- Jon-Paul (7/5): - My room was very nice - in fact during my B&B experience, the entire hotel is lovely. I was staying on my own, and spent the evening in the bar reading and sampling some of the wines on offer. On settling my bill at the end of the evening, it was apparent that the three different glasses of wine I'd had, had been totalled as three of the most expensive I'd enjoyed - and there was a 10% service charge levied on the bill which is presumably why the bill had been presented in the way it had been. The staff had been pleasant through the evening, and to be honest, I didn't say anything at the time as I'd had a good evening, I was tired, and I didn't want to make a fuss. However, I do feel taken advantage of; I was left feeling that my bill had been artificially inflated to increase the amount of the service charge automatically included in the bill.

- John (10/5): Superb room and staff. - It was a superb visit from start to finish. The suite was spacious, warm and extremely comfortable. The staff were excellent from the concierge to reception to the breakfast staff. The food was freshly cooked and there were several choices. We ordered fresh cooked breakfast which was good because the cooked buffet looked awful. The beans and eggs were down to the scraps (and weren’t replenished all the time we were there) and the mushrooms looked dried out under the lights. Definitely to be avoided!

Food in both Restaurants was amazing and so beautifully presented. Congratulations to all in the Kitchen, we loved dining in both Restaurants and our food was exquisite. I would definitely stay there again and have no problem in recommending The Aviator Hotel to all. Oh and a big shout out to the two guys in the Sky Bar, who I introduced to my favourite drink, Brandy & Baileys with lots of ice, or some people might prefer Whiskey & Baileys. Add it to your Cocktail List and call it the Irish Grand Slam 😀 or Irish Goodnight. Thanks again to all of the Management and Staff.

My friends and her husband they didn't bring any of them. They expect the hotel have some. Most of there hotels that they staying are provided. Anyway it's still a beautiful place to stay.

- paul (10/5): A perfect ending to our wedding day - We book for our wedding night, and was upgraded to a suite airport veiw room which was unbelievable. We could not have asked for more. The room was big and the bed was comfortable and very big. Nothing all was amazing

- David (10/5): Perfect location and facilities for business customers - Staffs very welcoming and professional, from the staff member that helped me with my bags to the breakfast staff, that ensured my orange juice was always topped up. The room was amazing, bed very comfortable, the shower nice although the rainfall shower didn't get as hot as I would have liked, but it may be designed to alternate hot and cold. The food was fantastic, whenever at the exhibition centre I will always stay here. The early breakfast start times on the weekend were fantastic as I had early starts. Some anti-slip mat in the bath would be useful as very hard for a short person to sit up.

- mark (9/5): Great stay throughly enjoyed it. - Only a one night stay so only got chance to visit the bar for food and drink's, service and food very good, EV charging on site easy to use but you do need the BP pulse app to use them. EV chargers are only 7 kilowatt chargers so be prepared to charge overnight if you need to. There are super chargers not too far away if you need to charge quickly.

The location was ideal, as the con was less than a five minute walk away. We received incredible service throughout our stay and I cannot fault the facilities.

The hotel is well maintained and the housekeeping is extremely impressive. When booking I did request a nice room if possible as it was our wedding anniversary. I only meant the nicest room possible as I had only booked a classic room, I did receive a slightly terse email back stating that I was asking for a free upgrade which wasn’t what I was meaning. In fact you very kindly did upgrade us to a suite was very much appreciated and will certainly make us want to return and probably book the suite another time. It’s only a small thing but it was shame the email was a little accusatory in the first instance.

When we checked in the gentleman couldn't do enough for us, he was very friendly, polite and very professional. We got offered a complimentary cocktail and we were even upgraded to a sky suite due to it being my partners birthday. Amazing service x Absolutely nothing! Everything was amazing, nothing was too much.

- Amy (10/5): Fantastic hotel and amazing staff! - We had a great stay, we booked the hotel for my son’s birthday as he was doing a flying experience near by. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel was fantastic and all my requests were fully met. They even put a birthday cupcake in my son’s room with a note from the general manager which was a really lovely touch. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special. NA
