• platypusgdfan (8/5): Quiet and Comfortable Aparthotel Room - Clean and comfortable aparthotel. It feels like home away from home. Had a double bed room on the ground floor. The property was quiet and WiFi connection was decent. However, you can only use 2 devices at one go with the WiFi. The room was equipped with basic amenities (i.e., kettle, towels, toilet rolls, Nespresso machine, toaster, fan, microwave, kitchen utensils and a hob. The only thing missing in the room is an iron but there is a shared laundry room which contains the iron.

Note: toilets were really tiny in this unit, I'm 6' tall and had a hard time going through the final phase of what I had to do (more serious business) due to the lack of space.

• Norbert_Gabriel (8/5): Good place in Asnières Centre - Good value, B32 is a small apartment with entrance, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. 2 things could be improved for us. The bed was even for us too small and not really comfortable. We always prefer a real shower instead of a bathtub with part-door. It is slippery and could be dangerous. The breakfast was really outstanding and the staff very nice.
• anhuepham (8/5): Nice cute little apartment - The room in the Hotel Residence les Asinieres Paris is like a small apartment, with small room with a double bed, small table, good equipped small kitchen where you can buy groceries (close nearby) to have breakfast and everything else. Train station close 5 mn walk, and good neighbourhood with many stores like coffee, bakery, bistro,....

When we checked out they allowed us to leave our luggage and collect when needed. Room had everything we needed. I asked for a room with a view of The Eiffel Tower , as it was my daughters birthday. They gave us that room. Lovely courtyard.

• O4225SRkevinm (10/5): excellent stay - We arrived a little late for checkin as our plane was late but the staff was excellent, staying after hours to help get us settled in, answer questions and explain the use of the facility with a tour. This was greatly appreciated. The front desk manager was very kind, polite and professional, and welcomed us and wished a wonderful visit to Paris for us. The kindness that was shown towards my wife and I was greatly appreciated. Although a little distance from downtown Paris, the location is close to a train station, there was good shopping, some markets and great restaurants. A great experience to be out of the hustle and bustle of the busy downtown area but also easy and quick access to get there if you wanted. The room is well appointed and kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils needed. A great experience made more memorable by the wonderful staff.

The cleanness, the designs, the colours, the textures, every thing are carefully picked and displaying. I hope the hotel management can keep up with the maintenance so many other tourists can have a chance to enjoy this apart hotel. For this trip, we stayed in 4 stars hotel in Amsterdam, 2 stars hotel in Brussels, no star hotel in Residence Paris Asnieres , and the no star hotel is the best one in our trip. The kitchen has everything we need to cook some basic meals make us feel like home for 5 nights we stayed here. The location is very convenience, it's near the train station, and super markets. It takes around 30 minutes public transportation to get to Paris and other main attractions. Thank you for your service, you give us a lasting memories that will not easy to forget for our Multi-city Europe trip. Merci beaucoup !

• Matthew (10/5): A place in Paris we'll return to - A lovely stay. We will definitely be staying here whenever we find ourselves in Paris. We were on an interrailing trip around Europe and our best stay was here. My FitBit shows that I had my best night's sleeps out of everywhere we stayed during our trip! We'll definitely be back. I loved the rooms, which provided everything we needed, the beds were super comfy, and having a kitchen, launderette, a gym and vending machine meant we always had what we needed at hand. A thousand times better than a standard hotel room.

• Jagrit89991 (8/5): Great for a Longer stay! - Has all the amenities you would need for a longer stay. Unfortunately I could not make use of all the amenities as we had a shorter stay. The rooms are spacious, have a kitchen and all items you would need. The staff was also very helpful in arranging a fan as it was very hot. The location is a bit far from centre but we had a car so it was no problem. All and all a very good experience. I will definitely come back.

• Rahmatulai Iyatunde (8/5): - Decent size apartments hotel, clean, I opted for room only. Receptionist was helpful got checked in a bit earlier. Room was spacious enough, with kitchenette and separate bathroom & toilets. Patisseries nearby to grab breakfast. Travel time 30 -35 minutes train ride to centre of Paris. **Travelling after midnight be prepared to journey part bus or Uber. Trains not too reliable after hours. Negative Reflection: I stayed in June 2025 when Paris had their heatwave and my only negative reflection was inadequate provision for coolant, the room was exceptionally hot the fan provided couldn't do the job so unbearable to sleep. Maybe having alternative might help Air Conditioning Overall

• Verified traveler (6/5): Clean but not great in summer - The room came just as I expected, but having no AC wasn't ideal when the temperature reached 33 degrees. As I had to keep the window open, I got many mosquito bites and a constant smoky smell from the smoking area right below my room. I didn't manage to sleep well enough two nights in a row, so I had to leave earlier than my original checkout date. I had no refund or compensation.

We enjoyed our mornings and evenings in Asnieres with easy transport to Paris for sightseeing during the day. The only issue was the cleanliness could have been better. We arrived for check in at 3pm earlier than expected so perhaps it was rushed. There was mouldy cucumber in the fridge, used towels in the vanity drawers and the carpet could have used a vacuum. All in how we we would book here again.

