- Martino (7/5): -
- NatLove (9/5): Pleasant stay super close to hot springs! - Friendly staff, clean sheets.
- Jonathan (8/5): -
- Johnson (10/5): - The front desk staff was outstanding! Sue was the absolute best!
- Suzette (1/5): The lady that works in the office during the day has an attitude and is very rude. I called and asked for a pillow becau - good location and check-in was good. Front desk lady was very nice. room was filthy crumbs and chunks of old cheese in the chair under the cushion pillows on bed stunk like old sweat sink and tub both clogged up as soon as you turn on the water ice bucket was filthy dirty but front desk lady cleaned it for us
- Kyle (6/5): - The night shift clerk was awesome and very helpful would stay again in future
- Gail (8/5): This is my 2nd stay...I like it and my dog was welcome and she fits in very well. - The hotel had a person at the desk who was very helpful in identifying my room and comfort. The specific room I was assigned had water leaking out of the small refrigerator....I think ice remained from the previous folks..and it was mild, along the wall.
- Elizabeth (8/5): -
- JEREMY (1/5): The electricity in my room kept shutting off causing me to not get a good night's rest. - Idaho Springs was a nice town. I sleep with CPAP machine which is medically prescribed by my doctor because I have sleep apnea. Basically a machine that helps me breathe while I sleep. During my 1 night stay the electricity in my room kept going out preventing me from using my machine and waking me up.
- Courtney (8/5): 10/10 will be back - Friendly front staff and clean rooms! Don’t be fooled by the building itself, nice rooms! No improvements recommended!
- Chad (2/5): So bad we didnt stay, found a hotel elsewhere on our anniversary. - Clerk was nice. The size, comfort, and overall property. We did not stay at the H and H and checked out after looking at the room and decided to drive elsewhere and paid room. We would like a refund on this booking.
- Linda (10/5): Excellent place for the price. - This property is a perfect location between Denver and Brecckenridge. The rooms have new flooring. They have a Keurig microwave small refrigerator desk, dresser nightstands confits chair. The bedding is nice. The towels are fluffy. The staff is wonderful would definitely recommend and will come back again.
- Brooke (1/5): - Very dirty. We did not stay and got a partial refund. Towels were dirty, floor was dirty. The whole room was incredibly unclean.
- Cydney (6/5): Stay here if you can’t find anywhere better. - Very serviceable.
- Laurel (6/5): Good but no hot water - The place was nice and clean but we did not have any hot water in the shower. We had stayed there one other time and there was no hot water for showers at that time either.Otherwise everything else was good Hot water
- Molly (8/5): -
- Cheryl (6/5): Served my purpose. Would like to come back to explore town one day. - The pillows were excellent. The bathroom was too small, and the shower curtain needed changed out. Rusty along bottom. The smell in the room was overwhelmingly strong with some sort of cleaner. Almost made me nauseous. The room was clean but could hardly sit on toilet as it was against the wall and couldn't flush easily because of that too. Staff was very nice. Room smell, toilet too close to wall, shower curtain needs changed. Room 121.
- Jesse (7/5): - Parking was very limited.
- Todd (8/5): -
- Jim (8/5): -
- Jason (8/5): Clean room and within walking distance of everything - Room was clean and bed was very comfortable Parking lot was tight and pillows were thin
- ELLEN (9/5): - It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. We were not there long enough to use kitchen facility but it was clean and looked very comfortable to use. I can't think of any suggestions. It was comfy and staff were very pleasant.
- Autumn (10/5): -
- Johnson (10/5): - Customer service was excellent!
- Frank (10/5): -
- ROYBAL (8/5): -
- Jerrold (10/5): It was a pleasure staying at H & H Motel - The friendless N/A
- Keshav (6/5): - Budgeted Bathroom are clogged, very small, gate is having lock issues
- Donte (1/5): -
- Martina (1/5): - It was what we needed it to be at the time Paper thin walls so thin we could hear the couple in the room next to us several hours of the night and into the early morning. Not restful
- Perla (7/5): -
- Naomi (9/5): -
- NORLY (7/5): -
- Shert T (5/5): I wouldn't recommend. - The location in relation to where we went. It did not feel safe
- conni (7/5): ya get what ya pay for - we had bugs but it was because there was a huge gap under the front door!!! it could ise some updates… the price was the cheapest in town
- Michaël (9/5): -
- Brad (8/5): - We had a double queen suite which was very adequate for us and our dog. The staff was always very helpful.
- Patricia (10/5): -
- Richard (8/5): - Great location ... walk to much of the town.
