• christopher (7/5): good in general - clean. well equipped kitchen area and bathroom parking and snow. i could not see driveway and entrances because of all the snow. they said it would be cleared but no sign of this during my stay

Coffee pot was empty and wasn’t refilled while we were there. Second day breakfast served from 6-9 and we arrived at 6 and breakfast was good.

When I checked into my room, it was nice enough, but the bathroom needed new caulking as mold was growing, there was no soap, and the microwave still had the previous occupants lasagna in it. I did get given a new room, one with some soap in the dispenser and no food in the microwave, but the shower had even more mold. The room was far to expensive for the conditions.

• Warren (8/5): It’s a hotel in Carlyle. - We chose this place over the Ramada because it was cheaper. Nothing wrong with this place, other than the small coming from one of the kitchenette rooms down by the guests laundry service.

Needs updating. Tuesday's breakfast very bad and sparse. Wednesday's much better. Overall it would be nice if more variety like bagels and muffins and yogurts and fruit beside apples. And juice not just milk. Front staff were wonderful and helpful.

That is fine for young strong oil patch men to carry their suitcases up and down the stairs, but for people with knee and/or hip replacements, that isn't convenient. 2. The fridge was noisy, in fact louder than the air conditioning. This isn't terrible, but we heard the fridge running and rattling all the time. Pros: 1. Ample Parking 2. Full sized fridge. 3. The water from the showerhead felt good. 4. The window could open to get fresh or natural air inside. 5. The man at the check-in and check-out desk, was friendly. 6. The table lights on the night stands beside the bed had and electrical ports so that I could plug in my laptop or power bar that has USB plug in ports. Saving the best for the last... 7. The absolute most comfortable deep pillow top new mattress that I have ever slept on in my life. In the morning I pulled back the bedding to take pictures of the mattress so that I can go into a mattress store as I want to buy this mattress for my own bed at home. I couldn't find a brand name on the mattress.

• Tracy (8/5): - The property looked closed down when we arrived. The sign is broken, weeds everywhere and hot water tanks out front. Staff were friendly. Yet when I went down to the front desk at 9:30pm a sign said the desk was closed for the night. Free breakfast was limited but good. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. We did book a second night.

• David (2/5): Do not stay at this dump - Made a reservation 6 weeks in advance and when we arrived was given a room that had probably been canniballized since May 12 th which was the date on a bill found in one of the uncleaned drawers among other junk The tv box and remote was missing, no coffee pot or cups 1 facecloth, the lamps in the room didn’t work so I asked for a different room and she said she didn’t have keys for the 2 nd floor rooms what ever that meant at that point she said I could go elsewhere and the reservation would be cancelled and I left never to return to that place

• Cynthia (6/5): Oh boy... - Friendly front desk staff Booked there bc they were $20 cheaper than the only other place. Their rating was a bit lower too, but I just needed to crash for a few hours. Expectations were very low. But, WOW.... Room was freezing cold, like 7 degrees. The heating unit was not even plugged in. There was a dirty tea towel hanging from the stove. Tooth paste residue in the sink. At this point it was late, I was tired, and I was already in my jammies. Wasn't leaving. Tried to switch on the lamp and got sparks. Yikes. I reached for the remote and picked up a piece of someone else's cracker hiding underneath. The tv didn't work. Cords were hanging out the bottom - I assume for a missing cable box ?? I was already in bed and thought, 'I wonder if it's clean under the covers. Decided best not to know. In the morning light I could see that there were girls hair clips on the floor. The shower curtain was too short and there was no way of stopping water from flooding the bathroom. There were hairs on the bathroom mirror. Sorry for the bad review guys, but you HAVE to do better.