• 828sg (10/5): Excellent stay! Clean and safe! Easy train into Paris. - The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with restaurants, parking, and shops a block away. To get to Notre Dame or other sights, there are buses and trains close by. Don't spend a fortune to say in a loud touristy area where you pay a fortune for everything, including parking. I parked two blocks from the hotel for 12.50 a day. The hotel room had a kitchenette, private bath, etc. and the property itself has a nice common area and is well kept.

There was the ability to do laundry here and the rooms were spacious and had a mini kitchen. The only downside was there was not elevator so to get to the rooms we needed to climb a couple flights of stairs with luggage. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff was always available to assist with anything we needed, and they truly went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. We felt truly valued as guests, and we look forward to returning. This hotel is a gem!
• Karen (8/5): - This is a quaint place to stay and was very reasonably priced. We appreciated the friendly receptionist. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We had a courtyard view, which helped keep the room bright. The things that were challenging were the very small lift to the room, which held only two people and our bathroom was very small with a challenging tub and shower set-up. The glass did not cover the full area so water ran onto the floor and it was very slippery to step out. Also, the average Uber ride was $30-35 to get to the main sights of Paris.

All facilities nearby (supermarket, including organic/health options), mix of local basic restuarants. 10min walk to RER train station. Alittle out of paris, so normally need to swap lines, but paris is so big, you probably need to that in most locations.

Had effiel tower view from room windows, very clean and tidy. Has small workout gym downstairs and outdoor patio to sit with a few games. It's basically an apartment and youlook after everything yourself. We bought food to cook dinner ourselves in the kitchen.
• Alariyah (10/5): - I think this was my favorite hotel in Paris and sadly I only stayed here for my last day due to a mishap with booking with my group, It was the best oops ever! I loved the room it was so cute and aesthetically pleasing. It was pretty clean actually but I’m weird about certain fabrics and I wish some of them weren’t used in the hotel but none the less still amazing. I recommend this property very highly! The only thing i recommend is wiping down the chairs and asking for new seat covers.

The next day I come to reception and show the picture of that spider to the stuff. I ask them to change a new room for me but they just change the bed. The staff were polite and accommodating and the lodge is close to a pharmacy, grocery store and a number of restaurants, which was very convenient. The only issue I had was that I had to pay 20 euros for early check in and I still wasn't able to check in until about 1pm.

• Rachel (10/5): - We had an incredible stay here. It is close to a couple of metro stations, grocery stores, & local places to eat. The staff was very helpful, we are from the States & most of the staff spoke English which was very helpful for us. Everything was very clean. Our WiFi worked well, there are washers & dryers on site (they self-dispense laundry soap) as well as a cute outdoor court yard with a chairs. There was a cozy place downstairs to sit inside as well. We had a stovetop for cooking, toaster, electric kettle, nespresso machine, & plenty of dishes to use. We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it.

• Diane (10/5): - Safe, quiet and good value during off peak season. I was lucky to get a room with an Effiel Tower View. The room had a kitchette and I was able to cook some simple meals. There was a dining table and chairs so it felt homely. It's about 8-10 mins walk to the Asnieres Sur Seine train station so it's convenient. Taking the train from Asnieres to Paris St Lazare metro was easy with frequent trains. Supermarkets, cafes and shops were near the station so it's super convenient to pick up daily essentials. I was here for 18 days.
• shukron875 (8/5): Good and very convenient - The room is superb and spacious but the wifi connection slightly disappointed because limited only for 2 devices and need to reconnect all the time with password and username if idle.. irritating
• lesroo (10/5): Outstanding hidden gem - I’ve stayed here three times and it is my go-to hotel when visiting family in Asnieres! I always know my stay will be perfect.

• marcs_rens2024 (8/5): Basic room but with great value - The room itself was furnished with some basic IKEA furniture, but was in good condition and clean. However, the walls seemed to be pretty thin and initially I thought that I would hear a lot of noise from my neighbors. Thankfully this was not the case at all during my stay and all, except one night, were quiet and relaxing. Your experience probably depends on the guests in the neighboring rooms. One time I was woken by the false alarm in the middle of the night, which was utterly annoying. There’s a train station not far away and the mayor sites of the city can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Also a fantastic bakery is right around the corner.
• Jaigar (10/5): - This was night 2. I gave quite a detailed review for day 1 if my stay akready including details for street parking. We wod definitely stay here again. Great hotel, great facilities, great location.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfortable - 場所: サンラザール駅から一本で移動できアクセスしやすかった。 部屋: ベッド+ ソファベッドで4人(大人2人、子供 2人)の滞在にはちょうど良かった。 ミニキッチンと食卓テーブルがあり、スーパーで食材調達して調理する事も可能だった。駅からホテルまでの道中に複数のスーパー、パン屋があった。 宿泊費もかなり安く、おすすめ。
