Carissa (10/5): Private escape to enjoy the Hamptons! - Secluded, clean and updated.
Monica (6/5): Beautiful property that needs to improve guest services and cleanliness. - This location was close to the Event I was in town to attend. View from the bakery was relaxing and enjoyable. Property manager tried to cancel the reservation even though it was booked and paid for in advance through Booking.com. Apparently, miscommunications are to be born by the guest and not the business or vendor. Upon arrival we were greeted dismissively by the valet who was preparing for a property Event and couldn't be bothered by guests trying to check in. Our $2000 per night room had barely any clearance from the wall and TV to walk to the other side of the bed and the shower tiles were full of mildew. This property did not meet expectations.

tikamichw (8/5): Decent - Overall, the experience was good. Not phenomenal, not bad, but good.Our cottage was nice and the complimentary morning boat ride was a delightful touch. The service was descent. My pain point was not receiving a few listed amenities, such as beach passes; apparently they are first come first serve, but when booking accommodations at the resort, it states this is an included amenity; no parameters listed & no mention that they do not have enough passes for all guests upon check in. This impacted our stay because we planned for the second day to be a full beach day. It really put a damper on the experience as we had to figure it out on our own. There were no alternative suggestions offered or options recommended from the front desk. It was truly a bummer. For the pool, there was no service that started at 10am. We tried to make up for a lost beach day and get to the pool the next day, hoping to be able to order while at the pool. It was listed for 10am for pool service to begin, but no one showed. It's important to provide what is listed & if this is not possible, guests should be notified.

The grounds presented well-maintained and mature landscaping that created a sense of welcome, privacy and seclusion. The cottages were absolutely beautiful, preserved in their original rustic exterior charm while maintaining a bright, yet cozy and modern interior housing all of the modern conveniences one would expect to see in a brand new build. The beds were incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows. I stayed for business, but will definitely return at a later date for leisure.

IrishFan-80 (10/5): Another Enjoyable Stay - This was our fourth stay here in the Harbor House suite for four nights. Everything was terrific with the room, housekeeping, the pool, and the new included breakfast. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is especially nice if visiting in the EH-Springs area.

Trip03403078430 (10/5): Enjoyable mini vacation - Check in was easy and the cottage was well equipped. The only issue were our shower controls but we figured it out. Breakfast on site was just okay and pricey. The pool was perfectly warm and lounges very comfortable. Great stay and we plan on coming back by boat.
Daniel (6/5): Okay hotel but disappointing and not worth the premium price - We stayed at EHP as part of our honeymoon. The staff were extremely welcoming and supplied us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor and great facilities such as a functioning fridge. We enjoyed the pool area to relax in the afternoons. It was very nicely styled. Our particular favourite thing about EHP was the vast array of activities that could be done on site. The hotel offers guests a complimentary speedboat tour which we thought was absolutely fantastic. We also found the location a good base to explore the Hamptons however you definitely need a car. The hotel was a good standard but for the price we paid we expected more. The hotel came at a very expensive price and was over $800 a night. Whilst it was pleasant, we simply did not think it was worth this and hence left a bit disappointed. The hotel is situated at a marina however in front of the view is a larger warehouse which completely obstructs all views from the pool and property. We found this very unsightly. I have attached a photo for reference. We also felt as though our room whilst a good standard was facing out onto the main road. We didn’t use our balcony as there was no privacy whatsoever. The hotel is a good hotel but it is simply not worth the money you pay for it. We were quite disappointed by the terrible view and wouldn’t stay here again.

angelocC888HW (8/5): Friendly and nice. - The management was very friendly and accommodating. They kept in touch with us and provided transportation to and from the train station. We had a two bed room suite which was beautiful and spacious. They have a nice cafe on the premises. It could have stayed open a little later past 2:00. Also it’s a bit off the beaten track so you will need transportation to get anywhere.
CLGT (8/5): Great stay at EHP - We had a great 2 night stay at EHP over a weekend. The One Bedroom Cottage was spacious with a proper kitchen and everything you need. Bed was comfortable and the cottage and more than enough room for us for the weekend. There was a private event that weekend so didn't eat at the restaurant (but have eaten here in the past and it's excellent) but had several meals from the cafe. The coffee and food (and pastries) were great. For us, it was about being away from the crowds so EHP's location was perfect for us with beautiful sunsets. Staff were friendly and accomodating, thanks to Richi, Loric, Vered and everyone at the cafe, we had a great stay. Will definitely return.
Michael (9/5): It is a great place to stay in when exploring the area. - The cabins are clean, decorated well and spacious. The facilities are very comfortable. Unfortunately, breakfast was terribly overpriced. The cooktop, if you could even call it that, worked so poorly so we were unable to cook a dinner we planned.
967dela (10/5): Will be back soon! - My experience at EHP began by being greeted by this beautiful woman with a smile that lit up the room. She escorted us to our cottage while engaging in witty conversation about the area and its attraction in a beautiful lilting undetectable accent. Vered was our “go to” person who accommodated our every wish. We will return to EHP as soon as we can.
haknyc (10/5): Lovely East Hampton Spot - Weekend getaway to East Hampton, NY with husband & dog. We have been to East Hampton many times before. This was our first stay at EHP. It is wonderful. It is well located on the bay, boasting the most sensational sunsets. We stayed in a cottage that had a nice little kitchen, living room, bedroom and a nice deck. The resort is also home to a popular restaurant SiSi open during the summer months. There is also a bayside cafe with fantastic coffee and croissants - there are other food choices, but we only had breakfast here. The gym is small but full of well maintained equipment, water and towels. There is also a beautiful pool. I would stay here again. Things to know - Nespresso maker with pods & creme in every room. Aqua di Parma shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Michael at reception and the housekeeping team also went above and beyond to help mail an item back to me that I left at the resort. Thank you, EHP team!
Tracy (9/5): Superb - Clean place didnt really meet staff so didn't know if I could grab a soda or water 🤔 but not a problem it was a good comfortable stay and I would return to the property again. Right near town near marina near beach near shops and eateries winery I enjoyed my birthday stay. Na well didnt get a chance to sit out on balcony it looked like a bunch of love bugs on tge outside balcony couch. But nothing everything was great. Lots of deer so be safe when driving at night particularly