Staff was not helpful when minor problems occurred.
- John (6/5): Perfect for a quick stay to rest - Location and price Bed, and temperature was hard to adjust
- Harold (4/5): Out of date facility. - No heat in first room.
2nd room helpful lady turned on wall A/C which had heat and she brought in portable heater. Also covered my comfortable bed with 2 additional comforters.
thanks to her!
- Hidlebaugh (10/5): Cute little motel in Idaho Springs - Cute little motel from back in the day which has been comfortably brought up to date. Excellent bed, clean restroom. Even a little coffee machine. The woman running the place was consistently pleasant and helpful. Having the Safeway right next door was a real convenience. Nothing, other than that I had to check out so soon.
- Myra (4/5): Clean enough but needed room service for trash to be removed and clean towels. - Location No room service.
- Jaime (8/5): Good for the price - Everything was pretty great, room was clean other than the floors, our only complaint was the coffee pot broke on the second morning and when we told staff we were basically told sorry that's happened a lot and there's a coffee place across the street.
- Matt (8/5): - Needs an update/refresh. Bathroom sink was stained and cracked. Foam topper on an old mattress and the sheets showed their age. That being said, it’s an interstate motor lodge, so about what you’d expect! Bottom line. I would stay here again. It was a $107 room and you get what you pay for.
- Laurie (4/5): - Staff is totally awesome. Room was very clean. Bed was okay and pillows were flat and useless. TV is not cable…apps only which for me was frustrating.
- Amber (2/5): No rooms ready today even with a reservation - When we arrived at 4pm. We were told they had no rooms available. After showing my reservation, the lady at the front desk talked to the cleaning lady. Both said they just got to work and no rooms had been cleaned at all. I asked for a normal room instead of the fancy room we booked. No. Again no rooms at all were cleaned. When asked when it would be ready she asked me why I was in a rush!!!!
In the end we had to go somewhere else and couldn’t stay there. After 12 hours in the car, our family was exhausted only to be talked down to.
- Shelly (10/5): -
- Philip (10/5): - A great place to stay if you want to walk to downtown Manitou Springs or to the starting line for the Pike's Peak Ascent or Pike's Peak Marathon.
Good on site laundry and ice machine.
Nice breakfast room for meeting people. Pretty good breakfast, too.
Phil
- Brent (6/5): - Floor was sticky from being mopped. Strong smell of Pine Sol in room. Bathroom sink was half clogged causing water to drain slowly and fill up the sink
- Bain (7/5): -
- Christopher (10/5): - Comfortable, clean, quiet.
- Ken (6/5): Just an ok place to sleep over for the night. - Front desk gentleman was very accommodating. Like that the location provided a washer and dryer. Parking was free and easy to access the room. All rooms on one level. Toilet seat broken. Hot water takes a long time to heat up. There are gaps in the front door. Very little vanity space for personals. The light above the kitchen needs either new lamps or ballast.
- Cheryl (6/5): - Old...items in bathroom cracked.
Wasn't awful wasn't great

- April (2/5): One of the most horrific hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And I have stayed at mini hotels motels cabins B&B. - People at front desk were rude, it smells like overwhelming pinesol. Beds were horrible, the room was so tiny. It was bad from a to Z Nothing
- Hickey (8/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Excellent price, great location. - New flooring, Keurig, microwave, small refrigerator, comfortable bed, and nice towels. The staff is amazing and very accommodating.
- Laura (8/5): -
- Barbara (3/5): We will not be coming back. - Right off I70! No dog potty places without walking down the road to the park, the bathroom was dirty and outdated.
- Goodrich (9/5): Good location, old establishment. - Nice and quiet. Good sleep. Could not figure out the TV.
- LANDON (10/5): - Property was quiet and clean!
- Ciaran (7/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok stay - Older hotel, bed wasn't real comfortable. Shower and bathroom area is very small. Floor was dirty. It was quiet and was a place to sleep.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Local Business - Easy check in and room was just as promised. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Great stay.
- Aida (6/5): It’s great location walking distance to grocery store and few fast food joints - Staff were nice, motel is out dated needs big time renovation. Our room had clogged sink and staff without any hesitation she gave us even a bigger room 😊 The property is nice but the rooms are old and dirty but the beds were clean no bed bugs or any other bugs crawling
- CARLOS (10/5): - Surprisingly great! Clean beds, good shower… good AC. Will definitely stay over again.
- Wendy (5/5): The motel was easy to find - Easy access The motel itself was fine.
