• Josef (10/5): - Das Crystal Beach Hotel ist in Zakynthos eine Topadresse. Es liegt unmittelbar am Strand in herrlicher, ruhiger Lage. Tolles, großes Pool, sehr freundliches Service, saubere Zimmer und überragendes Frühstück. Es gibt im Hotel auch ein Restaurant und in der Nähe Tavernen bzw in der Nachbarschaft die Möglichkeit, Autos und Scooters auszuborgen. Wir waren 10x auf Zakynthos, dieses Hotel war am besten. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein. Beim Duschen spritzt man unweigerlich alle Sanitärsachen an, weil es keinen Duschvorhang oder eine geschlossene Duschkabine gibt. Die Restaurantpreise und Getränke sind gegenüber den traditionellen Tavernen überteuert.
• Louise (9/5): Geweldig rustige get away! - De locatie is perfect! Daarnaast ook heel vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten. Er was wat lekkage bij de wasbak, maar ook dit hebben ze uitstekend en meteen opgelost.

Restaurant und Bar sind in Ordnung, man kann sich immer auch an die Poolliegen Getränke bestellen. Strand ist sehr schön und beliebt. Zimmer ziemlich klein, kein gutes Licht zum Schminken. Die Gegend ist nicht die beste, wenn man spazieren gehen will

• Lily (8/5): 住宿只能满足基本需求 但位置真的很好 - 早餐很丰富，当初选这个酒店就是因为紧靠海滩，而且远离市区安静。 房间的储物问题吧，没什么柜子和架子来放东西，而且卫生间洗手池下水很慢，可能是被沙堵了，床太软了，没啥支持力，睡了起来身上酸，其他的都很好，服务也很好。

• ellen (10/5): TOP en zeker een aanrader. - AL het personeel is super vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was TOP. Af en toe hebben we er gedineerd en ook dat was heerlijk. TOP beachbar ook. Het was overal heel schoon en netjes. Ook bij het zwembad. Mooi verzorgde tuin en omgeving van het hotel. Er waren veel wespen. Wellicht wat wespenvallen neerzetten. Wij letten daar wat meer op omdat mijn man allergisch is. Maar we hebben de epi-pen gewoon de hele dag meegenomen.

