fruit from the property. Parking is plentiful and easy. It's a little ways out of the main business section, but it's a short drive into town. This is where the firefighters stay when they're in town, and that says a lot! All was great.
- Orgil (9/5): -
- Ron (8/5): Visit Head Waters of Sacramento River - It was good.
The breakfast space is bad. No tables to sit at. It was crowded, the office is small, at breakfast time, they bring out a coup of tables with all the breakfast stuff, leaving just enough room to walk around.
I guess they expect people to take it to their room Kipp

- Patty (4/5): - The grounds were lovely and the hot tub was nice, but it wasn’t open often enough. The hours were really weird and the pool was closed. Too far away from the downtown area, there was no laundry on site and the Spa was only open at three in the afternoon, which was weird. I wanted to use the morning.
- Jun (10/5): - breakfast," "room,
- chia (8/5): would stay there again - nice a quit none

- Basma (10/5): - Friendly and comfortable
- HHH & Family (7/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): - The outdoor amenities and cleanliness. Some noise from I5 highway.
