- Federica (10/5): Confortevole e molto ben gestito - Struttura molto comoda per sciare a Pinzolo (ma anche a Madonna di Campiglio), parcheggio davanti all’hotel riservato e navetta che ti porta agli impianti di Pinzolo. Colazione varia e abbondante, staff gentilissimo. Possibilità inclusa di usufruire del centro benessere dell’hotel in cui si trova una sauna, sauna finlandese, stanza relax e possibilità di farsi una tisana rilassante. Bellissima la possibilità di avere anche il pass per i musei e castelli del Trentino su richiesta e possibilità di partecipare ad escursioni organizzate dall’hotel. From my perspective as an English‑speaking guest, I would suggest updating the TV to a Smart TV so guests can log into their own accounts. At the moment there are many channels, but almost all of them are in Italian. It would also be helpful to have a channel with information about the ski slope conditions

- Nitzan (9/5): We recommend - New facilities, combined modern and classic. Spa has saunas, which are very nice. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was spacious and lovely. Host was friendly and helpful. One of the saunas was out of order. The key mechanism in our room was not functioning, the towel warmer did not work because of it, and the key panel was flashing at night, which disturbed our sleep.

- Wayne (9/5): Probably one of the best places to stay to enjoy the Pinzolo / Madonna Di Campiglio area - The location is great, close to the main ski lift with an optional shuttle to the lift that makes getting there faster and easier. The Breakfast was good with a decent amount of options. The Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bed and pillows for me were not as comfortable as I would have liked.

- Arturas (10/5): Exceptional - Very good hotel. Great staff, they will do whatever you ask. Good location, bus stop right next to the hotel. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