Ottima la pulizia, le camere vista mare come la nostra fanno davvero sognare… un luogo dove perdersi nella bellezza della natura… meraviglioso… gentile il personale, buono il cibo… il bar ristorante sulla spiaggia unico… un posto dove tornare… vicino alle tartarughe marine… in un’area protetta dove il mare e il sole ti portano in una Grecia indimenticabile ♥️♥️♥️🌊🌊🌊
• Carlotta Lea (9/5): Das Hotel bietet alles was man sich wünscht und ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen - Ein drei Sterne Hotel der besten Art mit perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Die Anlage um das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt, wird stetig gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Der Innenbereich sowie die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick und waren bestens zufrieden. Es war nicht groß aber auch durch den schönen Balkon ausreichend. Bad und Mobiliar sind modern. Am Pool sind genügend Liegen vorhanden sodass nur die wenigsten auf die Idee einer Handtuchreservierung kommen. Das ist auch nicht notwendig. Die Poolbar hat bei moderaten Preisen alles zu bieten was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar nicht außergewöhnlich gut aber quantitativ sowie qualitativ völlig in Ordnung. Zudem gab es immer wieder wechselnde Speisen und eine „typisch griechische“ Theke die uns besonders gefallen hat. Das Personal ist, egal ob an der Rezeption, der Poolbar oder beim Frühstück ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht und sind zum Essen häufig im Ort Kalamaki gewesen. Dort gibt es viele sehr gute Restaurants. Hätten wir nicht so viele andere Reiseziele würden wir direkt wiederkommen aber vielleicht in ein paar Jahren wieder. Wir würden das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Einzige Kritikpunkte sind das nicht so prickelnd funktionierende WLAN und eine fehlende Dusche direkt am Strand (es gibt lediglich zwei in der Nähe des Pools).
• Frank (9/5): Een week verblijven op een prachtige locatie. - Modern hotel op een prachtige locatie. Alles was zeer goed organiseerd. Restaurant was niet top vergeleken met de rest van het hotel.
• Hinrich (8/5): Wer Erholung und Badespaß sucht, liegt hier richtig. - Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und qualitativ gut. Die ruhige Lage des Hotels direkt an einem 4 km Sandstrand ist eine der besten auf der ganzen Insel! Das Hotel ist von keiner Seite her verbaut. Für Ausflüge auf der Insel (was lohnend ist) benötigt man einen Leihwagen, für einige Ziele reicht auch der öffentliche Bus. Hotelbett mit sehr weichen Matratzen. Im Zimmer (222) gab es keinen Schrank und wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, lediglich eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln. Das bedeutet: Leben aus dem Koffer. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie eher ungewöhnlich. Außerdem fehlten im Bad geeignete Handtuchhalter, damit die feuchten Handtücher trocknen können. Auch auf dem Balkon gab es kein Wäschegestell oder ähnliches um die nassen Badesachen trocken zu können. Vermutlich ein Zugeständnis an den Architekten des Hauses. Hier noch ein Beitrag der das Hotel nicht betrifft: Achtung Senioren (ich bin einer): Wer mehr als 68 Lenze zählt, erhält bei einigen lokalen Autovermietern (Kalamaki) k e i n e Autoversicherung mehr oder es sind bestenfalls Selbstkosten von 1.200 € im Schadensfall fällig. Dazu fällt mir nur Altersdiskriminierung ein. Dagegen hilft aber suchen und verhandeln. Wir waren erfolgreich.
• Penny (9/5): Stunning - The best location right on the beach front and view from balcony room was amazing . Free Sunbed towels was a nice touch . There was not a lot of atmosphere around the hotel and quiet at night , so we went into kalamaki to eat . Not many English felt the hotel was catering for the Germans , which was but a problem everyone was pleasant . A little thing was no kettle in the room , had a coffee machine but water didn’t get very hot and tasted a bit strange .

• Bruno (8/5): wir haben einer der schönsten Urlaube auf Zakynthos erlebt! - wir durften 2 Wochen dieses Hotel in der Traumlage in der Bucht von Kalamaki geniessen. das Personal freundlich und in Service zum Diner am Abend einfach super. das Essen aus einer griechischen Küche gut und abwechslungsreich. die Zimmer könnten grösser sein und der Komfort der Schlafmatratzen Sanierung bedürftig!

Abbiamo segnalato un guasto con il phon in camera e ci hanno risposto che l'avrebbero sistemato il giorno dopo. Cosa che non è avvenuta. La posizione è ottima, la colazione normale, carino l'angolo della colazione tipica greca. Nel complesso il prezzo è troppo alto per il soggiorno. Se dovessi tornare a Zante non tornerei qui.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Troppo, troppo caro - posizione vicina al mare, l'acqua del mare cristallina. qualità prezzo sbilanciato, camere non all'altezza, non ci sono armadi, in bagno non c'è la possibilità di appendere nulla, la doccia non era chiusa e si allaga tutto. Puzza di fogna che a volte arrivava anche dal condizionatore. Camere rumorose e illuminazione nei corridoi che arrivava fin dentro la stanza. Musica tenuta alta dal bar fino all'una di notte. Bar che dopo le 19 non serve più nulla da mangiare se non delle patatine che vende a 4 euro! Io non capisco come faccia avere queste recensioni così alte, secondo me molti non hanno mai soggiornato in strutture di livello. È sicuramente avvantaggiata dalla posizione ma i servizi non sono all'altezza e non giustificano il prezzo. Inoltre gli ombrelloni della spiaggia sono a pagamento e la spiaggia essendo pubblica, risulta caotica.

