The commode we had to keep messing with in the back for it to flush we reported to staff and they tried to fix it. No success. Our shower head bracket was tied up. We expected a pool and hot tub there was none. With the price of our stay was expensive for what we got.

It worked out but would of been nice to have been told there were no rooms with queen beds. When we called the front desk all the lady said was that they overbooked rooms with two queen beds. No sorry or apology pretty much well that's the way it is. The only other thing is it would be nice if the hotel could work something out with the parking garage. Maybe not free if you're staying in the hotel but maybe a reduced rate. All in all everything was fine, I realize it's not marketed as a five star hotel so it was fine.

• Edward (8/5): Ok stay yet disappointed with lack of king bed when promised. - Location After booking room through Booking.com I learned at the hotel I was not to have a king bed but two double beds. Given I was to stay an extra night I asked the gentleman at the desk, first why I didn’t have the king bed as promised. Answer there was a miscommunication between Booking app and Holiday Inn. Secondly I requested a king bed for my second night, which the gentleman confirmed was available; he also mentioned a note would be placed on my reservation for a king bed. The next day I visited the desk to move to a king bed room. By the woman at the desk I was told there was not a king bed room available and no note on my reservation. I told her I was assured of a king bed the day before by the gentleman at the desk. I had wanted to stay a third day however, with no king bed available on third day we chose to move to another hotel in Louisville.

• Judy (10/5): It was a nice stay in a clean and comfortable hotel, but Inwas only there for about 10 hours, because we were traveling - The lobby and rhe room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The lady who checked me in was very nice and accommodating. I accidentally booked January 19th, instead we f January 18th through Booking.com. I tried to contact Booking.com, but there was not a phone number. I tried to chat, but the answer I got was very generic and no help at all. I had to try to work it out with the employee. She didn't have access to manually change the date. She helped me by calling and being put on hold for a long time. The is process took at least an hour. It was around 10:00 PM or later before we got checked in. That was not the employee's fault. There should be a better way to handle issues like this.

• Stephanie (9/5): It was good, disappointed that they didn't question if they we had checked out place belongs in hall - Friendliness, cleanliness, and location - could walk to places. The cleaning staff saw us taking suitcases out of room and thought we checked out. We could not get a cart to place all our luggage on at the moment so thought we'd take suitcases to car and see if luggage cart was available when we got back from car. We still had stuff in the room including my purse. When we came back from putting suitcases in car the cleaning staff had carried the rest of our stuff out and placed in hall. I"m all for getting a head start on your day but when someone left 2 boxes, 2 gift bags their purse and other things wouldn't you question if they had checked out? Other than that we had a good esperience.

• Lacretia (5/5): It was okay. - Location and cleanliness Several of the electrical outlets in our room did not work properly. The desk lamp did not work. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was not warm enough.

• Heather (8/5): Great clean hotel in excellent location, but watch out for parking charges. - The breakfast was exceptional and the location and price were fantastic I didn’t give this a perfect score because the parking was confusing. I had to pay for 2 days even though I was only there for one night. I was told by the staff that if I needed to come in and out for the night to let her know and I would be given a QR code. So I said yes, I’m going out for dinner so go ahead and give me a QR code. So I was charged for two days. Parking should be for 24 hours period, but i was not told getting a QR code would cost me an extra $22. That’s a real miss.

• Tyler (4/5): Not the best. Not impressed. - Downtown. Dirty sheets, had stains, initially had a family suite, wanted to move to a double room, was told it was going to be the same price. Got to the hotel and was told it's going to be an extra 167 dollars. What am I supposed to do, say no? I needed a place for my family to stay. Not very happy about that. Nothing was attempted to be done. No parking pass, no discount, nothing.

• Carmen (8/5): Good option at safe position - The position is fine and walkable for some restaurants. The information that the city is unsafe.

• Farrah (1/5): We won't stay again - The room itself wasn't bad. The front desk guy was no where to be found when we arrived. The security guard was the one to help us find him. The key card maker didnt work so we had to be escorted to our room anytime we wanted in. Later in the night while looking for the security guard to let us in our room, we noticed another unhappy guest checking in who was unable to locate the front desk worker.