- Caleb (6/5): - N
- David (10/5): - Great stay. Simple, affordable, accommodates to people with pets
- Howard (6/5): - Good location. Quiet. Floor was dirty. Mold on ceiling of bathroom. Footprint from boot on wall and door. I couldn't get the TV to come on.
- Kris (8/5): I’ll be honest, when I pulled into the property I was not impressed. Old and small and a little rough around the edges, - It’s an older property and small, but the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Windows did not have screens and the blinds were broken on one of the windows.
- Celeste (4/5): - Room very small, did not look like the photos on the web site. Shower curtain liner was so gross, no soap dish in shower no where to put soap. Will not be back
- Cano (10/5): Good location went to Blackhawk - Liked the white walls a d cleanliness Toilet seat bag moves all over pinches legs only baf thing
- Thomas (4/5): - For the money this is the worst value place I've ever stayed at. They charge what you would expect to pay at a Best Western, but what you're getting is a very old, polished turd of a motel. The bed was uncomfortable but acceptable, the pillows were so hard, like someone said previously, it felt like they stuffed them full of rolled up t-shirts. Accurate description. The toilet was so small and was nearly touching the wall next to it and was difficult to use. The TV wouldn't turn on using the remote so the front desk guy came in to turn it on using the hidden button. We would never stay in this place again.
- Bill (8/5): - Property looks run down but the rooms seem to have been renovated. Bed was very comfy.
- Georgii (10/5): - Good
- Jessica (2/5): - The rooms were so filthy and run down that we didn't even stay. We moved on to a different city and stayed there.
- Celeste (10/5): - Close to Indian Springs, Starbucks, shopping and good food. All within walking distance!
- Dany (4/5): - Bad
- Joel (10/5): - Simple and straightforward, no frills lodging in Idaho Springs. Easily walkable to the Argo Mill and Miner St. shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy and fast. Great value for a mountain town. I will stay here again when I return to Idaho Springs.
- William (3/5): Poor -
- Shert (4/5): Disappointing -
- Kathleen (6/5): Pleasent stay, but not exceptional. - It was affordable, in a great spot, and nice staff. The room was very small, the bathroom was tiny, and there was no hot water at all…… day or night.
- Jenny (2/5): - The property was not what the pictures showed. The place was filthy. The parking lot was full with what looked like people living at the motel. Very sketchy. Would not recommend!
- Douglas (4/5): very old - Room had a strong smell of disinfectant upon arrival, shower was slippery and difficult to use, large spider found in tub during stay. A very old hotel and I won't stay there again.
- Brian (2/5): - First thing AC not cooling,
- Siri (5/5): Passable - Old motel with some updates, clean, good hot water pressure in the shower Old motel with some updates, very small room only for sleeping. Big stain on the upholstered chair, coffee maker did not work. The TV did not work, because the electric outlet did not function. When I checked in the man at the desk did not say hello, asked for my ID and credit card, gave me the key after I signed and said we had to be out by 10 am. We left at 6 am.
- Gary (6/5): - Older property but well maintained.
- Carolyn (1/5): I would like a full refund - N/A I arrived at the motel at 12:05 AM. It was closed. I rang the doorbell and I called and there was no answer. I ended up driving three hours home in the middle of the night completely exhausted. I am expecting a full refund.
- John (8/5): Visiting Idaho Springs Elks Lodge… - Close to what I needed within walking distance.. A little overpriced
- Robert (4/5): - Very good location but lacked investment. Water was dripping from the vanity unit and draining through cracks in the floor. Air conditioning was very noisy.
- Jason (2/5): - Hotel room bathroom was leaking, instead of fixing the problem they shoved towels and let the leak continue
- JERRY (4/5): - The pictures make it look better than it is. Bed was very hard. I was supposed to get a king room and if it was it was the smallest king bed I have seen. Also it is priced like a much better hotel. Check in was fast and the gentleman that checked me in was very friendly.
- April (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Cleanliness, did not feel safe, uncomfortable bed, floors filthy-we left socks on because it felt gross and they turned black. The price was the same as what we spent the following night on lovely accommodations.
- Willie (8/5): Very good - Location The floor in the room was dirty.
- Hilary (4/5): - Didn’t like anything. No screens on windows which were dirty and old. Very strong and unpleasant smell of a cleaning product. Not enough hooks/racks for towels. Clock that doesn’t work. Cramped room. Cramped parking and had to back out the whole way.
- Jones (7/5): Loved the convenience. All hotels were full except this one. The higher priced ones dont have anything this hotel didn’t - Close to Safeway grocery store. Right next door. Close to downtown The entry way hallway needs new carpet or vinyl tile put in. Needs a change out
