- Sharnee (5/5): Not 4 star accomodation - Room size, kitchen facility in room and view. Terrible value for money. No housekeeping unless staying for 8 days or more (only is done on the 7th day of stay), so no fresh towels, linen or cleaning service was provided during my stay. Stained carpet and couch, furniture in general in poor condition. Had to buy a cheap table cloth to cover the table on the patio as its condition ruined the view. A routine inspection was completed by a real estate agent soon after I checked in, with NO notice provided by property staff which is unlawful. Real Estate Agent was the one who suggested I asked for another room due to its poor state. They will only give you 1 room key. I had to seek management approval to park mine and my partners vehicle at the property even though the car parks were never full (was told they only usually allow one). Due to the location of this property, you do not want to park any vehicles on the street over night, being a local to the area I am aware of this. Internet connection on 10th floor was poor, movies or YouTube do not load.

- KAte (3/5): Disappointed - We arrived at 6pm thankfully no later as our keycard didn’t allow us in to the. Carpark, up in the lift. We waited with another family who had the same issue and another family whose room had no sheets, dirty dishes and towels everywhere. Once we gained access to the room it was ok. Carpet in the bedroom was terrible. No washing machine, although the manager didn’t believe me and headed up to check for himself! Upon arrival he remembered it had gone for repair, not very helpful with sports kit to wash that night.

- Rodney (1/5): Very very disappointed, we had a terrible stay but do hope to see a refresh soon. - The photos unfortunately. Beautiful toiletries, all the furnishings were absolutely beautiful and would love to stay again regularly as we are looking for property to buy for our days off, but like I said they WERE BEAUTIFUL back when they were newer. The property needs refreshing desperately. We look forward to coming back once the property gets a refresh. The dirty stained carpets, curtains, lounge ect uncomfortable hard beds, no ashtray, patio furniture stacked in corner, dog barking, aircon in master bedroom wouldn’t cool the room down, ceiling fan clicking all night, jug not emptied from previous guests, lack of sugar and alternative sugar, dirty marks on all walls

Kommunikation: katastrophal. Drohender Ton. Anstatt zu schreiben, dass sie jetzt Feierabend machen und uns den Schlüssel einer Box hinterlassen...einfach gedroht, dass sie uns Geld auf Rechnung stellen, ohne von dem Hinterlassen des Schlüssels in der Box zu berichten. Geht definitiv besser. Unser Zimmer stinkte nach Hund.

- Katrina (3/5): Our stay was disappointing for the price - Close to shops and amenities Bad smell in the room and oven didn’t work. Staff were aware of the issues and booked it out anyway. Smell was due to water damage which set off my mum asthma. Asked staff to move rooms and staff made it happen. Over all the rooms appear that they were not standard of the pricing.

We used takeaway containers what were left to replace storage containers. Some of the pots and pans were dirty. 2 washing up sachets will not last 6 meals. We had to buy our own. The wall paper was pealing off the walls, the sheets has mould stains on them. The blinds were badly stained in the living area and the outdoor table and balcony was filthy.

- Tina (5/5): - The location The furniture was stained, asking for a $200 deposit after already paying $300 for the room for the one night +7 dollars for a parking spot mind you you should get parking with the room that you paid for and the car park was empty when all the furniture was stained and dirty like the couches and chairs couldn’t use the jug because of how much calcium buildup and how dirty it looked had to boil water on the stove with a pot thats how yuck it was.

- Sarah (3/5): We waited in reception for 20 mins for staff, no where to be seen, called the number - the office phoned rang. When staf - Location is great, nice and close to the city centre where our event was. It was absolutely filthy. When our even finished at midnight we actually contemplated e-scootering home because the room was so dirty. Bedding all stained, thick layer our dust on the fan, mirror rim etc on wall. The air con vents were actually so gross we took them out and cleaned them ourselves. Stained carpet, floors were sticky and it just generally felt like we were staying at a $40 a night motel on Nebo road. So disappointed as we had previously stayed a few years back and it was great. Pack your own cleaning supplies if staying and consider your own bedding.

- Mikuzis (7/5): Everything was fine, just a bit of a sour taste at the end. - Everything was efficient & fine regarding check in etc I travel to Mackay semi regularly. I attended to reception today and there were 2 people waiting to be served, the 2 other times I wandered down to communicate with reception it was closed during opening hrs. I arrived for the 3rd time at 9.30 and let the other 2 people waiting be addressed, their was no acknowledgement or communication to me as she jumped in the lift with the previous 2 people. Once she returned I explained that I had a 10am meeting and was it ok if I checked out at 10.30. I had to book this trip last minute and the usual properties had no vacancy. It was a small ask, I was patient and was told it would be a $25 charge, something Ive never experienced.

- Eduards (9/5): Good apartment in Mackay - The apartment was spacioues with a nice view in a good location. Heaps of street parking available. Bed was comfortable. Eleveator broke down during our stay and we had to take the stairs to level 8. Good thing they fixed it overnight.
