Swimming pool water is really warm, with the hot weather the pool temperature it’s not too suitable and also the pool isn’t properly cleaned. Sometimes too long to wait for a cocktail drink after order and too long to wait for food after order.

Has a gym and a swimming pool. They do provide shuttle to and from the main town. Quite old with recommended improvements.

• Aurore (6/5): - L'emplacement et l'extérieur de l'hôtel sont très bien. Esprit colonial avec des mares et des poissons. Nous étions au 4ème étage avec une suite avec une petite attention pour notre voyage de noce sympathique. La chambre est vétuste. Notamment la salle de bain. En arrivant plusieurs milles pattes au fond de la baignoire. Pas de pommeau de douche uniquement une sortie de bain et un jet de douche non réglable. Chambre pas très propre de manière générale, traces douteuses sur le canapé. Le must, pas de buffet petit déjeuner alors que nous avions payé pour. Et nous n'étions pas prévenus à l'avance sans quoi nous n'aurions pas payé. Une hôtesse nous a reçu au restaurant et nous a informé qu'il n'y avait pas de buffet et qu'elle nous servirait des œufs saucisses ou fruits si nous le souhaitions. Nous avons attendu 30min pour qu'il nous soit servi qu'une assiette de fruit sur les deux demandées. Le jus d'orange n'était pas bon. Très déçu du petit-déjeuner.
• David (8/5): Stunning hotel grounds! - Beautiful hotel and grounds! The pool area and the greenery everywhere are particularly delightful. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and pretty. We did a pretty 1km beach walk into town to a food court, and walked back to the hotel after dark fine; the road had sidewalks all the way. Bicycle friendly hotel; ours stayed in our room! The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and love, as it's looking tired in places. We found the bed somewhat uncomfortable. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet, even on a Sunday morning, because it was during Ramadan; but we were able to order enough to fill us.

• Mohamad Nor Hazizi (10/5): Tiara the best !! - This is my first time and i was woowwww!!! Even the hotel is quite old, but overall really exceed my expectation. Old hotel but feeling like luxury!! I aldy recommended to all my officemate to stay at Tiara when we all travel for work. Even my wife and me aldy plan for vacation in labuan just to stay in Tiara because everything was there. No need to go to other location . Hahaha . We just wanna relax there! Please make sure u check your chicken before cook because the chicken taste like "rosak". Ayam berbau walaupun dah masak. Other than chicken.. all good!

• Colin (10/5): A wonderful place to relax. - This is the second time we have stayed at the Tiara and our exports been wonderful once again. The staff are most attentive and you immediately feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and their service was faultless. The room, all the various hotel facilities and the restaurant are all as you would wish. The quality and variety of dishes in the Grill are excellent with the egg station at breakfast producing delicious omelettes and scrambled eggs with a wide selection of fruit, cooked dishes and pastries. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect. The gym, steam room and sauna are well equipped and clean. The pool is a great pleasure to swim in and relax by. A shuttle service into Victoria and to the airport is an extra bonus. For those with an interest in history the museum in Victoria is most interesting and the hotel is only a short walk from the War Grave Cemetery. Having to leave!

• Poyen (7/5): 適合渡假的地方 - 房間很大，每天整理的人很用心，房間每天都被打掃得很乾淨。 有泳池和免費到市區的接駁車，我每天都利用接駁車到我想去的地方。 hotel對面就有一個市集，從酒店門口走路只要越過馬路就可以到，每天下午到晚上11點都有營業，可以去市集用餐，餐點都很美味。 飯店裡面一個小酒吧提供的啤酒很便宜，Happy Hour的時間幾乎是整個營業時間。 房間隔音很好，進房間後就幾乎聽不到外面的聲音了。 淋浴水溫不容易調整，冷氣要開一段時間才會冷。 早餐很普通，大約吃第二天就會膩，遇到六日會有很多人用餐，員工早餐補菜的速度很慢。 我傳訊息預約抵達時從機場往飯店的接駁車完全沒有得到回應，利用E-mail很久才會回覆，而且答非所問。 後來是拜託馬來西亞的朋友幫我打電話去才成功預約到機場接送。但是從飯店前往機場可以很快在前台安排好，所以工作人員應該不常確認來自網路的訊息。

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception staff, all incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions about the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home right away. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, with a beautiful tropical garden and a charming koi pond, a peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also offers a large and well-maintained swimming pool, a relaxing spa, and a fully equipped gym, perfect for both leisure and wellness. The restaurant is excellent: breakfast was included and it was abundant, varied, and of great quality—an ideal way to start the day. In the evening, we enjoyed the indoor lounge, where the bartenders prepared fantastic cocktails. The bar is impressively stocked, especially with liquors and whiskeys, and the atmosphere is perfect for winding down. In short: impeccable staff, beautiful green surroundings, complete facilities, and high-quality dining. If we could give a rating, it would definitely be 100 stars out of 5 ✨✨✨. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Labuan. I don't like carpet in bedrooms.

Pool amd landscape at villa side not well maintained and far from what is seen on picture. It is like a separate world from the resort shown in pictures. Water quality of pool in villa side is bad - seems like no cleaning and maintenance at all. Housekeeping at villa side is bad too. Hardly have anyone in sight. No hand towels, no hairdryer no floor mat at villa side - need to walk to resort reception to get on my own. The walk from villa to reception lobby is not well-paved, not maintained and not sheltered. It was raining - walk to lobby to reach my GRAB pick up at lobby is daunting especially when it was dark. The whole path is not sheltered, not lit, not paved and not maintained. The stove in the villa is not properly cleaned. Stain with oil! Only 3 sets of plates, cutlery but my villa for 6 paxs. I need to get everything from the reception at the resort side and the walk there is not nice at all.

