- Kim (6/5): - Cherry Blossom Hotel was an okay place to stay, but there were a few downsides. The noise from the trucks passing by was quite loud, especially at night. The room was in decent condition, but the lighting setup wasn’t great — the main lights are on the wall, and when you’re sitting on the bed (the only real place to sit), the lights shine directly in your eyes, making it difficult to watch TV comfortably. The bathroom was very small. Breakfast was included, but there were no options for anyone with dietary requirements — no gluten-free products were available.

A noisy neighbour who was a bit aggressive with someone he was with - but other than that a nice stay.

- 555annemariew (8/5): Not good car parking - Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and adequate. The parking is angle in front of rooms but there is hardly any space for cars to drive past. It would have been helpful if we had been told there was a separate driveway to exit rather than trying to get through the tight front entrance where there were cars parked all around. Breakfast is included and was ok but don’t drink the machine coffee.

- Zoe (4/5): - This hotel is just a little tired, the internet doesn't work at all - not at all! I was told the connection might not be great due to an upgrade in progress, however it doesn't work at all and didn't the whole time I was there. A shame, since I was travelling for business. The room was quite cold because the rooms are so think in the fabrication. It all felt cold, uninviting and my curtains/ blinds didn't shut fully, so I didn't feel 100% private and secure. The worst part is actually also a compliment to the hotel; It is very clean, so well-cleaned the room wreaked of cheap, strongly perfumed cleaning products. I actually got allergies from this and found it so hard to be in the room. It messed with my breathing and bothered my eyes. It was overwhelming and the most cheap, awful, strong fragrance. The cleanliness can't be faulted, but please change the products, I felt so unwell in my room and felt like everything smelt of the products when I left. The staff are super lovely, though - thanks for your warmth and kindness!

Sandi, Robbie & all the crew at Cherry Blossom treat me like family and it's why I choose to stay here whenever I'm passing through anywhere near the region. The rooms are very good with all the basic essentials updated bathroom, neat kitchen area, Smart TV that worked really well, comfortable bed, mini desk to work on the laptop, WiFi worked well, comfortable bed and split air con that was no issues. There was a complimentary breakfast that served up varieties of cereals, toasts, fruit cups and other basics in a nice dining room. If you need to do some clothes washing or drying there's a complimentary service available. All rooms are located on ground floor with car parking right at the door, easy check in, close to the main town and close to the Olympic Highway. This is my third stay since Sandi took over as Manager and I hope it's not the last. I stayed in Room 26 on 16 April 2025.

Close to the main street. Spacious room and very tidy. Free continental breakfast. There’s a barbecue area and a guest laundry free internet as well.

- yashpalsinghk2024 (2/5): Worst Experince - I booked with Cherry Blossom and contacted the motel on my way, informing them of my expected arrival around 8:30 PM. However, they refused to accommodate me, stating that they closed at 8:00 PM. I requested them to leave the room key or keys in a safe place for me to pick up, as I was only an hour away. The receptionist compared their policy to flights not waiting for passengers and insisted they couldn't wait until 8:30 PM. Despite my repeated requests, he remained adamant, stating it was my problem, not his. I then called other motels and found a better place in Young. I decided not to stay at the original motel and would not recommend it to others, as their attitude towards customer service was the rudest I have encountered in my 25 years of travel