We received excellent support and care from Michael. He helped us secure a very favorable one night stay and above standard cottage size for a last minute reservation.

The property is beautiful and our private cottage was well appointed and comfortable. We had tea in the cafe every morning at the harbor and played tennis. Highly recommend. It’s a hidden gem for sure.

From the wedding venue to the complimentary boat charter, I recommend trying the sunset and their bakery. I love it and can't wait to go back!
saritae2019 (10/5): Happier in The Hamptons - We went to East Hampton for my birthday. We chose EHP Marina because we fell in love with the cottages and all the facilities of the hotel. It did not disappoint. The rooms are bright, comfy, cozy. The restaurants in the hotel are great, and we also loved the personalized attention we received for all our needs. Even before arriving, Michael took care of helping us with arrangements, and once there, he was attentive to give us recommendations, help us make reservations, and even to get a car to drive us around. We would definitively go back.

B713BXannec (4/5): Overpriced, underwhelming at best - This property is not worth the prices they charge. My friend and I booked a two-bedroom cottage for 4 nights. We were charged peak season rates at the time of the booking despite the fact that we were well outside the peak time. Once we were taken by the front desk associate, Michael, to our unit, we discovered there was a great disparity between the bedrooms. One was relatively nice but showing signs of wear and tear and the other one was considerably smaller, not nearly as nice and was right below another unit with paper thin walls and ceiling. We could hear regular volumed voices as if they were in our room. The kitchen area was not as advertised, the front door lock did not work and you had to enter via the lesser bedroom, and the furniture looked worn out. When we asked Michael to change rooms, he and the other associate at the front reception, Loric , were completely unhelpful and gave us excuse upon excuse as to why transferring our accommodation to the less expensive hotel rooms was impossible. Understand we were literally losing money on our reservation by the "downgrade" and not requesting an adjustment in our rates. Michael said that the "manager of the whole property" Ms. Ruchi Sura was unable to be reached by phone so he was only able to email her our complaint and request. This process dragged on for over an hour. I was finally given her email address and wrote to her directly, copying Michael on the email. She never responded to me. Only after re visiting Michael who was now alone in the front office area and making it clear that our only options were to reverse charges for the cottage with our credit card was he magically able to move us to our alternate rooms. This made for an unnecessarily stressful first day on this property. If everything went well after that change was made, we would have chalked it up to a rough beginning and moved on. However, the overall upkeep of the resort is lacking. Light bulbs were missing or not working, plumbing issues in the shower and the fact that there was no one at all on the property after 5 pm was truly unacceptable. My advice to you fellow traveler is to avoid this property.

Loric, Harlan and Dean were all so helpful and made my stay totally stress-free and most enjoyable! I had dinner at a private room at SiSi, which was great food and service!

The very nice rooms, the attentive service and atmosphere. The service and people at the resort is what elevates the whole experience. They remember you and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and at home. In addition, you get pampered with nice amenities that are useful. Overall this was a truly excellent experience and will definitely come back next year! Thanks to Loric, Ruchi and the whole team around !

The restaurant and cafes were great and there is nothing as serene as watching the breath taking sunsets. Thanks for a fabulous trip.

He was welcoming upon arrival and extremely knowledgeable about the area and things to do. They provided a driver, Dean who was also very knowledgeable and one of the best drivers from a resort we have ever had. The quality was spot on.

Si si restaurant on property is a plus. The boat charter is awesome, EJ was a fantastic guide. Michael at the front desk is simply amazing. He cannot do enough to book and make your stay super special.

From original booking to throughout the entire stay he went ABOVE & BEYOND and provided such expectional customer service! What a joy to see someone care so much about the experience your clientele has-definitely a huge asset to your resort and honestly if we were residing in the area we would have tried to recruit him he is that good!!! 😊 The resort itself including Si Si and the boat charter all was wonderful down to the beautiful room decor and Ferragamo amenities-loved it all! We are looking forward to coming back and next time we will be bringing a large group with us to enjoy this great experience-thank you!!!

cathyb665 (10/5): Excellent customer service - Lorec and Ruchi are consummate professionals in customer service. Would highly recommend. Rooms are very nice and we enjoyed the pool. We didn’t have a car as we took the Jitney in from the City. Therefore, we used the car available during business hours. Dean, our driver most of the time, was extremely nice and helpful. We didn’t eat at the restaurants other than the coffee shop which we did enjoy. I might consider renting a car if I returned but the shuttle available was as promised.

We were disturbed by a lot of noise one night and discovered there was no overnight security/reception desk support which was concerning in a remote location.
