- Nur (10/5): - Lizbon 'un hem her yere yakın hem de son derece sakin bir bölgesinde , rahat, temiz ve çok güzel bir otel...temiz odalar , güler yüzlü servis , yeterli bir kahvaltı....tekrar gittiğimde kesinlikle tekrar aynı otelde kalırım.

- ANGEL (9/5): Una opción muy buena para visitar Lisboa - Hotel bien situado, confortable y con un desayuno muy bueno. El personal nos atendió muy bien. Tiene parking en el hotel. Relación calidad/precio buena. Nos ha gustado mucho. Volveríamos.

- Nehmat (9/5): - Location is ideal, easy to access all shops and restaurants on Ave Liberdade. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. José who I saw everyday during breakfast, always came with a smile and friendly demeanor. The room was clean, and although very close to ave Liberdade, it wasn’t noisy. I recommend the hotel and will definitely visit again.

- Rafael (7/5): Good - Good location, nice room and great breakfast We booked a room with a bathtub, but only after getting there we were told the bathtubs in the whole hotel just don’t work. Staff was a bit sarcastic about it so if we’d known we could’ve saved money in a room.

Кроме того, мне понравился подход к клиенту. Во-первых, останавливаясь в отеле второй раз и проявив к нему лояльность, я рассчитывал на то, что это оценят в отеле. Однако нет, в их системе первый заезд, который случился два года назад, не отмечен. Кроме того, сделав бронирование за месяц, я заплатил за отель примерно на 30 процентов больше, чем он стоил за три дня до поездки. Я не стал проявлять жадность и не отменял бронирование. И что же вы думаете? В момент, когда бронирование отменить уже было невозможно, мне приходит дополнительное сообщение об апгрейде моего номера за 25 евро. И это при том, что я заплатил на треть больше, чем он сейчас стоит! По хорошему, в любом клиент-ориентированном отеле, учитывая мою лояльность и занесенные в кассу деньги, могли бы проапдейтить историю бесплатно.

- Nilufar (9/5): - Der Hotel liegt zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Paar hundert meter fußläufig vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sonst kann man auch Geschäfte die Straße entlang genießen. Hotel Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmern sind sauber und groß genug. Wir haben die Reise nach Lissabon zu meinem Geburtstag gebucht und waren vom Hotelperosonal mit Luftballons im Zimmer überrascht. Kissen waren hart.

- Kelley (8/5): great location, no elevator, clean simple rooms, great balcony - great location, very close to fabulous Saturday markets, great restaurants nearby. Room had a nice balcony which we liked although only a view of other buildings clean and comfortable neighborhood felt safe and was interesting no elevator so had to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs, teach me to travel light! also there was a very strong smell, not unpleasant but overpowering- some scent they had that was too strong forme
- Monique (7/5): Brilliant but reception system needs to be revisited - The property was what I expected it to be, clean and grand. The Location was great and the small touches were ok. The guest service manager left a cake and a note for my birthday which was a lovely surprise, and the restaurant staff and cleaner were attentive and always willing to help. There was a brown reception staff member (sorry didn’t get his name) who was always friendly with beaming smile. The system for booking breakfast needs to be redesigned as I found out bookings taken after 12 noon are not transferred to the restaurant list, on 2 occasions it was implied that I didn’t/ or didn’t arrange to pay for the service, which is offensive. The issue was down to reception not properly checking or booking the slot, the restaurant staff were embarrassed each time and are not to blame. The room service on the app is available till late, one night I tried to book and didn’t receive a response. When I went downstairs to collect Uber eats there were 3 staff at reception and a lead waiter in reception doing nothing

Cuenta con parking propio bastante amplio para coches grandes. Por poner alguna pega: Almohadas pequeñas. Se salía un poco de agua del plato de ducha

La facilidad para aparcar el coche. La habitación confortable y nueva. El precio del desayuno. No es exclusivo de este hotel pero desde hace tiempo que se han vuelto locos con el precio de los desayunos. Yo ya hace tiempo no los incluyo en la reserva, no merece la pena y menos en una ciudad, donde la oferta de cafeterías de calidad en grande. Ellos sabrán pero no veo el sentido en cobrar 18 euros por un desayuno.

Das Frühstück war soweit auch in Ordnung. Die Auswahl hätte etwas größer sein können. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Nichts
