Nettes Personal, einfacher flexibler Check-in, Zimmer-Service jeden Tag, grundlegend Hotel-Ausstattung. Relativ hellhörig. Aber für kurze Aufenthaltsdauer in Ordnung. Zimmer etwas kleiner als auf dem Foto.

It’s a perf - My stay in Budapest was truly memorable, and the hotel played a big part in that experience. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful Danube River. Everything I needed was just a few minutes away, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the atmosphere felt both cozy and welcoming. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, allowing me to rest properly after long days of sightseeing.

We were given the wrong code, so after trying to enter the building for a while, we were only able to get in because someone else was entering. The hotel is only on one floor and although there is an in-person reception, it was not always open. The power in our room went out and we were left without light and unable to charge our phones. Despite saying there is 24/7 customer support, I would receive responses up to 2 hours later. This is quite unacceptable given there was no one on site to help. After about 30 minutes of being on the phone and having to try different ways to get the power back on, we were finally changed to a different room.

Habitación correcta. Se accede tanto al portal como a las habitaciones con códigos que te indican tras el Check in que se realiza on line antes de la llegada (nos dieron al opción de tarjeta electrónica para acceder a la habitación).

There is one towel for the hands, one for the floor and one for the body. I would love one extra for the face/hair please. 🙏 otherwise I love this place!

They really rolled the red carpet out for me... andras was such a lovely guy, flowers and chocolates on arrival, showed me around the kitchen, and the bed, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Marvelous views of the basilica. Highly recommend this place. A bigger kitchen would be nice.

A bejutás az apartmanba és a becsekkolás bonyolult, mivel mindent saját magának a vendégnek kell megcsinálni egy alakalmazáson keresztül . Nincs túl egyértelműen feltüntetve a bejutás menete, ami nagyban megnehezíti a bejutást az apartmanba és magába a kapott szobákba. Többszöri telefonhívásra vették csak fel a telefont, de a hölgy nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt.Ez egy építő jellegű kritika, egyébként elégedettek voltunk ! Köszönjük

- Giorgio (1/5): Se avete a cuore l'igiene non fa per voi - L'unica cosa che si salva è la posizione Evitate come la peste questo posto. Dalle foto sembra stupendo tutto nuovo e pulito, è tutta fuffa. Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere, arrivati ci rendiamo conto che in realtà le camere sono molto diverse come venivano presentate (hanno messo le foto delle camere più decenti Appena finite le ristrutturazioni) e che le condizioni dei bagni sono indecenti. Chiamiamo booking per cancellare la prenotazione, ci rispondono che deve venire il proprietario per constatare la situazione, la contattiamo e risponde che arriverà tra circa 30 minuti. Le altre due coppie nel frattempo sono andate alla ricerca di un hotel per passare la notte, arrivata finalmente la manager vede ed ammette che i bagni erano indecenti, ci ha anche mostrato un ulteriore camera anche quella in condizioni penose, per sua stessa ammissione, ha anche detto che avrebbe scritto al personale delle pulizie per l'accaduto. Ci sposta solo per quella sera nella suite, unica camera bella, che corrisponde alle foto e con una vista frontale sulla basilica ma soprattutto con un bagno finalmente pulito. Ovviamente il giorno dopo ci ha spostato in una delle camere prenotate che era stata portata a condizioni umane. Avevamo già richiesto alla manager di rimborsarci almeno le 2 camere che non erano state utilizzate, si era già mostrata contraria sostenendo che la prenotazione non è cancellabile, come se non bastasse dopo la seconda notte la camera non è stata rifatta e non ci sono state fornite acqua e capsule per la macchinetta del caffè (vi risparmio i dettagli sullo stato di pulizia di questa specie di cucinino e macchina del caffè nello spazio comune) sostenendo che la colpa è la nostra per perché non abbiamo messo il cartellino sulla maniglia, nonostante prima ancora mi aveva detto di utilizzare l'app della struttura (altra cosa che vi risparmio, un app fatta senza alcun criterio logico e complicatissima da utilizzare). Fortunatamente la mattina successiva siamo ripartiti mettendo fine a questo incubo.

