- MURIEL (10/5): - Nous avons eu la suite donnant sur jardin avec vue imprenable pour un prix des plus raisonnable. Équivalence en France à un Sofitel ou Mercure mais bcp plus cher. Nous reviendrons très certainement. Les oreillers sont trop gros et trop durs. Avons dû dormir sans sur le matelas. Seul petit bémol dans ce très bel hôtel.

- Nadejda (1/5): avec un nouveau propriétaire et de nouvelles règles, mais en pire!!! - L'hôtel est bien situé. Apparemment, l'hôtel a changé de propriétaire et le nouveau propriétaire a décidé qu'en y mettant deux petites filles qui ne comprennent rien, ce serait bien mieux, mais ce n'est pas le cas ! En plus du changement d'horaire d'entrée, un dépôt de 100 euros est désormais exigé, ce qui est totalement anormal, pour la simple raison que… qu'est-ce qu'on est censé obtenir en échange ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 C'était vraiment notre destination préférée, mais c'était notre dernière visite… Le personnel ne sait pas imprimer un mot 🤣 et ils me l'ont écrit à la main… Tragique, mais aussi comique !

- Nathan (9/5): A good deal with friendly staff. - The apartment was well equipped. It is like a studio with a kitchenette, two arm chairs and a coffee table. The bed was spacious and the bathroom was roomy with a good shower. The breakfast was good. I was offered eggs and bacon in addition to the buffet. Our room was opposite a main road so we did hear some noise but it didn't prevent us from sleeping.

Chambre vétuste moins que pour mon séjour en 05/2025. Je vous invite a aller voir l'état de la baignoire à la #403, une moitié fortement dégradée, retissant de poser les pieds. Pour le même standard que celle demandé en 05/2025, j'étais un peu déçu du confort, vétusté, non Accès à la kitchenette... moins attendue et moins accueillie que l’an passé.

- Vytas Rimkus (7/5): Good and spacious room - Room was comfortable and spacious and clean with proper hotel amenities, not apartment as kitchen was unavailable. There are signs from the street easy to find. I paid for kitchen and its amenities which were in the room but locked. Reception did not open it during my two night stay or did not changed the room as promised. But they finally reimbursed difference which is a fair and ethical way treating customers.

Service impeccable, literie confortable et personnel très attentionné, surtout Bryant qui a été aux petits soins. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes étaient faits tous les jours. Très bon rapport qualité-prix et emplacement pratique, à 5 minutes à pied des trams 25 et 7, avec des bus à proximité. Rien à redire, je recommande !
- Toesja (6/5): Prima voor 1 nachtje slapen. - Vriendelijk onthaal, goed geholpen bij het inchecken. We hadden graag 1 bed voor zoon van 13 erbij gehad, maar we moesten een hele kamer bijboeken. Het ontbijt was klein, en er was al veel op. Er was geen yoghurt meer, en het aanbod was minimaal. De kamer was ontzettend warm
- Arthur (5/5): Un hôtel bien situé et bien équipé avec un bon staff mais des problèmes d’isolation sonore et de température rendent le - Chambres modernes et bien équipées. Personnel souriant et aimable. Il y a en effet, comme d’autres commentaires le suggèrent, trop de bruit venant de la route pour les chambres situées de ce côté. Je ne sais pas s’il y a un problème de vitrage ou d’isolation mais cela rend le sommeil difficile voire impossible. Il faisait également très chaud et le système de rafraîchissement était très bruyant.

- Mohammad (7/5): Overall good for short stay but wouldn’t stay again - The location is nice and close to the center. The room was spacious. The bed was very cozy. The staff were friendly. They provide only a pin (no key or card) to access both the room and the building, which was a serious security concern for us. The first room that they put us didn’t even lock properly, the door stayed always open. The receptionist was kind enough to quickly move us to another room where the door lock worked. The breakfast was nowhere near worth the extra price. We would have been better off having breakfast outside. Also, the lift went out of service for a whole day. There is also construction/renovation works going on which makes a lot of sound, including the sound from the roads.

- Luca (7/5): - Ho prenotato questo hotel per un viaggio di coppia. La stanza era molto grande e abbastanza pulita ma sicuramente il punto forte di questa struttura era che nonostante non sia nel centro città è in un punto molto strategico. Infatti, a pochi passi vi erano fermate del tram e bus che portavano ai punti principali di Bruxelles o nei punti turistici più della città con un tempo di percorrenza dai 5 minuti alla mezz'ora. la struttura e vicinissima al parco del cinquantenario un parco molto bello con un edificio storico con arcate e colonnato monumentali. All' interno di questo antico edificio vi sono diversi musei (della prima e seconda guerra mondiale, dell' aviazione ecc). Unica pecca che ho riscontrato di questo hotel sono le porte a chiusura magnetica. Le porte si chiudevano correttamente ma essendo il magnete collocato solo in alto la porta dava l'impressione di essere aperta. Infatti, spingendo un pò la porta la parte bassa della stessa si apriva leggermente. Anche se non si poteva vedere all'interno della stanza diciamo che avere una porta che se spinta rimane leggermente aperta non è il massimo

Brak zwrotu środków za niewykorzystaną dobę hotelową, pomimo iż było to niezależne od gościa. Śniadanie bardzo słabe.

