- Josh (2/5): Gross hotel that I couldn't get out of quick enough. - I really liked nothing. My room was disgusting and especially the bathroom. Yellow towels, dirty counter, other peoples hair everywhere.
- Tanis (2/5): Bed bugs!!! - I found a pile of bed bugs in my bed. I stay in hotels lots for work and this was the first time I experienced it. Thankfully I was able to get a different room. And it was fine. Rooms smell musty and could be cleaner. Was very put off by the bed bugs!!
- Bradley (8/5): - This is an average property, beds and pillows are not very comfortable. Glad it was only a 1 night stay. Parking Lot is rough although it appears there was equipment there to address this. Breakfast offered was not appealing at all. Coffee was terrible. Staff were very friendly but the whole place seems a little run down. Price is right for what you get.

- Devin (4/5): No shower curtain gross bathroom - Had to ask three times for shower curtain finally I got one from the front desk after the third time and had to install myself. Just wanted to shower after a long work day. No smoke detector in room and everything in the bathroom was nasty. Like super nasty. Brown towels nasty scum on fixtures and soap dispensers. Kitchen tap was broken and just sprayed water at your crotch not in the sink.

- Sean (2/5): - Turn on all the lights in the room, you will see bed sheets and pillow covers are filthy yellow. Same with bathroom towels, not a single one was bleach white. Also got a bug bite on the neck area, three bites which is swollen pretty bad. Avoid the pillows for sure.

- Steven (6/5): Customer service needs improvement. - The good: I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that this property offers both complimentary breakfast AND supper, and the supper menu was, for the most part, very good. The not-so-good: The hot breakfast meat items were empty every morning when I went down to have breakfast. The staff were extremely slow to replenish them. My co-worker waited 45 minutes before giving up. When I was ready to check out, nobody was at the front desk. As per the instructions on the sign, I rang the bell.l and waited. After ringing and waiting three times with no response, I left a note saying what had happened and when I would return. While the staff member did apologize for the earlier non-response, had I been in a hurry or late for work, it would have been a major problem.
- Lutos (8/5): Nice hotel in Esterhazy - I ended up working late and found this hotel in Esterhazy so I decided to stay for the night the front desk was friendly I showed him my reservation in my app but it was not showing at first in their system so he told me he believes me but its not on their system. It took a while but I felt he was not going to let me check in due to that issue even thought I had a confirmed reservation, I also informed him the fridge had a loud noise that woke me up and I showed him the video of it. Other than that it was a nice hotel I would stay again

- David (2/5): - Checked in the evening of Nov 22, 2023. when I went to my room there was a garbage bin filled with garbage under the kitchen sink. Later that same evening just before taking a shower I checked the tiles on the shower walls, they looked dirty so I tried cleaning with wipes which, was very dirty especially half way down to the flooring. I took the used wipes to the front desk as proof that the rooms are not properly maintained. The male receptionist/ supervisor responded saying, "what you want me to do, if you are looking for something to complain about you will find it, there are 40 guest here and you are the only guest complaining. i replied "are you calling me a liar" he replied, "No, you are not comfortable here, leave". I stayed the night as it was approximately 10:00, the next evening I checked out. I did not sleep the night, feeling uncomfortable.

- Serena (1/5): RUN FAR AWAY - DO NOT STAY HERE - There was nothing positive about this place. Nothing but mould, mildew and horrible staff. There is nothing I can write to be optimistic about this experience. Thankfully, I booked through Booking Dot Com - they helped me leave the hotel. We did report this business to the health board. I will never return as the business never even did a courtesy follow-up on the concerns. Photos are ACTUAL, not stock. This was a representation of the mould and disassembled smoke detector. When concerns were brought up, we were dismissed. Food was non-existent, and there were still over 90 minutes left for breakfast. This is the one time I ignored reviews. Now, I check SEVERAL sites beyond booking to ensure the reviews are legit. Do not stay here; ask to SEE your room before checking in. Thankfully, I found another place 30 minutes away from here that provided a safe environment with respect for its guests.

Hot breakfast. - Scrambled eggs (dark yolks too), crispy/juicy breakfast sausages & hash browns and made for a great gluten-free breakfast! This sure set us up to be alert drivers for our long trip home. Not to mention the yogurt too!

- Colleen (7/5): Would stay again! - I didn’t get a change to try the breakfast, but it looked good. The bed was real comfortable. There was lots of parking for my semi and trailer. The carpet in my room hadn’t been vacuumed well before I checked in. There was a bag of stale buns in the cupboard from the last guest and it didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned because there was a lot of hair on the walls and floor.

That was at 7am!!! Why wouldn't they make more?!!. No fruit, muffins, yogurt or juice. Also had to ask for coffee to be made. Rooms were adequate but need better cleaning. Staff were friendly but very limited in english which was frustrating for them and us.

- Lee-anne (1/5): horrible, dirty, rude and way over priced. - not much. we did change from first horrible room to another room slightly less horrible got there at 3pm told room wasnt ready. guy at fro t desk was very rude. get to room shower is full of hair clearly not cleaned, tv didn’t work. then people next to us very loud. called front desk they said they deal with them. music got turned down. 10 mins later back own. we were told nothing he could do. so I asked to move rooms. once moved, it was a little better because it was quite but rooms aren’t clean. there was old blood on pillows wish I took more pictures. but was so mad I forgot.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Not recommended. - I would not recommend this hotel. Very unclean and I felt very uncomfortable staying here. The shower was very unclean. None of the drains had plugs. The beds looked half made and unclean. I will never book another stay here that's for sure. Very bad experience.
- Robert (4/5): Never again!! - Parking lot not plowed. Entrance not shovelled. Entrance 2 sets of sliding doors were only manually functional. Nobody at front desk for 10 minutes. Room was frozen because of heater turned off. It took 3 hours to reach a comfortable level. In the morning the hallway and lobby were very cold with the free breakfast equally so and very sparse.

- Brittany (2/5): Beetles in the rooms - The stay at this hotel was very unpleasant. I searched pictures and reviews and thought it would be a nice stay. I woke up in the middle Of the night to black beetles crawling in my bed. I got up to find them all over the room. The crack and on the carpet. I immediately packed up and left the hotel at 3 am to have the manager deny any beetles were in the room. I took pictures and am currently arguing with the hotel to be reimbursed. Avoid this hotel :(

- Maria (10/5): - We had a very nice 3 day stay. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff very friendly. The only thing can say is that the breakfast on the weekend was not good, but Tuesday morning it was really good.

We were visiting family and did not participate in the supper but it was nice to see that people working away from home had the choice of a hot meal. The room also had a kitchenette so that was convenient as well. The staff were really friendly and helpful and asked more than once if we needed anything.
