• Charles (7/5): Fun if you have a good sense of humour. Great for people with many suitcases and who don’t mind the 20 min walk to the t - The rooms are very large and so was the bathtub. The TV was huge! Provided many amenities to choose from however with some it was unclear if it was complimentary. The location is fun at night with the neighbourhood lights, like a mini vegas (without the noise). The cards to enter your room reset everyday. They don’t differentiate smoking vs non smoking rooms.

• Franciska (10/5): Amazing and huge place for a great price with free meals. - Wow the best accomodation so far in Japan! Free meals EVERY DAY, huge room with an enourmous bed and spacious bathroom. Well-equipped with all kinds of toiletries, could ask for cleaning. Only a short walk from the subway.

• Kevin (10/5): Es ist super wenn man mit dem Auto dort hin kommen kann. - Das Badezimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Badewanne mit der Blubberfunktion war der Hammer. Das Bett war gigantisch, genau wie der Fernseher. Man konnte sich auch essen aufs Zimmer bestellen. Beste Funktion ever -

Estaba un poco apartado, se hacía incómodo si usabas transporte público ya que la estación más cercana estaba a 15/20 minutos andando (a tener en cuenta si se viaja con el equipaje). La habitación olía mucho al ambientador.

Esta bastante limpio, las habitaciones son bastantes grandes y comodas. Nos encanto que nos incluyeron 1 comida y bebida gratis por persona y noche. El único pero que le pongo es que esta a unos 15 min andando de la estación de transporte público, pero eso para nosotros no fue un problema porque era todo recto y sin complicaciones. Sin embargo, la estación conecta bastante bien con los sitios de interes

• Janika (1/5): Vorsicht Sex-Hotel - Booking sollte diese Unterkunft deutlich kennzeichen bzw. die Beschreibung anpassen. Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Sex-Hotel. Daher für meinen Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Ich habe mich dort sehr unwohl gefühlt und bin frühzeitig abgereist.
• Angela (8/5): Luxury experience for a very affordable price! - Very spacious, luxurious and with lots of amenities. Everything is neatly packed, lots of tech (useful and useless) and overall great, especially for the money! Having 2 meals and 2 drinks each day for free is something you don’t get everywhere. Everything is in Japanese so it’s not tourist friendly. We had to use google translate to order room service, to read anything at all. Having everything in English would definitely bump the score to a 9. Also, although the place was clean, you can definitely tell the place is old and used. Even the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the bed sheets were old.

• André (10/5): This is the ultimate hack in Kyoto: big room, close to subway, great value for money - So, this is definitely one of those hotels you go to for one specific purpose. BUT, we had a great 5 day there and it was the best price we found in Kyoto and the biggest room we had in Japan! It is clean, the staff are pretty nice (even though you hardly ever seen any). It was all super quiet too. 10 minute walk to the subway station. Easy to get to Nara and Kyoto. Convenience stores 2 minute walk away. I think this hotel is the ultimate hack for Kyoto! You do have to get a new key card every day, but that wasn't too difficult, so really nothing bad to say about this hotel.

• Gebbeken (8/5): Great place to stay - Food and dishes were wrapped. Amenities were excellent. We can feel the hospitality. The jets in our bath didn't work, or we didn't know how those actives if it does at all. Wish the food was delivered in the small door made for food. Having to answer the door during our bad was a bit inconvenient. However, the staff is very friendly.

• Jennifer (9/5): A lovely love hotel - Super clean, very spacious and the light up jacuzzi was a great way to relax. One of the few places that supplied sanitary products to hotel guests. i slept very well on a double bed with little to no noise or disruption. It is a love hotel, so expect condoms, lubrication and vibrators to be about the room. the location was a while away from the central hub by public transport, and while there were places to eat in a range of price points (convience store to tonkatsu to fancy) you would need to book in advance to enjoy the higher end of nearby resturants.
• Iryna (10/5): Exceptional - There are a lot of things in the room like cream, lotion, body milk, bath bubbles, face mask, spf, face cleanser etc. Really nice. Good equipped, fridge, kettle, two humidifiers, conditioner etc. A lot of space, big bed, location not so far from metro station. Free food in the hotel which is convenient and quick if you are hungry in the midnight or wanna have breakfast. It’s available all the day.

The shower was amazing, the room big and clean, there is an air purifier and air con in the room. Bit far from centre but there is a local station that can take you to the centre. • Julita (1/5): BEDBUGS - DON’T GO THERE! - The room was big, the bathroom very well equipped and the staff friendly. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why you should absolutely steer clear of this place: 1. BEDBUGS! This alone should be enough to convince anyone to stay away. We discovered bedbugs during our stay, which forced us to leave a day earlier. When we requested a refund for the unused night, the hotel initially refused. After contacting Booking, they reluctantly agreed but insisted we return in person to claim it— we had already left far from the hotel to Tokyo. 2. FILTHY CONDITIONS The hotel is shockingly dirty. While it’s a love hotel, and guests typically stay for just one night, this is no excuse for the level of disgust we encountered. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, but this place is beyond unacceptable. 3. INCONVENIENT POLICIES If you’re staying for more than one night, be prepared for an absurd policy: you must return your key card daily and inform the staff of your return time. This is highly inconvenient and adds unnecessary hassle to your stay. 4. SERIOUSLY, GO BACK TO POINT 1! If you’re still considering booking this hotel after reading about the bedbugs, think again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Spare yourself the nightmare and book elsewhere. This version is clear, direct, and reinforces your points effectively.

Everything was in working order, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast could be ordered on time and it would be placed in a special compartment so as not to be disturbed. the staff is attentive and responsive. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro. We were extremely pleased everything was perfect

• Joao (8/5): Sometimes relaxing, other times very fun - The room was really great. Lots of space, large comfy bed, nice facilities and amenities overall. The staff was nice. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, the karaoke system, and (all) the entertainment library associated to the TV. Sometimes we were awaken by breakfast arriving about 30 earlier than the scheduled time. We didn't understand how to use the gaming system in the room, and it would be great to have a massaging chair to complement the great relaxation provided by the jacuzzi.
