- Ingo (6/5): Es geht... kurz ok, 1 Woche eher nicht - Die Lage, das Frühstück, der XXL-Strand die Shops und die Freundlichkeit des Personals überzeugen! Der Pool war recht trübe, das Hotel ist echt in die Jahre gekommen. Um dort mal 2-3 Tage zu bleiben ok, länger wollten wir dort aber nicht wohnen.

- Saw Shia (1/5): Disappointment - Near to restaurants and beach. The 3 room Apartment was badly maintained. Shower broken toilet cannot flush. Had to request change to hotel rooms thus incurring additional expenses. The family room only 2 Queen and no complimentary extra bed was offered for 5 of us. Though we had bad experience on the apartment, the family room was not bad.

- Shalini (7/5): i enjoyed my trip - The hotel looked very old form outer but to my surprise the room was quite new and comfortable The view from my room was very serene as i can see the sunset and the beach from afar. You will find variety of food along the street as there are few numbers of restaurant available. the breakfast was good as there are variety of foods and the pool is good too. nothing bad to comment

- Asoka (5/5): OK Hotel, can give a miss if you have better choices - Room was good as these were all newly renovated rooms with tiles and not carpets and overall room is relatively clean. The location is good and walking to the beach, eateries and even duty free shopping is available in the lobby. They managed to get me a room esrlier at 2.30pm instead of their stated check-in time which was 3.30pm The bathroom was a "wet" one, the shower glass has a very little purpose as no matter what. the entire floor will get wet. The hot water was a joke. There were more instances of not getting hot water then actually getting a nice hot shower, something that the management need to really address. The hotel staff is the highlight here, the guy was smoking while watering the plants in the pool area, it was very annoying. Guest parking - there a few abandoned cars in the hotel grounds and the rest of the area are taken up by private taxis in the parking area. Parking for guest are very limited and we need to park away from the hotel when getting in and out. Most hotels we've seen are that taxis are made to park and wait outside the hotel and only called in when there is a passenger waiting. However, motorcycle parking are available for guest at the lobby area. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement, its very basic and outdated; we didnt avail our second day breakfast after experiencing the first day.
- Emma (7/5): Great location - Location was great, and there was a convenience store and tax free shops at the bottom of the hotel building. Everything super accessible. We stayed in the recently renovated building and loved our room. According to Booking.com there was supposed to be a kids club included at the resort. The staff at reception said it has been closed and cancelled for a long time. Shame that the information was not updated.

- Annie (9/5): Splendid stay. Best resort in Pangkor - Room was upgraded and comfortable. Only thing missing was the carpet. Previously had carpet in room. Would be better if had the carpet. Been staying in coral Bay resort since 2010 for all our trips. However the breakfast menu does not seem to improve. Not many varieties. Since the room price has increased we hoped the breakfast menu would have been upgraded. However menu still the same. Food quality not up to par. Would be better if the breakfast menu would be improved in future.

The water heater didnt work, after we call 2 times to reception then we got people to check on it but it only 2nd day stay only, the room service also same, we already hang the board before 12pm but still didnt get anybody to clean up my room, people came after 2.30pm, that also they didnt change the bedsheet, they just tide up.

- Romuald (8/5): Plutôt bien dans l’ensemble - Idéalement situé pour ma part, près de la plage et des commerces (restaurants, mini market, …). Accueil parfait et chambre très grande avec petit balcon, lit confortable. Taxi si besoin au pied de l’hôtel. Clim non réglable et fraîche faisant un peu de bruit (à couper pour dormir). Un peu de bruit en soirée (chambre dans le bâtiment annexe donnant sur les cuisines des restaurants de la rue. Serviettes de salle de bain : une trouée qui s’est déchirée. Toilettes qui se sont partiellement bouchés.

After we call they come to change the good condition tv ......there is bad smell .when I enter the room... .. before guests check in... everything should be in condition.... Aircond compressors sound quite disturbing because the location inside the balcony ...blanket in bad condition with a lot of holes
