Really, only bad part, no blinds on bedroom window and a light shined into the window all night. The owner extremely kind, patient and helpful.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - Front porch view of the lake, short walk to the dock/lake, fire pit, and that it had stove/fridge/charcoal grill, dishware, eating utensils and kitchen table. The bedroom didn't have much room, the TV was small and up high in the corner of the kitchen. Couldn't see it from the futon that easily tips over. Also, couldn't turn the thermostat down any further than 70°

• Destiny (7/5): Terrible sleep, but good for having family close. - Lake was near the cabin and our groups cabins we placed next to each other. Beds were terrible and sunk in the middle. The beds had no support at all. We also paid extra since we came for the holiday and the pool wasn’t open.

• Collin (10/5): Quaint and cozy, lakeside chilling - Only one hiccup: the auto setting on the thermostat was malfunctioning so I had to actively turn on and off the heater blower or else it would never turn on on it’s own - had to get up a couple time each night to turn the heater on even tho it was already set to heat, auto…not a big deal, really, I routinely boondock (sleep in the car by choice) in order to get the best light for the photos I like to take so I was grateful for the bed and fridge. Anyway, great little spot, I would dread being here in-season due to it being Branson and the parking situation is tight on site at the cottages; however, Mill Creek Resort was the perfect secluded-ish getaway for a solo or couple during off-season (winter).
• Albert (7/5): it was nice - Loved the view of the lake. The cabin was very clean. The hide a bed/couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Not much room to park your vehicle when someone in the next cabin is pulling a boat. We were not able to park in front of the cabin.

• Paul (6/5): - My grades; Bed=A, entrance to cabin=C-, kitchen=B+, bath=C+, furniture=C-, parking=D, Storage=D, internet=D+, lighting=C, front porch=A-. Parking, lack of storage outside of kitchen, and very poor internet were area's of complaints [no parking available so you parked on a hill which made one side difficult to exit and the other difficult to enter,]. The internet was so slow even emails took minutes to open [used my cell]. Since during peak season a 3 day stay is required there is no real storage for clothing etc. Less than desirable; the entryway for cabin 4 was steep with lots of steps not ideal for us older folks. The couch was very uncomfortable and kitchen and outdoor chairs were shakey. Strong likes, wonderful bed, great kitchen, and fantastic front porch to sit on.

• Miranda (8/5): Mill Creek Resort - The location was good. The view was great! The cabin was small but clean. Communication with the owner was good. It was easy to book and check in and out. For a one night stay, it was inexpensive and close to our activities for the day. We'll stay again if the opportunity arises. The only thing we didn't like was light from the light pole shining on us in our room. The curtain was too thin to block out the light. We ended up covering the window with towels. We would recommend installing blinds or heavier curtains so people can get a good night's rest. Other than that, our stay was good.

• Randy (10/5): - Nice and clean. It is off the beaten path is what we enjoyed. We ate at two local restaurants that were close to cabin. Both had excellent food. Cabin was completely furnished with stove,fridge and cooking supplies. Not a bad drive to go in to Branson. Actually we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Short drive to Dogwood Canyon,Branson Belle and not a bad drive to Springfield.

We used the small pool provided, plus the kayaks, the pier for fishing & the hammock by the lake. 👍 Their site does not show interior pictures of the 4 blue cabins. Photos are of the larger wood cabins. The blue cabins are very small with limited furniture. No coffee table or end tables in the living room. It was not clean. The sheets & pillow cases had hairs on them. They left a dirty used sponge for us to use at the kitchen sink. Under the sink where the dirty dish rack was was filthy! The shower liner was moldy & the toilet did not drain good & had to be plunged 3 times. The plunger was so dirty! The porch was nice to sit on but hadn’t been swept in a long time! It was disappointing!

My wife and I came for my birthday weekend and this checked all the boxes. The AC is regulated to 70 degrees and needs a fan in the room.

• Chasing (9/5): Table Rock Lake is a beautiful area and we enjoyed our time. - The location was quiet and peaceful. The cabin was cozy. The temperature fluctuated to rather warm during the day and cool at night and there were instructions to not open any windows.

The first place I stayed had similar arrangements but they just said you will be in Room X and you will find the key in y. That would have been so much more satisfactory

• Nancy (3/5): Unsatisfactory. - No internet! It was specifically stated that internet was available, But that's not true. On contacting the staff, They were not helpful. A big big disappointment for me. There was no closet space to hang my clothes. The location was too far away from the sites I wanted to suit me. The floors were uneven and the front door would not stay open unless propped open by a chair. I will not be staying at this property again. Also, Instructions as far as how to Lay down the futon into a bed, and I have to call staff For me, as well as bring Towels,, which were not in the bathroom initially. I had requested an early check in , 2:00 as opposed to 4:00, and this was approved in advance by the site. • Yvette (7/5): Get more informed. - Loved the view! Easy check-in.. Plenty of toilet paper & paper towels. Lights all worked. The pool was nice, and it has a 10ft depth side. Very peaceful and quiet. No faculty is ever around. You have to call them every time. We weren't aware of the charcoal & and lighter fluid available in the laundry room area. No one around to buy ice. Bed was uncomfortable & pillows. Towels are really old, raggedy, stained & look like they should be used for rags. Way too small of everything, stayed in hotel rooms bigger than that & they don't have a kitchen. The bathroom floor slopped & and the door wouldn't stay open, so I had to put a towel on the floor to keep it open. Kitchen utensils, pans were terrible & few. Bring your own. Might have been happier in a larger cabin. Stayed in cabin #3 - 1 bdrm cottage.
• Anonymous (8/5): Lovely little get away with no frills. - Pretty Clean and had a full kitchen. Loved how cool (AC) we were able to keep it. Nice and dark for sleeping. I slept great! Lovely chairs on the front porch for rocking and hanging out. Flowers planted right outside the cabin were just lovely. Would enjoy a better view of the lake and could have been a bit cleaner. But I get that we were on a cove. Hard to get ahold of anyone to ask any questions. Pool was not inviting looking but I did see a few people enjoying it.

• Kathryn (10/5): Overall we had a great stay. We were close enough to Branson to visit there. Mornings an evenings hanging out on the por - This had Great Lake views. Quiet and relaxing. Swim in the lake or pool. Boat slips if you have a boat,otherwise you can fish from the dock or bank. Our cabin was a one bedroom. Although not large, it was fine for a couple. Also, kitchen, living room area and bathroom. Clean comfortable and central air. The mattress was not so comfortable. Probably time to replace it. No closet, so truly living out of your suitcase. Maybe a couple of small tables or a luggage rack would help to get the suitcase up off the floor.

• Vaughtbrad1 (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet. It's not difficult to get there. The people in the other cabins were very nice. It has a good pool. The parking for our cabin was not good. Didn't have any type of closet to hang clothes. The bed was 5 out of 10.
• Martha (10/5): - Less than five minutes to the Black Oak Amphitheater. Cottage was perfect for two and close to the pool and lake. Loved the availability of paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boat. Pool area was very nice with lots of sun/shade seating options. Perfect place to stay if you are wanting to enjoy the lake without the crowds. Highly recommend.

No one bothered us and sitting on the front porch looking at nature was very relaxing. The bathroom was tiny. The bed was very firm.
