• Travis (10/5): - Room is large and very clean. Of course It’s not a fancy resort but it’s a great location to stay in transit between flights or accommodation. The staff is very friendly and they let me check in early it’s literally a one minute drive from the airport. Maybe a ten minute or less walk.

• John (8/5): - One has to keep their expectations in check as this is a 2 star property. There is no reception that we could find on arrival at 10pm but someone seems to keep an eye on the place as a lady soon came over calling my name and showed us to our room. The room entrance is a sliding door that had an inner latch but I'm not sure how it would be locked from the outside if we had to leave the room. The room was basic but clean with the essentials. The shower didn't have hot water. For us it served it's purpose for a one night airport stay of being budget friendly and very close to the airport.
• Todd (10/5): - Very nice lady that runs the place. The bed was soft, pillows ok, shower water hot, lots of space in the room, good Wi-Fi signal, and clean towels. Bad since there is no TV, no stores close by, no dinning close by.

• Anssi (6/5): 1 yön arvostelu - Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. He järjestivät meille mopon jotta pääsimme kiertämään saarta. Hotelli on ihan lentokentän vieressä joten lentomelua tulee mutta viimeinen lento taisi olla 9 aikaan illalla ja aamulla lennot alkaa noin 7 aikaan. Hotellilta saatiin myös kyyti kentälle vaikka siitä ei ole kuin 10min kävely sinne.

• Simone (8/5): - Ottimo hotel economico. Un pò isolato quindi molto silenzioso. Se soggiorni qui necessiti di un motorino. Belle camere molto spaziose. Unica pecca la propietaria non il servizio quotidiano di rifacimento e pulizia della camera quindi non cambia nemmeno gli asciugamani che tra l'altro sono uno grande per ospite senza salvietta. Comunque sono stato molto bene.

• Liam (10/5): - Great room, nice and big, clean with everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was slightly out if the way but rent a scooter or walk 10-15 mins you’re where you need to be. Would stay again.
• jajavalB (6/5): Hotel very near to airport - About 14 rooms with private bathroom, this hotel is the closet one to USM with its fence next to the airport. The room quality is average snd comforts my stay for overnight before haeding back to the airport without difficulty. If you havs only backpack , small luggage, you can be offered a ride to the airport by the hotel owner. Even big luggiage, please arrange with the staff in advance. The room has its own balcony with. Hanging rail for drying my washed cloths. TV is analog but in good funtion , air conditioner is very good function . A little bit noise from the street in very early morning , and noise from the airport for taking off and landing of busy airtraffuc till 21:00pm. Price is very valued for my stay, location is not too bad walking distance to Chaweng lake, Central Samui departmentstore , but about 2km to chaweng beach.. on weekend, there is nightmarket and walking street at Caweng lake.
• Julia (8/5): - Wir haben das Hotel genutzt da unser Flug am nächsten Tag um 6 Uhr morgens ging. Shuttle zum Flughafen war kein Problem, auch hat man uns umsonst mit in die nächste Stadt genommen. Zimmer sind für kurze Aufenthalte komplett in Ordnung! Es gibt Warmwasser, gutes Internet und eine Klimaanlage. Dennoch etwas laut an der Straße und mit den startenden Flugzeugen, aber das war uns bewusst!
• Louis (6/5): - If you’re looking for a room close to the airport because you have an early flight, that’s it! But don’t expect anything else. The bed was comfy and clean.
• 987karimh (8/5): Incredibly Friendly Staff - My wife and I stayed in this hotel to ride out tropical storm Pabuk, and to be close to the airport so we could fly out as soon as they re-opened it. Considering the extenuating circumstances with the storm, the staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the airport is great, but there isn't much else around the hotel. Overall, we had a comfortable time waiting out the storm in this hotel.

• 363euanl (8/5): Ideal stay for airport and friendly staff - We had originally booked into another ‘hotel’ but the standard wasn’t great so we had a look online and this property was just round the corner. We explained our situation and the ladies were so understanding and helpful. They showed us the rooms and gave us a choice between a couple of them. By the time we collected our bags the room had been made up and the air con was on. It’s basic but was perfect for the airport and the woman even took us round to the airport for free at 6.30am.

