• Denis (10/5): Great stay, great staff - All good I did not like the cheap chemical being sprayed in the corridors though a white equipment that periodically sprays some chemical vapour. In the reception area this small is real strong and sickening. This chemical vapour is also bad for health for the guests as well as for the employees of the hotel.

• Kim Peng (6/5): Nice comfortable stay with great location. A bit tired furnishing. - Good location and convenient. Practically it is part of MOI. Getting old and not so clean. The carpets and furniture are all looking very tired.

• nipponfan (2/5): Lost Luggage and Terrible Staff - Hotel lost my luggage which was left with them after checking in as room was not ready. Hotel could not find it for hours. No apologies, no drinks offered or any compensation. I was left waiting late into the night for hours while hotel dilly dallied in checking with staff. Finally at 10 pm after hours of waiting, I found the luggage myself, wrongly taped to another luggage and with other things piled on top, with an entirely different luggage tag. Speechless at the level of incompetence. And after all that, still no apologies. Avoid this place like the plague.

• Oni_Kan (8/5): Outdated room, time for refresh - Hotel location wise is very good, just beside shopping mall MOI, plenty food, massage within the area. There’s laundry to clean our clothes too just opposite the hotel. Hotel room itself already shown aging & can see wear & tear everywhere. Example : small container to put tooth brush inside toilet already mouldy 🫩🤮 The body soap inside the toilet was spoiled too, even after I informed & they fix, it still didn’t work properly. The body wash pumping also not working properly 🫤 ended up I just use my own body wash. Breakfast surprisingly taste good. 👍🏼 Other than outdated room, my only complaint is everytime I order go-food or go-car, even its just for dropping passenger or food, I need to pay for the parking fee 🙄🙄one day I can in and out the hotel & ordering food like 5x, so its quite troublesome.

• irwane2020 (10/5): A comfortable staycation - The best thing about this hotel is convenience. Not many hotels in Jakarta are located directly inside a mall. The breakfast was quite good and many choices of food were available. The front desk (Aris) is exceptionally friendly. Overall, worth every Rp. Especially if you are planning to spend time aroung Kelapa Gading area.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to stay here again.
