- Taylor (2/5): Spend a little extra somewhere else to feel safe & clean - The only thing that was likeable about this place was the guy at check-in. He was very nice. Complete roach motel status: unclean, broken doors/lights/room items, stained towels, thin "blanket" on the bed, and just did not feel safe staying here. All of the doors, including ours, had damage from what looked like attempted break-ins. And, the peep hole for our door was missing and had a piece of plastic bag stuffed into it, which could be taken out easily by someone on the outside. I do NOT recommend this place, even if the stay was under $100 for one night. I'd rather sleep in my car next time.

- April (1/5): Side eyes - The price I didn't know who's writing these reviews i can say it wasn't it im a traveling nurse so I go to different hotels the price is what drawed me to this hotel i didn't read the reviews but they wouldn't have helped because again i don't know who's writing these reviews the front office staff was mid The door on the bathroom was coming off the frame and this is the presidential suite We get there it smelled off i don't know what it was whatever it was burned my eyes we were moved to the president suite the room was big the bed was comfortable the value was good the place is just off I wouldn't stay there for a long time maybe a few days then more on keep to yourself you should be ok

I checked in, but I was checked out within 20 minutes or so. - Nothing All I wanted was a good nights sleep after several hours of travel that day and also not feeling very well. I had a late check-in as I had to travel a long way. After checking in and receiving my door key, I went to my room. Upon opening the door, I knew I was in hell! The room did not appear clean and the AC was not performing it's duty. I thought to myself, all I really need is a comfortable, clean bed and clean bathroom. The bathroom was not inviting at all! Very scary looking actually! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but I later found it on the vanity/sink area. That was not the straw that broke the camel's back however, it was the bed! I pulled back the bedspread and saw baby roaches crawling on the pillow! I checked the other bed only to find a dirty pillow without a pillowcase! At this point I'm asking myself what I should do. I contemplated sleeping in the chair, but I knew I'd have to use the linen or spread on the roach infested bed. I determined that the only thing I could do would be to drive all the way home which was two hours away! That day I had already driven about 350 miles and I was dead tired, but I couldn't stay there. I checked out and drove home. Also, I noticed the door safety latch was broken. I would not have felt safe had I stayed.

The experience was a complete nightmare. I’m not sure how the place is still open.

- Roy (2/5): - This place should not be listed as a place to stay. It was dirty, the only inside amenity was a television. There were no lamps in the room. Only one bed had sheets on it. The primary reason you shouldn't be recommending this place is that it's located in a prostitution neighborhood.

The wall had a huge plaster spot on it. The only good thing was the attendant showed me before giving me a key. I refused to stay. Still seekinv a refund as it was missrepresented!

The negatives: -Infested with roaches -White bodily fluid stains on the couch. -Stains and dried liquid all over the headboard -I found a live 9mm handgun bullet under the seat of the couch cushions -The mattress had gross stains all over it. -The sheets and bed spread had multiple burn holes in them despite being a non-smoking room. -I never once received housekeeping the entire week -The room door had a quarter inch gap all the way around it and I could actually see inside my room from outside. The door had been kicked in at one point. -Dug dealers cruising around and parking in the parking lot all hours of the day and night. -Several fights broke out between people right outside my room. -There were no curtains and the blinds wouldn't shut all the way so people could see me inside the room. Pros: -Absolutely nothing

Bugs were biting me in my sleep. Tried to check out after one night, and staff would not refund for unused days. Stated their policy was no refunds for any reason - even for bugs.

Old mattresses and pillows that were hard to even want to touch. Cigarette stench is in everything. Shocked that there was warm and even soft water. Other peoples garbage still on the floor. Place just makes you feel gross. Pretty sure people live in some of these rooms. Please, go else where if you have a choice. Everything in the whole Chattanooga & Atlanta area was booked and we were forced to take a room at this dreadful place.

They told us we could either move rooms or deal with having our water shut off. We left immediately and got a different hotel.

I got a confirmation number for $74 and the hotel charged me $86. It was a horrible experience and the price that I had to pay I could of paid at a nicer hotel.

- JENNY (2/5): Abort Mission! - This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen! -no less than 15 unsavory people lurking in and around hotel -lots of loud arguments happening -funny smells coming from rooms with doors left ajar -shady business dealings happening in the woods beside parking lot -room was infested with bugs -sheets looked like someone dumped an ashtray and swept off the ashes, only blanket is the quilt which everyone knows never gets washed -scratch marks all over the door like someone was trying to get out of the room. Disturbing. -dresser/tv stand visibly broken in several places -tv hanging crooked off wall -the bathroom was straight out of a horror movie -no vending or ice -visit from the police -naked guy in parking lot high as a kite -management is aware and lets it continue -we saw all that and we only stayed fifteen minutes -don’t believe their no refund policy, you can bet I got a refund.

Huge holes in the walls, large pieces of the furniture was missing, the front door didnt close all the way, paint and plaster falling off the walls and ceiling. Dirty and stained towels. Went to Walmart and bought new towels. Incense sticks sticking out of the walls, where they tried to cover up the smoke smell. It didnt work. The room smells like smoke, liquor and sex. Many of the outlets dont work and if they did, the outlets were falling out of the wall. Very shady characters hanging outside all night. Someone tried getting in our room in the middle of the night. Now i know why there was a sign when i checked in, no refunds! Do not go there!!!
- Jan (6/5): - This hotel has weekly rates so there are a lot of people who live there. Someone knocked at my door after dark. I looked out the window and told him I wasn't going to open the door. He left but I was uneasy for the rest of the night. The manager Stephanie was extremely nice and did her best to make sure I was comfortable. I think all the people who live there smoke so it's hard to get away from the smell but I was able to get a room that was free of the smell.

Wife got sick at concert and we decided to drive over an hour to get home instead of staying and they wouldn’t even give a partial refund. Didn’t offer anything at all and we didnt even spend 5 minutes in the room. Never will go there again.
