• Leanne (8/5): Enjoyable but wouldn’t return in the summer. - Great size, lovely balcony and outdoor space. House is well equipped with all you should need for a comfortable stay. As the pool was behind a really dusty bit of land it got really dirty. The pool cleaner didn’t come until 5 days into our stay so we didn’t really get much use of the pool. There was also no air con or fans which led to LOTS of mosquito bites. The most me and my husband have ever suffered.

No basic supplies in the villa so everything had to be bought for cooking/hygiene ...also, only 1 personal towel each + no pool/ beach towels!!!! Also, just 1 toilet roll in each bathroom and the shower was bad quality in one bathroom...kept falling down due to poor quality.

• Tracey (7/5): Well worth the money. A real bargain. - The pool area was a sun trap and really sheltered from the wind. It was also a very peaceful location. To be honest although it was tired and ready for being updated it was a real bargain.

• Tracey (8/5): - The villa was approx 10 mins from the strip. Nice size property with pool and six sunbeds plus outside table and chairs. First impressions were everything was a little dated. However after speaking with the owner I understand the villa will be updated this year. As a family we would love to return. Pool and pool area were not very clean. Single beds are very uncomfortable and need changing. Washing machine was very old and rusty. Having messaged the owner some issues were resolved immediately. The pool man arrived the following day. Richardo the owner arrived the following morning with a brand new washing machine. He also replaced the dishwasher too.

• Malgrzata (10/5): wynajmować i się nie nastanwiać, ja już myśle o powrocie do tej willi. - Przede wszystkim kompletnie nie rozumie negatywnych komentarzy odnośnie słabego Wifi oraz brudnego basenu oraz ogólnie czystości w willi, podczas naszego pobytu była osoba która sprzątała basen, my mieliśmy do dyspozycji wille Katarina , willa superior.Nie możemy się do niczego przyczepić , bardzo wygodne łózka i przyjemna pościel, kołdra gruba nie szmatka jak to bywa na wyspach kanaryjskich, kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia , do dyspozycji wiele udogodnień, basen z materacami dmuchanymi i innymi dmuchańcami i grilem, leżaki dwa tarasy oraz podjazd - miejsce parkingowe.Kontakt z gospodarzem dobry, klucze były w boxie . Był to mój drugi pobyt na Lanzarote i o niebo lepszy dzięki udanemu pobytowi w tej willi.Byliśmy grupa 4 osobową i bardzo nam się podobało ,że możęmy spędzać wieczory przy basenie , przez co może myliśmy trochę głośni ale sąsiedztwo było bardzo wyrozumiałe. Jedyne na co mogę narzekać to odległość od centrum, ale robiąc rezerwacje byłam tego w pełni świadoma.

• IMELDA (9/5): Great value villa - Great villa in a very good location.Apptox 8 minutes walk directly up from the prom and casino.We stayed in no 18 Villa Anita and couldn’t fault it.No aircon or heating so not sure how the villa would be in the height of Summer or if the evenings got cool.Happily we didn’t require either. Some laundry liquid,shower gel and a few beach towels would be a bonus

• Erwin (8/5): Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön, aber nichts für lärmempfindliche, ruhebedürftige Menschen ! - Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön, einfach ausgestattet, aber alles da, was man braucht, sogar mit eigenem Parkplatz in der Einfahrt, was wichtig ist. Auch ein schöner grosser Pool vorhanden, allerdings nicht geheizt. Wenn die Villa irgendwo frei stehend ohne dumme, laute Nachbarn wäre, wäre es ein Traum. Das ganz grosse Minus sind all die Villen mit Pools in der Nachbarschaft und wir kamen kaum eine Nacht ungestört zum schlafen, weil immer irgendwo in der Nachbarschaft Ballermann-Touristen Poolparties feierten mit saufen, grölen, Lärm bis zum abwinken. In machen Nächten sogar bis 2 Uhr früh. Die Villa ist also nichts für lärmempfindliche, ruhebedürftige Menschen, die nachts schlafen wollen. Auch die Umlaufpumpe beim Pool ist sehr laut und läuft die ganze Nacht, sowie die Wasserpumpen im Haus, also nichts für feinfühlige, lärmempfindliche Menschen.
• Ann (2/5): - It was terrible host was not very helpful. No enough towels. No soap to wash your hands on arrival. After using even the toilet. Pool was freezing and was told it was heated. Dishwasher was not working. Tv did not work. Said he would fix it. Never did. One not answer my calls after Tuesday about the tv. I have osteoarthritis and have low blood pressure. Pool was very disappointed with the hole villa experience. I been going to lanazorte for 25 years and such bad service . Then email me about a party at nite. We were in bed early. My son had a swum one night in the pool for five minutes. I go way to enjoy the pool. We are not out partying all the time. I like to relax and watch bit tv and read. So in all very disappointing at the villa. Thanks Ann rafferty. Is was a disaster

• Caroline (10/5): Perfect - This was my 1st time staying in a Villa, OMG it was amazing having so much space was like home from home with everything at hand and having your own private pool was the ultimate advantage, I would highly recommend staying in a villa to anyone. This villa was near to the main strip I would say 10 mins however there is plenty of shops and bars on the way. I'll be definitely be booking this villa again. Nothing

Tv wasn't working properly as it needed to be updated by host so very little option except YouTube... Ants coming out of kitchen sink but very small and manageable, Neighbours on the left side were very noisy at late hours renovating their house with drilling and kids screaming up until 3am in the morning. We had to ask them to stop drilling at 01:30am, Upstairs bedroom beds were very uncomfortable, could do with newer mattresses. Also missing a light for the outside seating as we had to use our phone flashlight to see anything on the table

