• Aaron (10/5): - This was a spacious townhome that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids each had their own space and my husband and I really enjoyed lounging on the deck. The patio furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. Easy check-in and checkout process. I would stay again!
• Heather (6/5): - We booked this property because there was enough space for 5 ladies. The deck and views were nice. I reached out days in advance and they messaged me back on Expedia in a timely matter. Unfortunately, the place was dirty. It was very disappointing to see, especially since they had a lot of extra time to clean it. We weren’t getting there till late. After a long day, I ended up having to clean and sweep the entire place just to feel somewhat comfortable. Your mind always wonders if the sheets and towels are even clean. I took pictures if the property manager wants to see. We didn’t reach out to anyone because there wasn’t anyone to reach out to. They said there was no front desk. We got in late and left early the next morning.

• Carrie (6/5): - I liked the location, and the atmosphere was nice, but the unit could use better cleaning and updated furniture. The beds were the worst I’ve ever experienced. For one, they only have twin beds, what about couples that book these places? Most of us aren’t Ricky and Lucy that wanna sleep in separate beds. How about at least one room have a Queen or something? The beds were very noisy, worn and very uncomfortable. I could go on about the lack of help we got from the property management, or that the outdoor trash stunk to high heaven, but bottom line is, the place just needs more attention, and maybe better staff.
• Marian (6/5): Will return but needs attention - Location and unit was in good condition but NEEDS TO BE CLEANED!! Food in oven and overall unit was subpar in basic cleanliness.
• Jonathan (2/5): Didn’t get to stay even though I had a confirm. - Didn’t get to stay after he told up arrival they had messaged and said they don’t have a room. I had confirmation number, reminder emails and had called that morning about check-in procedures. It wasn’t mentioned I didn’t have a room until I was there in person. No - I’m sorry or offer to help find another location or room.

• Wendy (10/5): - Very nice stay ,clean comfortable, relaxing ,They have everything you need stove ,frigidaire ,microwave, grill ,deck to relaxe on with fishing pond .3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms .Bait shop is right across the street ,gas station across the street ,restaurants , stores 10 minutes way.

• Molly (4/5): Not for families-and a fly infestation. Eww. - This is a condo community with fishing on the tiny man-made lake the condos sit along. The location is only about 20 mins from Cedar Point, which was nice. However, it is right off the highway and you can see the cars whizzing by. Most of the people there were men who were there to drink and fish. I didn’t see other families and check in is at a combination bait shop and fish cleaning shop. Eww. The worst part was that the flies were awful inside the unit and the unit was not clean. The photos look nice, but the whole unit was dusty and dirty and the dishes were still covered in food remnants. The twin mattresses creaked every time you moved. I have all boys and am not particularly picky, but we went to the closest Walmart and bought fly strips to hang all around because the unit was full of live flies and it grossed us out, especially since we planned to cook and eat our meals in the unit. We ate outside on the shared deck, which was nice, but we would not stay again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Mixed review on this place. A lot of space, big kitchen with utensils, great parking within feet of your door. Loved the windows onto the pond with a fountain. However, in my opinion, not worth what I paid for three nights. The beds were all singles, small and uncomfortable. The grill on the deck is a nice amenity, but was always being used by the neighbor so we were not able to use it. Only one TV on the first floor so not real good for a family with children. Finally, not having WiFi in 2021 is absurd. If you want something a little different than a regular hotel, this place is fine. However, I would probably not stay there again for the money I spent.
• Erik (6/5): Not worth it - I had a pole in the water not 5 minutes after we got there. The pond is well stocked and the fish were biting. I loved that I could fish of the deck. However, there are only small twin beds available. Bring a blanket and a pillow for everyone. The pillows were flat, the beds small and hard and only a thin blanket. No blinds on the windows, so no privacy. We were in the loft and had to dress in the bathroom for fear of being seen in all our naked glory. No dressers to unpack and no hangers in the closet. Every dish my wife pulled out of the cabinet to make supper had to be washed because there was food left on them. The fishing was great but the accommodation could be much improved, especially for the price.
• Michael (4/5): - Disappointed. Overall the property is what we expected. However, the unit was not clean, refrigerator smelled like fish and mice droppings were found in the cabinet with the pans.

• Robin (2/5): Go to the ends of the earth and avoid Bay’s Edge! - When checking in, we were told the key was on the counter. It was not, which required another trip back to the bait & tackle shop (Front Desk). Mouse droppings were in the corner of the kitchen counter. No blinds on any of the windows, so you feel like you are being watched all night. Smoke alarm started beeping low battery at 9pm. Message was sent via website, email, and number provided in reservation, but it was never replaced and kept us up all night. Avoid at all costs.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is beautiful. The place was modern and clean. Walmart is within 10 minutes of the place so that is very convenient. I loved it. Would definitely recommend. You could fish right off your deck. The only thing I didn’t love me was that there is no check in office on site. So I was a little confused when I was checking in so I asked the cleaning lady what to do . I will definitely be booking another longer stay there.

• Robyn (10/5): Great family place - We had a great time. We discovered this gem last year and have had 4 stays since then. After a day at Cedar Point this is a great retreat. The units are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Only two compaints. The BBQ grills are filthy. We have never been able to grill out because I didn't come to clean up someone else mess. And while the kitchen is clean, there should be a minimum checklist of kitchen items. This visit we found no baking pans and limited silverware. We will definitely come back. Several things to do in the area and the grands love fishing off the porch.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great Family Weekend on the Lake Erie Shores - Overall the condo and facility was excellent. The condo was very clean upon arrival, and the house was filled with every thing we could possibly need from paper plates, to papers towels, and kitchen utensils. The deck on the pond provided a great place for the family to hangout. Our only issue with the stay had to do with how many guests were present. Our family had come up in several separate cars because we got off work at different times and places on Friday afternoon. Due to having 5 cars for the 7 people staying at the condo management was concerned that we had more then the allotted number of people in the condo. We would of been happy to explain to management why we had so many cars and would of even provided them the names of those staying in the condo. Instead management approached certain members of our party Individually and questioned them in a interrogative manner. Again overall the stay was excellent, but we would of enjoyed the chance to communicate with management rather then being accused of something we were not doing.
