• LEONG (7/5): Short stay in Kampar - Spacious room, plenty of car parks did not manage to get hot water for shower. Water is still cold. I have stayed in this hotel several times but unsure if this issue is relevant for this room only.

• Nuraini (10/5): - 1. Location - it is located in Kampar new town. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and stalls nearby. It is also near the main road of Kampar - KL / Kampar - northern parts of Malaysia. 2. Cleanliness - The hotel and my room are very clean. In fact the whole premise is clean. This contributes to a comfortable stay. 3. Spacious - I booked a twin sharing room. I was surprised to find that the room was comfortably spacious. 2 - 3 people can perform prayers simultaneously. 4. Hospitality - The hotel has trained its staff well. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. .

Room. booked room for 3 person but on checking in the 3rd person bed was not prepared. Had to call housekeeping. Once only. Came 1st time, i got a blanket and a pillow. 2nd time i got bedsheet and 3rd time i got the quilt. All ok after that. (just a feedback. Your housekeeping personnel was very helpful.)

Everything is exactly as it was, a decade or more ago when they built this hotel. A lot of room for improvement, literally!

• IcePeach (8/5): My ONLY choice in Kampar for overnight stay. - Kampar is my hometown. When I travel back to Kampar for short stay, I always chose Grand Kampar Hotel. This is the best hotel in Kampar area. It's not luxurious, but decent and have everything I need. We took standard king room; it comes with basic furniture like bed, table, coffee table, chairs, TV (only local channels), kettle, cups, fully equipped bathroom with strong water pressure shower. The room is spacious, with wooden floor. Breakfast is included in the price. Decent local breakfast, nothing fancy. There is a rooftop swimming pool, but we never have chance to use it. Surrounding the hotel there are many eateries, mini markets, laundromat, Starbucks etc. super convenient. It is also near Utar and international school. It's wort for the price. Nothing. It's absolutely worth for the price I paid.

• Z0272 (6/5): Quite ok if you just need a place to shower and sleep after a tiring business day - The room was spacious and equipped with the essential amenities. The Wi-Fi connection was strong, and I had no issues connecting to my personal mobile hotspot. This made it easy to continue working after returning from the business event. There was no iron provided in the room. Instead, two irons were placed in the corridor without any space to hang freshly ironed clothes. This setup was inconvenient, especially if you had multiple items to iron. For example, I had to iron a pair of blouse and pants, and a hijab, requiring multiple trips back and forth between the room and the corridor.