• Brian (10/5): Amazing location, gorgeous villa would def recommend - We all loved the location and how safe it felt being there. The pool was great for everyone. The villa had majority of things we needed. We will definitely be back again. We loved it and thank you so much for our stay in your beautiful villa The only negative feedback I would give is that the villa had no a/c which I understand this can be costly to instal etc but there was no fans or anything in the villa as a replacement for the a/c and it was extremely hot at night and we struggled to get to sleep with how warm the rooms got but other than that it was perfect

• Jonathan (7/5): Enjoyable stay - Location is brilliant, 5 minute walk to main strip , near super markets from villa. Villa was open and spacious, good size bedrooms, plenty of storage. Washing machine is great for a family and a dishwasher. Private pool was a bonus. Cot was provided for our baby. Just to note the water boiler broke and leaked, contacted letting agency and maintenance came out in less than 2 hours and replaced the broken water boiler. Villa next door has construction work going on but didn't bother us. However the pool needed cleaning, we arrived the Saturday and pool wasn't cleaned properly until the Tuesday. As we have a 4 month old baby we didn't want to use the pool before this. I had contacted the letting agency to try get the pool cleaned sooner than Tuesday but this wasnt poasible. (Pool should be cleaned before every new arrival in my opinion) Bad smell from downstairs bathroom of stagnant water, maintenance looked at this but didn't seem to make a difference Interior of the villa is outdated and needs modernised.
• Angela (8/5): Really nice villa in a great central location. We were far enough away from the main strip so it was a really quiet loca - Great location, 5-10 minute walk down to the strip. It was great to have a pool to ourselves with plenty of room for the 6 of us in the villa. We also had an issue with the kettle, microwave and washing machine which were all replaced with new ones the next day so their customer care was great. Couple of little things that didn’t really affect us, one window didn’t open, toilet flush was a bit tricky. Nothing that a little bit of maintenance wouldn’t fix.

• David (2/5): Nice place Zero rest with all the noise - The actual Villa is fine. I have stayed in it before with no issues. However this time there was major construction being done on the villa next door. The noise was constant from 8am until 6pm (sometimes later). We were not informed about this in advance and the very least the owners should be informing people and offering a reduced rate. Not sure how long this work will take but I would avoid this for the next month at least. Customer service was zero.

Downstairs toilet did have bad smell when we arrived and didn't go aware throughout our stay. Upstairs bathroom window didn't open nor did the door going out to balcony. The water pump also had to be changed as pressure went, it was changed quick. The hot water didn't last long enough for 3 showers in a row, small tank. Kitchen well equipped. Handy to have washing machine. Pool area nice but some cracked tiles.

We staying at Villa 18. Everything was great although the floor around the pool area could be mopped as part of the cleaning process because we kept getting dirty feet. But that's just a small issue, everything else was great

• Samantha (9/5): Great place - The villa was fab ideal location 10mins to the strip. Cooking and bbq is avaiable so we got the use of the outside space a couple of days. We used the main bedroom and bed was fine. The balcony was great on the top floor for getting the last few rays if sun in the evening. Showers were good. Easy access to villa though we had a couple of emails with different villa numbers but we knew were it was. Over all a lovely experenice. The double bedroom door needs trimmed down when opening or closing makes a loud noise. If more than one couple you would surely wake the whole house if up during the night.

The villa was a good size to accommodate 6 persons but a fe - The location, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms along with the upstairs balcony. Comfortable clean sunbeds. Uncomfortable indoor dining table and the decor of the seating are was very basic. TV was lacking English TV channels. Flaking paint on external walls around the pool area needed to be brushed. The kitchen was functional but there was a lack of workspace. There was a table of sorts but it housed the kettle and toaster and there were limited power sockets. We did have some disruption with the neighbours drilling and banging for a few days which I suppose was not avoidable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few ornaments or aesthetics would go a long way.

• Donna (7/5): Lovely, relaxing few days away. - Walking distance and pretty close to the beach. The pool was nice but we didn’t really use it as it’s winter. Good amount of cupboard space, clean and the location is great. Maybe a heated pool would be nice and we found the locks on the door a bit stiff and sometimes difficult to open.

It requires some basic maintenance, many loose tiles by the pool no good for kids in that state. Furniture such as sofa was dirty, TV was old, fridge noisy, safe didn't work, to many warnings of charges if you do this or don't do that just after payment was made was very off-putting. We stayed in Villa Anita.

• Carol (5/5): Old & dated - The location was very good, just 10 minutes from sea front. The swimming pool was just the right depth for children 1.5m at the deep end. The back terrace/pool got sun all day and was sheltered from the wind. The floor tiles were lethal, very slippery. The villa wasn't very clean, the washing machine was rusty and the kitchen appliances were old & not too clean. The villa was very dated & not well maintained. The pool filter didn't appear to be working, and the pool needed cleaning.

The outside of the villa had peeling paint and stains on the upper terrace walls. The ladder into the pool was not secure. The BBQ was a disgrace. Dirty and very old. There was an extremely musty smell as you walked in the villa from the front door. It came from the downstairs bathroom. It was very disappointing.

The property was tired , bedroom door got stuck & didn’t close properly . By renewing , adding & replacing just a few items with minimal cost . The property would have gone from OK to good or better . Simple things no sink plug or bowl for washing up . One of the chairs you couldn’t sit on . These things didn’t ruin our holiday but would have made it better. Pool was freezing this time of year too.

Very quiet and the upstairs terrace was also great for an evening drink. So well catered - everything you need. We had sun all week so what is there to complain about??
