Établissement scandaleux qui a annulé mon séjour sous prétexte que ma carte de crédit American Express Platinum avait été refusée alors que j’avais à nouveau confirmer cette dernière…. Une belle escroquerie pour revendre plus cher le séjour à d’autres voyageurs de dernière minute, en générant un plus grand revenu. Une pratique qui se généralise de plus en plus et dont Booking.com se lave les mains alors qu’ils devraient agir contre ces pratiques !

- Oana irina (8/5): Dragut. - Multumim Bishnu pentru ajutorul acordat pe perioada întregului sejur. Mereu cu zâmbetul pe buze, pozitiv și cu rezolvare la toate nevoile noastre. Mobilierul foarte uzat. Micul dejun același în fiecare zi, iar produsele de slabă calitate, cafeaua ne băubilă.

- Joseph (9/5): Good location and value for money for a visit to do Arab Health - The staff made this a very pleasant stay. The checked me in early and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was a bit basic but the omelette bar made up for it. Because of Arab Health the hotel restaurant was packed at breakfast time but that's not the hotel's fault.

The concierge staff( Ms.Kiran and Ms.Pearl) was having lack of information though their front desk manager ( Mr. Maneesh ) was sensible and understood our whole ordeal. Some of the restaurant staff too were not having proper knowledge of the current situation and how to handle the customers though few staff like Mr.Afzal ( chef) and Ms.Pradeep kaur were quite accommodative.

- Dariya-k (10/5): - Чистый уютный номер, персонал дружелюбный. Завтрак разнообразный и сытный. Расположение отличное, метро рядом и на такси до интересных локаций не так долго ехать. Есть бесплатный трансфер до пляжа и тц. Полотенца на пляж можно взять у бассейна. С одной стороны дороги был ремонт и такси часто подъезжало в ту сторону, но в целом таксисты быстро понимали куда нужно подъехать и долго мы не ждали.

- Deni (8/5): Izvrstan omjer cijene i usluge - Izvrsna hrana, odlična cijena, blizina metroa (10 minuta pješke). Ljekarna u sklopu hotela i dućan s alkoholom blizu. Prozori se baš ne mogu zatvoriti do kraja pa se čuje buka iz vana. Kada ima puno gostiju treba se dugo čekati lift. Bilo bi puno jednostavnije da gosti pritisnu gumb u kojem smjeru žele ići. Jedan papir moze riješiti ovaj problem.

Le personnel agréable . La réception à l'écoute . Nous avions pris demi-pension et c'était très bien . Nous avions une voiture et le faites qu'l y est un parking souterrain c'était top. Concernant les sièges de la piscine pas assez de quantités par rapport aux nombres de chambres mais je penses que le manque de place y est pour quelque chose .