- María Isabel (5/5): A cheap hostel at a 5 star hotel prize - The location next to St. Stephen's Basílica. From there you can walk to any other place in the city. If you need something, there'll be no one to help. There's someone hidden in the reception that just answers to WhatsApp. She just gives instructions but doesn't solve anything. We stayed there for a week and the TV didnt work. We communicated that and we were told she'd tell the "technicians". We got no news again . It works as a cheap hostel with a 5 star hotel prizes just for the location. There's a nice living room but was quite dirty. The floor wasnt cleaned for the whole week. Rooms were ok but walls were so thin you can even hear what the client next door did in the bathroom. Quite disgusting.

- JULIA ISABEL (8/5): Curiosa - La habitación confortable y con buenas vistas a la basílica de San Esteban .Cuarto de baño estupendo y buena limpieza .Ubicación excepcional. Que cortan la calefacción por la noche sobre las 23:00h y no la vuelven a poner hasta la mañana siguiente y que el personal es inexistente, solo recepción de 11h a 15h y cuando está, si tienes algún problema no tienes atención de tu a tu. Ojo con la puerta corredera del baño que es de hierro y parece que pesa mucho pero va muy ligera y puedes pillarte los dedos con facilidad .

- martag1989 (8/5): Algún punto negativo pero repetiría sin duda - Ubicación inmejorable Habitación muy grande con vistas estupendas a la Basílica de San Esteban, muy confortable y con todo lo que se necesita para estar varios dias visitando Budapest. que tenga un espacio a parte donde poder comer y utensilios como nevera, microondas, o cafetera es un punto a favor Que el desayuno este a casi 20 minutos andando del alojamiento es un punto muy negativo, y más teniendo debajo del alojamiento cafeterías con las que podrían tener algún tipo de acuerdo para esto mismo Del mismo modo, si tu idea es alojarte en fin de semana, llévate unos buenos tapones para el ruido, porque la insonorización no es muy buena y en nuestro caso hasta más de las 2 de la mañana parecía que la fiesta estaba dentro de nuestra habitación
- CRISTINA (10/5): UBICACIÓN INMEJORABLE - Ubicación de 10. La estancia fue única gracias a la localización del hotel. El local para desayunar estaba a unos 10 minutos a pie del alojamiento, pero se encontraba en Gozsdu Udvar que tenía mucho ambiente. El desayuno era contundente pero no todos los días el servicio fue rápido. Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de tiempo al llegar y nos guardaron el equipaje desde el check-out hasta coger el vuelo. La atención y la disposición del personal fue muy buena. La limpieza del baño era mejorable. Las almohadas eran muy finas (para mi gusto).
- Norihiko (6/5): 次は違うホテルに泊まります - 便利な場所でほとんどの観光地まで徒歩で行けた Booking.com経由で事前支払いしているのにメールでインボイスが送られてきて混乱してます。 システムのエラーか何かだとは思いますが、チェックインの際も1人は名前がありましたが、もう1人は見当たらないと言われ(今回2部屋を予約)、Booking.comとの連携が上手くできていないように思われた。
- Virpi (8/5): Hyvä - Mainostetaan aamiaista mutta ei ole paikan päällä. Pitää kävellä 15 min jos edes löytää paikan. Ei pitäis aamiaista edes mainita Kahvi kone yleisessä tilassa ja siinä vaikka sämpylät. Tai alhaalla oli kahvila olisko aamupla voinut olla siinä ? Jääkaappi olisi ollut plussaa :)
- Cristina (6/5): Très bien placé !!! - La proximité avec tous les lieux touristiques. Le petit déjeuner était à 10 min de marche, c’est dommage. Heureusement qu’il y avait le sèche serviette car elles n’ont pas été changées durant le séjour.

- Laura (10/5): - La ubicación es excelente. Tienes una mini cocina con fregadero y microondas fuera de las habitaciones y, salón común por si quieres comer algo allí mismo. Lo que menos me gustó, por ponerle un "pero" a este alojamiento es; el baño está pegado a la cama y teníamos que dejar la puerta cerrada porque olía el sumidero de la ducha a alcantarilla tras la ducha.