• MrJSpencer (10/5): Fantastic staff and good location! - After a bad experience at another hotel, myself and my partner felt we needed to get on booking.com to find an alternative. MM House came up and matched our criteria. We got a taxi to the hotel, where 3 ladies were so pleased to see us, checked us in, explained what happened! They were so understanding and welcoming, by far the most friendliest people we met. They got our suitcases, sorted the air con out, such good service. The beds were comfy and slept like a dream. We had a very earlier departure flight the next morning, 5 minute drive from here! Keep up the good work ladies! Happy New Year! 5*
• happyapple99 (8/5): 1st night in koh samui - Was greeted with warm hospitality of MM House upon landing late night in koh samui. Glad for budget stay in clean, spacious, well kept room with basic furnishing with warm bath. Within 5 mins ride to airport. Thankful for a good night rest at the start of my trip. Rental motorbikes available.
• 201desir_eb (8/5): Good stay close to airport - Great affordadle price! We stayed here cause it was so close to the airport not expecting anything too great..but the staff was awesome and helpful. Rooms werent too bad, could use a bit more extensive cleaning but thats just me being particular.
• manaltayba (10/5): Great staff and spacious rooms - Staff were friendly and were willing to go above and beyond. Spacious rooms and good for value. Even though I was not near chasing beach I was able to get around as they had a car onsite and a taxi motorbike. It is very close to the airport.
• jester070993 (6/5): Alright for the price, room felt very outdated though - Great place to be close to the airport. However there is nothing else really around unless you walk 10 - 15 mins, and I hated the walk at night, as there was no side walks, cars zoomed passed you, and stray dogs EVERYWHERE around the street barking and trying to attack you. I felt very unsafe walking back very late at night, I almost got attacked by several dogs SEVERAL different times. A few mosquitoes in the room which I was very pissed about. I also found some hair in the bed which was not mine (long strand, I have short hair). Family that runs the place is nice, but they kept trying to offer me a ride to the airport and at first tried to charge me 200 baht when the airport is literally a 8 minute walk away. I am tired of the people trying to scam you for every dollar out here. Good place to lay your head if you have a flight the next morning. I wouldn't stay here longer than a night. Room was big, outdated and not the most comfortable. It had AC which I was very happy about.
• AnirudhRao (10/5): great budget stay - this property is very close to the airport..may be 5 mins thats it..rooms are clean n spacious.complimentary tea/coffee is provided..the staff is very friendly especially the lady..she did her best to make us feel at home..she gave a lot of information abuot samui and other places that we can visit around the hotel..they give bikes on rent too
• natasshahu (8/5): Homey, convenient 2 airport - Stayed for one night Feb 04. Very clean, spacious room & bathroom. Showerhead spray strong, so feels real good massaging back. 5 mins from airport. Terrific to sleep late before heading to airport. Friendly proprietress. Location away from Chaweng Center, about 28 minutes walk by my experience. If you rent a scooter, it would only take you 5-7 minutes to get to where the action is (no traffic condition) and Chaweng Beach is. Chaweng Beach is actually far far far nicer than Lamai. The latter is somewhat dangerous for swimming due to the strong current and waves.. Chaweng beaches have finer sand and gentler waves with clear, clean water. Will stay here again.
• chutneyl (8/5): Over night stop - Stayed for one night as close to the airport and due to storms wanted to make sure we could get there! Really friendly staff who could not have been more helpful. Good sized room, hot shower and a tele. There was a huge storm that night which was a little noisy as there was damage to the back door but no real problem and I would recommend this place for that overnight airport stop
• ipommets (10/5): Super Homie and Friendly helpful staff and owner - I came to samui and found this lovely place. The housekeeping lady is in fact a cook as well does wonderful job. Owner and other staff are super friendly. Any requests and inquiries would be assisted very well. The place is nice and clean. You get big room all furnished with cable and central heated water system. Deffo lots of space. The hotel is in the airport street and in the middle of the pier to Phangan island and Chaweng beach with those hot party spots of the island. I say this place is very convenience and not expensive at all for all this! You can stay for a whole month here and explore the island Thai culture. Street food for local Thai are closed by. Rent the bike or car from the owner with reasonable price or she can be your driver all the way. It is almost like home stay. They have plates and cutleries for you to borrow or you can spoil yourself for service. It is up to you!
• bobthebuilderHull (8/5): Short Stay Chaweng - This is a budget hotel close to the airport, the noise is fairly bad but of short duration and there does not appear to be any night flights so sleep not affected, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated a little way out of Chaweng so transport is required and the hotel has motorbikes available at reasonable rates to hire The rooms are quite spacious and have everything you need
• EmilyH188 (10/5): Great Place - We had such a lovely stay here - originally booked 5 nights but ended up staying for two weeks. The room was big and clean with a large double bed and air conditioning. The two ladies that run it are amazing and cannot do enough for you; they cooked really good pad Thai and fried rice for us several times and did all our washing for only 50 baht each time (about £1 including hanging it out for us) which is an excellent price as most places charge 50 baht per kilo gram. The room was cleaned and sheets changed every couple of days which was nice because we were bringing so much sand back when we returned from the beach. It is a little way out from the Main Street of chaweng but they would drive us in for a couple of hundred baht whenever we asked and as the room is so cheap it didn't matter. If we were ever to return to koh samui we would definitely stay here for cheap and friendly accommodation.
• 584emmad (10/5): Amazing hotel - The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely, they went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome and even drove us to the pier and town to save us walking. The room was very clean - minus a few spider webs and the damp in the bathroom. A 10 or so minute walk into town and about a 20 minute walk to the beach which we didn't mind at all. Only negative is that we didn't have a safe. I really recommend staying here. Great location, amazing staff, cheap prices and nice rooms.

• Martinfromholland (8/5): Excellent budget hotel superfriendly staff - Excellent budget hotel superfriendly staff. We rented a room here for an afternoon to put the kids to bed between 2 flights. The owner lend us her scooter so we could get some groceries in the village. She makes good food as well. The room was clean. Bathroom was ok for Thai standards.

From the airport 5 minutes.Hotel's staff very nice and friendly. Some time if you need some suggestion or information easy to talk with nice reception.This is the one that i recommend to stay.
• NuansukJ (10/5): near airport - MM House Hotel is great choice foe accommodation when visiting Koh Samui. The staff is good very friendly.the room is clean and the good price. We can walk to airport if have the big bag the hotel service taxi 200 B .to city or airport.
• lauren (6/5): Nice hotel for an overnight stay - This hotel is good for an overnight stay as it is close to the airport. The owner is very lovely and accommodating. Rooms are big but bathroom is designed poorely, as the drain was on the opposite side to the shower causing draining issues.
• Ollemadthee (10/5): Home away from Home - We went on an all girls trip to Samui and luckily we ended up in this hotel where the staff were ladies and so caring. they really looked out for us and gave us insider tips on Samui. the room also was well equipped and was at a great rate for such a big room. It definitely felt like a home away from home.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel wasn't the best in terms of condition but the service was very good, the lady works around the clock and even let us rent her personal scooter for the day. Very convenient if you are wanting to walk to airport (5min walk). Pad Thai delivered to your room for cheap and you can even get a scooter lift to the airport for next to nothing. Would recommend staying here if you're on a budget and missed your flight or something along those lines.
