After a long journey, the last thing you want to do is go back and forth with the owner via booking.com messanger trying to get the codes for the doors.

Liliana (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole in una struttura moderna, accogliente e in posizione perfetta. - Abbiamo apprezzato molto il soggiorno in questa struttura. La posizione è davvero ottima, comoda per raggiungere sia la metropolitana che il centro di Milano in pochi minuti. L’accoglienza è stata eccellente e il servizio offerto durante tutto il soggiorno è stato molto curato. Le camere erano moderne, pulite e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e ben organizzate. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria, che si è dimostrata gentilissima anche al momento del check-out, permettendoci di lasciare i bagagli dopo l’orario di uscita. L’unico piccolo aspetto migliorabile riguarda il letto, che abbiamo trovato leggermente scomodo, ma per il resto l’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva.

Staff was incredibly nice. - The gentleman that checked us in took the time to explain how to work the locks and was very pleasant. Room was clean, bathroom was nicer than most I've stayed in here. Would be nice to have a place to put soap or shampoo in the shower.

The room was super small, basically a corridor turned into a room (single bed), no place to hang a jacket, no bedside lamp or light, broken window shades so no way to get the natural light in, bed lined seemed like someone was having a rest on the bed just before, the room was far from soundproof - I could literally hear neighbours above talking and much more, there was no possibility to leave the luggage (although said so in the facilities provided), etc. Such a room is ok to sleep over if you have to, but not a place you wanna spend more time in.

The location is perfectly situated to explore Milan also on foot, with easy access to both major sights and charming local neighborhoods. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was Francesco. His friendliness, helpfulness, and genuinely positive spirit stood out from the very beginning. He made sure we felt at home, offering thoughtful recommendations and always being available with a smile. His hospitality added a personal touch that is increasingly rare and very much appreciated. All in all, a delightful experience and highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and welcoming place to stay in Milan.

Anna (6/5): De tweede nacht prima geslapen hier omdat er geen geluidsoverlast was. - De kamers zagen er netjes uit. Schoon, koffie stond klaar en fijne handdoeken. Francesco is erg aardig en heeft ons netjes begeleid naar de kamer. Het was onwijs gehorig. Veel rumoer van buiten maar ook van de buren naast/boven ons. Douche overstroomde bijna omdat haren van voorgaande gasten niet uit de put gehaald waren, dit moest ik dus zelf doen.

HAVVA ÜLGEN (8/5): I am not sure ıf I choose this guest house again. - The location of the facility was excellent. It was within walking distance to the city center, close to the metro, and conveniently located for access to the tram. The air conditioning in the facility was not working. It was extremely hot, and I had to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, there was excessive noise coming from the nearby cafés, which made it very difficult to sleep.

Marques (1/5): - We had a very bad experience at this property. When we arrived to check in, the staff took photos of our ID cards and sent them via WhatsApp to other people, without explanation or consent. This happened more than once and raised serious privacy concerns. We were shown three different rooms. The first room was dirty and not ready, but we were still given the keys and told we could leave our luggage there. We told them this was not the room we booked. The second room was also not the one we booked and already had luggage from other guests inside. The third room was better, but still did not match the photos in the listing and was also dirty and disorganized. Because of these problems, we contacted the property manager. She was extremely rude, spoke to us disrespectfully, and said she was “doing us a favor” by allowing us to leave our luggage, even though luggage storage is clearly listed as included in the booking. On the day of check-out (10:00 a.m.), we were not allowed to leave our luggage at the property at all, which directly contradicts what is advertised. Overall, the stay involved misleading information, lack of cleanliness, unprofessional and rude behavior from staff, and serious concerns about the handling of personal identification. I would not recommend this property.