La struttura é molto accogliente e si trova a 30 mt dal mare, buona la colazione a buffet, pranzi e cene molto suggestive. L’hotel dispone di un’ampio piscina e di un bellissimo bar vista mare. Camere pulite ma suggeriamo un armadio chiuso per la standard matrimoniale. La stanza non ha un vero e proprio armadio, ma dispone di rientranze murate aperte e di appendini dove poter mettere i propri vestiti

• Nikos (8/5): Καλό αλλά ακριβό για αυτά που προσφέρει - Άνετα, σχετικά καθαρά δωμάτια, πολύ καλό και καλής ποιότητας πρωϊνό, άριστο και ευγενικό προσωπικό, μπροστά στη θάλασσα. Το εστιατόριο επίσης έχει καλό φαγητό και ποτά. Τα μπάνια χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση, οι ξαπλώστρες μπροστά στη παραλία χρεώνονται και για τους πελάτες της παραλίας και το χειρότερο, σε ερώτησή μου όταν φθάσαμε, μου απάντησαν ότι τις ξαπλώστρες τις διαχειρίζεται άλλη εταιρεία, αλλά στην απόδειξη είναι η ίδια επωνυμία και ΑΦΜ, το χειρότερο είναι η κοροϊδία! Και ενώ πληρώνεις 20€ το σετ χωρίς κάτι άλλο στη τιμή, είναι self service!

• Wioletta (9/5): Bardzo ładne miejsce - Widok z okna, super plaża obok hotelu, czystość w hotelu. Fajne knajpki z pysznym, greckim jedzeniem Śniadania bardzo podstawowe, ale da się przeżyć.
• Mary Rose (10/5): Excellent vacation - The location was perfect, it was beachfront, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The reception, cleaning and dinner staff were very nice and friendly. I advised to do the half board, we had lovely dinner for the entire week. We tried different 3 course meal every night. Overall, it was worth it and we had a lot of fun! Thank you! The breakfast buffet needs a little improvement with the variety of food. I know they could do better because their dinner menu was great. The staff in the breakfast buffet needs to smile more and be attentive to the guest.

• Marcela (10/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und schön gepflegt, die Poolanlage mit Blick auf die Umgebung ist großartig. Zimmerservice war sehr gut. Das Personal - sowohl beim Frühstück ( Fr. Lena) als auch an der Poolbar - war sehr aufmerksam, nicht aufdränglich, diskret und freundlich. Leider ist im Zimmer ist zu wenig Platz fürs Gewand und ein Tresor im Zimmer für persönliche Wertsachen wäre besser als die Schließfächer im Foyer.
• Luca (9/5): - La vista e la colazione erano perfette La posizione perfetta, in quad 10 minuti da laganas e 10 minuti da zante Appena arrivato mi hanno fatto l'upgrade alla stanza vista sul mare, uno spettacolo tutte le mattine.

• Saskia (10/5): Uitstekend! - Kamer met zijzeezicht en op de (zonsopkomst van achter de) berg, heerlijk zwembad, uitzicht over de zee. Ontbijt en diner met zeezicht. Alles schoon, vriendelijk personeel. Gelegenheid tot douchen op dag van vertrek. Konden om 1130u al in onze kamer. Alles top!!

• Anke (9/5): Wunderschöne Anlage mit Meerblick - Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Sehr sauber und bequeme Betten.. Auch wenn das Hotel schon etwas älter ist, hält man es gut in Schuss. Das Restaurant und auch die Snackbar sind zu empfehlen. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und das Essen ist sehr lecker. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und für griechische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es fußläufig zahlreiche Tavernen, Shops und Supermärkte. Autovermietung direkt vor der Tür. Super ist, dass man vor Abflug eine Dusche reservieren kann und somit bis zuletzt baden kann. Es gibt leider nur 2 Duschen im Außenbereich beim Pool und eine davon liegt im direkten Zugang zu den Zimmern. Daher ist dort im Treppenhaus immer alles nass, sandig und rutschig. Am Strand keine Süßwasserduschen. Ebenso gibt es nur ein WC im Poolbereich. Ansonsten muss man in die Lobby. Die Toiletten im Lobbybereich werden auch vom Personal genutzt, was uns nicht gefallen hat.