• Mccallum (7/5): A gem of a hotel - Rooms large and comfortable (a little tired). Great pool, beach across the road. Plenty of restaurants & good variety of food. Friendly staff. Slightly aging décor in the rooms, could do with a freshen up. As with the bathrooms, although all adequate. Hotel is just that little too far to walk into town, but cabs are cheap.
• Irene (1/5): Very disappointed - Garden is nice Cleanliness, everything is dated. Pool is not clean, the wall plug is not working, the facilities is not clean and the carpet is smelly. Breakfast also not a lot of choices. The chicken nugget is soggy and croissant is not cook properly. The next door breakfast was not collected till the next day, we’ve in and out of the hotel a few times and the food has turned sour. It’s very unpleasant. The new towel is smelly too. We thought that was our used towels.
• Saif (10/5): A beautiful, peaceful stay with excellent service—highly recommended! - From the moment we arrived at Tiara Hotel Labuan, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the peaceful ambiance of the location, and the overall hospitality. I had requested an early check-in as I was traveling with kids, and not only did they accommodate us ahead of time, but the check-in process was also incredibly smooth and quick—completed within 30 seconds. The receptionist, a very kind and professional lady, ensured we didn’t have to wait at all. Our luggage was taken care of immediately, and we received our room keys, Wi-Fi access, and room number within a minute. The property itself is stunning. There’s a beautiful pond full of fish, which the kids absolutely loved, along with a well-maintained children's swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and natural trees, giving it a calm and almost surreal vibe. To top it off, the beach is just 100 meters away, adding to the experience. The restaurant was excellent, offering delicious meals at very reasonable prices. Breakfast was included for free, and everything we had was fresh and well-prepared. Upon checkout, our flight was delayed, and once again, the receptionist was kind enough to let us extend our stay a bit longer at no extra charge. They even offered us a free shuttle to the airport, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, Tiara Hotel Labuan exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The staff, service, surroundings, and overall value were all top-notch. I will highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Labuan and will definitely be coming back. Honestly, there was very little to dislike about Tiara Hotel Labuan. The only minor inconvenience was that there isn't a shopping mall within walking distance. However, this was not a big issue at all — the Financial Park Mall is just about 5 minutes away by Grab, and it cost under 5 MYR, which is very reasonable. In fact, I completely understand and appreciate that the hotel is located in a quieter, more natural area, which adds to its charm. The peaceful surroundings, less crowded environment, and beautiful natural setting more than make up for the slight distance from commercial areas. Overall, there was nothing I truly didn’t like about the hotel. Everything was excellent, and I left completely satisfied with the experience.

• Nasip (9/5): Beyond expectations. - the size of the two bedroom suite was as big as a standard three room condo. The rate was affordable with breakfast included. The beds were comfortable and generous bathroom amenities were provided. Very satisfying stay. Excellent. Nothing to dislike but noted that the resort is under the flight path to the airport but the noise levels from a landing aircraft is negligible and the airport is not a busy airport.

• Jessica (10/5): - Tiara Labuan Hotel is the premier resort to stay at on Labuan. The entire property is gorgeous with a variety of gardens and restaurants. You are a 10 minute walk away from town or the Labuan War Cemetery, and just across the road is the peaceful Tiara Beach. I couldn't recommend this resort enough and can't wait to come back.

• Sylvia (10/5): Lovely hotel in beautiful settings . - What a lovely place to spend 3 nights in , our room was beautiful , very clean and comfortable . The hotel is really nice throughout and surrounded by a tropical garden . The food was very good , breakfast was a bit restricted for non- Muslim guests as it was Ramadan but we were well provided for . We enjoyed everything about this hotel and thought it was excellent value both for the accommodation and restaurants and bars where the prices were very reasonable for this standard of hotel . The hotel has a free shuttle to the town of Victoria , we also got the hotel to call a Grab car to go around the island a bit , these are very reasonably priced and almost wherever you go the staff will call for the next one , it made getting around much easier than we expected . We came by Ferry from Brunei to Victoria , Labuan , the biggest problem here is finding the information as to Ferry schedules as they only publish them for a two week period , you can book online from Labuan to Serasa port Brunei but not when leaving Brunei so we just turned hoping there would be a ferry (there was) . It would be good if the Labuan Tourist authorities improved this lack of information as it must prevent some potential guests from travelling . Great staff throughout and a particular thanks to the lovely young lady receptionist who was so helpful . Having to leave so soon.....

• Daveb1986 (8/5): Excellent stay, has something for all. - The staff were very helpful, received excellent service in the bar and restaurant, offered multiple transfers to and from the town including airport transfers. Requested a late check out and they were able to facilitate and always were willing to help. The food was good value and tasty. Room was excellent size and the bed was very comfy, has an old feel but that adds to the charm. The gym had no air conditioning but had all the equipment needed. Would be nice if the gym was open earlier.

• Kayla (7/5): Beautiful views - Loved the hotel’s location, close to restaurants and the beach! The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Views from the room were incredible, we loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. The hotel has an in house bar right by the pool which we didn’t know about. The bass from the music was so loud it shook the walls of our room until 1am. We tried to call the hotel to ask if they could turn it down but realized our in room phone was broken. My partner went to the front desk to ask, they said they would call the bar. Once back in the room there was no change, if anything the karaoke singing for louder. Really frustrating as we had a tour in the morning and needed to be up early. The bar we learned is also open to the public which didn’t feel very safe. There is no tap system with keys on the elevator so anyone could hypothetically go up to the rooms. Despite the noise and safety concern we really enjoyed our stay. The pool and view from the room was beautiful.
