• Elisa (8/5): - Condivido alcuni commenti delle recensioni di altri: il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata (soprattutto lo scarico del water), il giardino che sarebbe molto bello, è un po’ disordinato e pieno di cose e ci sono le zanzare. Dall’altra parte, però, la stanza che avevo all’ultimo piano era molto grande, con un ampio terrazzo e una bellissima vista che ripagava del resto. Non posso commentare sulle dotazioni della cucina: sono stata solo 2 notti e non ho usato nulla. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono e i proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili per un check in last minute e anticipato.

• Elaine (6/5): - Wonderful friendly host, the place was clean, but basic accommodation and facilities. We could’ve done with some washing up liquid and tea towels to dry the things we had used. Clean towels, hand soap and toilet paper were provided but nothing else.

I materassi dei letti erano vecchie e si sentiva ogni molla sulla schiena, non abbiamo dormito bene. sono da cambiare. Il giardino è tutto in disordine, sembra un accampamento di zingari. Non vale €110 a notte.

• James (10/5): Great value apartment with fantastic views - Great good value apartment with air conditioning and lovely views out to sea. Easy walking in to town and virtually next door to a bakery which was handy for fresh croissants in the morning! Also on the bus route so easy access to the south side of the island. I’d certainly book again.

• JoKiMa (4/5): - Eigentlich hat es von außen ganz lieb ausgesehen. Jedoch schon der erste Abend in der Unterkunft war der Horror. Klimaanlage kaputt und ein unhöflicher Hausherr. Am nächszen Tag platzt der doch glatt mit dem Zweitschlüssel einfach so ins Zimmer. Das ist mir wirklich noch nirgendwo passiert. Zwei Tage wurde geputzt, 1x Wäsche gewechselt, danach nie wieder gesehen. Direkt ander Straße ist es auch wirklich sehr laut. Einmal und nie wieder!!

The beach is just a stone throw away, with direct access across the road. Kitchenette had a fridge, kettle, cuttingboard and utensils. I would note that if you are sensitive to sound, the traffic from the road can be a little loud at night.

• Paola (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité-prix - Petite plage en face, Proche de la ville(20 min à pieds). Arrêt de bus, supermarché et location scooterà proximité. À côté d'une super boulangerie e des restaurants. Toutes les plages sont joignables à pieds ou bus. Un peu de bruit à cause de la rue, mais c'est le prix à payer pour un accès facile. Ce n'est certainement pas du luxe, mais propre, pratique et un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

The property has a nice beachfront view, walkable to the supermarket restaurants, and is a five-minute drive from the port. Jon is an excellent host, he is approachable , kind and very accommodating. I really appreciate him letting us checked in early. I highly recommend Azalea Studio.

• P (10/5): Fantastic apartment! - Great location, perfect to walk shortcdistance alonf beach into town. Great size room with kitchenette,balcony overlooking the sea, greatvfor sunrise and breakfast. Large hot shower, very comfy bed, well equipped kitchen with cafeteria, kettle, cooking equipment, corkscrew etc, fridge freezer, hob and kettle. By quite road.

Appartamento spartano, la cucina poco utilizzabile per scarsità di stoviglie, lenzuola con macchie. Rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me un po’ alto il prezzo rispetto al servizio fornito.

• Cecilia (8/5): - Si è a contatto con costruzioni tipiche greche, con pati ombreggiati e contornati da ulivi. Si attraverso il giardino e si è sulla spiaggia, davvero notevole. Inoltre nell’appartamento vi era un balcone arredato anche per mangiare, un living con cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, triplo affaccio che permette una buona ventilazione (cioè una porta finestra del living con terrazzo, una in camera da letto ed una nel bagno ampio e comodo). Insomma tutto in armonia e non mancava nulla: nemmeno una zanzara. Il market a 50 metri e fermata d’autobus (frequenza: ogni 10 minuti) a 20mt.