Le prix de reservation BOOKING non respecté, la propreté générale de l'établissement, l'inconfort absolu des matelas et oreillers, les rideaux de la chambre qui se cassent la figure et dont la doublure occultante est déchirée. Obligés de rafistoler avec du tape fourni par le jeune homme de l'accueil. Le buffet de petit déjeuner trés peu fourni avec des chauffes plats en panne et impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraiche !!! Pas de personnel de l'établissement après 22h00 ???

A casa de banho é perfeita e, no geral, é tudo muito confortável. A kitchenette também é ideal para fazer algumas refeições mais simples. É ligeiramente afastado do centro da cidade, mas os transportes públicos facilitam muito a movimentação.

- Mohammed Abuhashem (1/5): - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and anger regarding my recent stay at Diamant Suites Brussels EU in Room 508. There are two major issues that I must address: 1. Severe Lack of Transparency and Hidden Fees: I booked this room because the pictures on Booking.com showed a kitchen. However, upon arrival, I found the kitchen completely locked behind a shutter. When I asked the reception, I was shocked to be told that I had to pay an extra 25 € just to unlock it! This was never mentioned in the booking conditions. To make matters worse, I discovered that the microwave inside the kitchen was broken anyway, making it useless even if I paid. This is a clear case of false advertising and hidden costs. 2. Lack of Hot Water and Poor Communication: I extended my stay yesterday (for the night of March 31st to April 1st). There was no hot water in my room. When I reported this yesterday, the staff assured me it would be fixed within an hour. Today is April 1st, and there is still no hot water. When I went down to demand an explanation, the staff finally admitted that the system had been down since yesterday! I was given false promises and could not even take a shower before my departure. Due to this terrible experience, false advertising, and failure to provide basic amenities, I am demanding a full refund for the extension period (84 €). I expect a formal and prompt response regarding this matter before escalating this issue directly to Booking.com customer service. Sincerely,

- Oleksandra (6/5): Очікування не виправдались, але в цілому задовільно - Номер досить просторий, з кухнею і ванною, з гарним видом на сад. Також в наявності був посуд, чайник і пакетики чаю / кави. В ванній кімнаті косметичні засоби хорошої якості. Чистота в номері в цілому ок. В описі номеру при бронюванні містилася неправдива інформація, а саме: номер люкс з 2 окремими кімнатами (вітальня і спальня) і 3 ліжками. При заселенні з'ясувалося, що таких номерів у них немає, всі номери однокімнатні. Нам довелося ще додатково чекати, поки нам підготують номер з 2 окремими ліжками, я відправляла запит на додаткове ліжко при бронюванні, але адміністратор повідомив, наче я мала окремо написати імейл в готель напередодні приїзду. В якості компенсації нам надали номер з міні-кухнею та балконом. В цілому номери просторі, але потребують ремонту - стіни, меблі давно не оновлювались. Розташування в 30 хв міським транспортом від центру.

- Carolina (10/5): Deseando volver! - La ubicación, teníamos una parada de bus y tren/metro cerca para movernos, sobre todo a la vuelta de un largo día, ya que solíamos ir a pie desde por la mañana al centro, un paseo muy agradable para ver calles y cosas de la ciudad. También calidad/precio estaba genial, una habitación bastante amplia y limpia, la cama comodísima y con calefacción, que se agradece porque nos nevó y llovió; Y además puedes pedir comida a domicilio si lo necesitas, aunque hay un Carrefour express en la esquina y eso facilita bastante algunas comidas. Si vuelvo me encantaría volver a alojarme aquí! Nada

- Agnieszka (8/5): I might come back, but I'll message the hotel first to make sure my room gets checked properly. - The bed and sheets were super compy, it was really clean and the wifi connection was very good. Also the checking in contact with the staff was very pleasant. The room was great, only 2 issues: hot water flow in the shower was pretty low poor; the hairdryer buttons were stuck and it took me some time to even turn it on. But luckily it worked :)

- Lander (10/5): - Todo, bien ubicado metro a 4 min andando, si llegas más tarde de las 22:00, te dan un pin , y tienen habitaciones cómodas con todo lo básico. Lo recomiendo, tiene restaurantes y supermercados a menos de 5-10 min andando. Nada todo perfecto.

- Rousanna (8/5): Good location and affordable prices - It was close to where we wanted to be. The area was clean and felt safe. It had convenient breakfast downstairs. The curtains were falling apart in our room and it was very dusty like it was not cleaned before we arrived. Even if it was cleaned days or weeks before. Staff should dust down before allowing guests in.
