- Miri66 (8/5): - Ottima colazione, cura dei particolari sia nelle camere che negli spazi esterni, esterni molto belli, esperienza complessivamente positiva. Entrando nella suite vignaioli c'era un fortissimo cattivo odore che non è andato via, nonostante abbiamo fatto arieggiare. Mancanza, all'interno, di un ambiente dove poter stare tutti insieme, considerato che abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia, occupando quattro stanze. Personale non eccessivamente friendly.

- ANNIKA (10/5): Confort e relax assicurato - Posto fantastico con atmosfera familiare e confort. Personale super gentile e simpatico. Colazione super. Il ristorante della masseria è molto buono con cibo locale e ottimi dolci.

Ik denk dat we een andere geboekt hadden maar dit was een verrassing. Ontbijt: uitgebreid met scrambled egg, fruit, yoghurt, gewoon brood, en de gebruikelijke zoetigheden. 2,5€ x 2 personen tourist tax p.p. per nacht zonder dit op booking.com vermeld stond zoals bij andere boekingen?! Verdacht dus. Zonder receipt. Geen thee noch koffie op de kamer. Geen praktische kamer, geen droogrekje etc.

- Sofia (10/5): Ci siamo trovati molto bene sia con il pernottamento nel trullo che nel ristorante della masseria. Sicuramente ci torner - L’attenzione e la cura dei dettagli. Il personale di sala molto gentile, sopratutto la ragazza con i capelli biondi corti. Durante il check in e check out sarebbe bello si interessassero un po’ più del cliente cercando di dare consigli sulla zona e dintorni, creando un interazione personale invece di comportarsi solo come da procedura standard.

- Chloé (10/5): Séjour délicieux et bienveillant - Un logement dans un cadre assez intimiste, les chambres sont magnifiques et tres bien entretenu. Personnel au top, très accueillant et bienveillant. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 18mois et tout le monde dans la Masseria était ravie de l'accueillir. Mise a disposition d'un lit parapluie parfait. Surtout et avant tout, du petit déjeuner au dîner, les repas sont délicieux maison et avec des produits d'exception. Nous avons même pu profiter des "Light lunch" cuisine comme a la maison : délicieux ! En pleine campagne italienne (10min nord d'Ostuni), ce n'est pas du tout dérangeant avec une voiture mais il faut le savoir.

- Alessandro (8/5): Un'esperienza positiva - Abbiamo soggiornato alla Masseria Ancella per 5 notti e in generale è stata un'esperienza positiva. Lo staff era molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza un po' piccola ma accogliente, il bagno ampio e pulito. Biancheria pulitissima e profumata. La struttura è veramente suggestiva e molto curata. La colazione molto buona con prodotti freschi. La posizione molto comoda per spostarsi sulla costa ma anche per raggiungere i borghi limitrofi. Parcheggio ampio interno. La piscina molto pulita seppur un po' piccola. Di sera, con tutte le luci la struttura diventa ancora più affascinante. Lo staff si impegna molto nella cura della struttura ma in orari un po' discutibili facendo, giustamente, rumore. Il tutto amplificato da vicini di stanza molto maleducati, ma questo di certo non è responsabilità della struttura. Altra cosa strana e un po' fastidiosa riguarda la pulizia delle stanze che veniva fatta mentre facevamo colazione: quando tornavamo abbiamo dovuto aspettare spesso fuori alla stanza per aspettare che lo staff terminasse. Manca uno specchio verticale in stanza che suggerisco di inserire.

- Maria (5/5): Passable - The venue was not managed in a way to give value to it. While I was having breakfast in the gardeners were cutting the grass, the smell of gasoline was horrible. I have talked to the owner about it and she just reply that they had to complete their job because the were going to be busy after that. The breakfast was up to 10am and i was still having breakfast at 10.30am. She was not having any understanding of providing good experience for her guests. I will never come back to this place.