- Alkiviadis (9/5): Perfect choice for Christmas in Budapest - The room and the bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. The temperature inside the room was perfect as you could adjust the radiator settings. Even though the Basilica Christmas market was directly below, the noise was not an issue even when the market was open. The main reason for choosing the hotel and this specific room was the location and the view, as it is located right above the Christmas market and offers a unique view of the Basilica. The breakfast was served after 9 am at a bistro bar about 10-15 min on foot. Eventhough the food was great, the whole process took time which you need to consider if you want to start exploring the city early in the morning.

Habitación amplia y limpia Para entendemos llevábamos aplicación de Google para poder entendernos ya que hablamos muy poco inglés, bueno pues hoy el chico que nos a atendido para hacer el check-out y que nos diesen factura de la estancia que ellos nos dijeron que nos darían hoy ,poco menos que nos a dicho bobos...gracias a la aplicación mala según decia el nos hemos enterado de todo lo que estaba hablando por telefono con la chica que nos atendió ayer , no hablamos húngaro y muy poco ingles pero hacemos por que se nos entienda en su idioma, me gustaría verlos a ellos en España intentando hablar español. Las almohadas pequeñas y muy blandas ,el colchón sales con dolor de espalda, cortina entra mucha luz un lado estaba enganchado y no corría. Por lo demás sitio recomendable por su situación
- Julian (7/5): Buen lugar para pasar unos días y magnífica ubicación - La ubicación y la limpieza Que hacia mucha calor en la habitación, que el personal de recepción no hablará español con la cantidad de españoles que visitan Budapest. Aún asi las dos chicas que nos atendieron en recepción fueron muy muy amables y nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil.

Purtroppo la tv non funzionava come l’apertura della camera tramite app (hanno però trovato una soluzione dandoci una tessera magnetica). Luce sopra al letto non funzionava.
- Sophie (7/5): - L'emplacement est top, place basilique. Le marché de Noël au pied de l'établissement. Métro et bus proche, bien desservi. Nous avions pris l'option petit déjeuner, il fallait dans un autre établissement... et celui ci n'était au goût de nos attentes.. petit déjeuner léger... un café, un jus d'orange et des toasts... Pas de rideaux dans la chambre. Certes le jour se lève tard mais nous ne sommes pas dans le noir complet.
- Wanko (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert!!! - Die Lage war toll Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit Das Bad war schmutzig !! Zum Frühstück mussten wir in ein Bistro gehen, 20 Minuten zu Fuß ! Dann wurde uns sogar noch unterstellt das wir die Decke und Polster mitgenommen haben weil das Putzpersonal scheinbar keine Kästen öffnet !!!
- María (2/5): Decepcionante - Muy buena ubicación Había leído comentarios de que por las noches se escuchaba la música muy alta y efectivamente, habitación en la primera planta y parecía que estaban con la música al lado... así hasta las dos de la madrugada. Falta de limpieza ya cuando llegamos y es que en cuatro noches que estuvimos alojados no pasaron por la habitación ni un solo día. Olor a tubería continuo. El desayuno es en un bar a 13 minutos andando aprox... nada variado mucho frito. Decepción en cuanto a lo que pagamos. Lo único positivo la ubicación que si que es muy céntrica.

- Caroline (7/5): Excellent location. Comfortable bed and lovely shower - Its location and cost. Within walking distance of all the Christmas markets with the most famous outside our room window. Spectacular views of the Basilica. Also only a 5 minute walk to the Danube. Lack of tea/coffee. We had 2 sachets of Early Grey and 2 coffee pods in the 3 days we were there. The kitchen behind reception had no supplies and reception was unmanned so bring your own! Also old milk in the fridge and sink always had dirty cutlery in. Entrance foyer at bottom of the stairs was filthy dirty with overflowing rubbish from the bin store. We had to step over dirty takeaway dishes and yoghurt pots as well as make up wipes. Not the most welcoming of entrances. Also breakfast was a good 10 minute walk away but worth it once there! Not much info given at check in about anything. Had to ask for wifi and breakfast.

- Gustavo (6/5): - Excelente localização. Cama confortável. Prédio um pouco mais velho, mas de se esperar no centro da cidade. Porém o que não agradou foi que tivemos que ficar em outro quarto, pois houve problema com aquecimento. E o café da manhã era a 15 minutos a pé, bem desconfortável pois estava com um bebê.