• Federica (4/5): - La struttura è sulla strada principale, pertanto si sentono tutti i rumori ed essendo molto caldo non si potevano chiudere le finestre, ma pagando 6euro al giorno si aveva l'aria condizionata. Assurdo chiedere soldi in più. Viste le condizioni rumorose e impossibile dormire, l'aria doveva essere inclusa. Struttura abbastanza vecchia, lasciata un po' abbandonata, non c'è nessuno in caso di bisogno, bisogna sempre telefonare. Inoltre per quanto riguarda l'angolo cottura manca praticamente tutto. Per scaldare il latte abbiamo usato una padella, stoviglie a malapena sufficienti per due persone anche se la camera era da tre. Non c'è sapone x lavare i piatti, non una pezza x pulire, nel nostro frigo era rimasto cibo di altre persone, quindi significa che non puliscono, asciugamani per lavarsi sporchi; sono stati chiesti ulteriori asciugamani ma non portati. Nel complesso carina solo la vista dal balcone sul mare, per il resto, a mio avviso, da non prendere in considerazione.
• Amy (4/5): - I would recommend avoiding this property completely. Firstly, it is very close to a main road and the traffic noise will keep you awake at night. The main issue for us was the hidden costs of staying here, the property owner tried to charge us an extra €6 per day to use the air conditioning. When I refused to pay this (as it is not mentioned on the booking and air conditioning is listed as an included amenity) the property owner became very angry and aggressive towards me (for context I am a 5ft1 female). He was shouting at me in the street, pointing his hands in my face and demanding I come inside with him to make a payment. The general condition of the studios is very poor, it has clearly been neglected over the years. The grounds are in disarray. The only redeeming factor is that this property is opposite a beautiful beach and there is a lovely view from the balcony. The lady who checked us in was lovely and very helpful. She have some great local recommendations and advice. It is just a shame that the property owner does not share the same hospitality. Avoid avoid avoid - unless you want to pay hidden costs & receive aggression from a very angry little man!

• Roberto (10/5): - Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella struttura per qualche giorno. Struttura molto rustica ma davvero ottima considerando il prezzo contenuto. Perfetta la location, vicina al centro e a due piccoli negozi di alimentari sulla strada, e piccola spiaggetta fronte casa. Balcone fronte mare molto piacevole :)

• Nicola (8/5): Soggiorno un po’ rumoroso ma comodo - La struttura e' buona x posizione e vista mare (almeno x la family room) ma molto datata come condizioni interne ed esterne d’altronde è un 2stelle. L’aria condizionata è a pagamento (5€ al giorno). La strada è trafficatissima quindi si sentono auto e quad sfrecciare continuamente durante la notte, secondo me questo è il vero problema poiché si è di fronte al mare ma non lo si sente. La reception esiste solo come nome fortunatamente Ioannis e disponibile appena lo si chiama al telefono o lo si cerca in spiaggia. Il parcheggio, anche se un po’ disastrato, è disponibile in loco. Io mi sono trovato bene x la vicinanza al mare quando non si aveva voglia di girare per le altre spiagge e per la vicinanza a Skiathos città ... A voi le conclusioni!
• david (8/5): - Propriétaire très accueillant. Studio spacieux équipé du strict nécessaire pour préparer un petit repas (couverts, bouilloire, une plaque, frigo). Vue imprenable sur la mer depuis le balcon. Chora à 20 mins à pied en longeant la route. Arrêt de bus à 300 m. Quelques mini market à proximité mais sont assez chers. Bien pour dépannage. Jolie plage en face du logement avec possibilité de louer parasol et deux transats pour 10€. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul bémol, les nuisances sonores provenant de la route qui passe au pied du logement. La circulation y est très dense de jour comme de nuit.

• ARMANDO (8/5): Vacanza bellissima - Esperienza molto positiva legata essenzialmente alla posizione strategica della struttura situata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e praticamente sul mare con panorama dal balcone della camera assolutamente eccezionale.gestori gentili e disponibili.la camera arredata in modo semplice era tuttavia fornita di tutto il necessario per una vacanza in completo relax.

• SPIROS (10/5): συνίσταται άνετα και ανεπιφύλαχτα - ιδανικό αν θέλετε να είστε κοντά στην πόλη της Σκιάθου και ταυτόχρονα σε κατάλληλο σημείο για τις παραλίες χωρίς να μπλέκεστε με το κέντρο. στάση κτελ κοντά, η παραλία απο κάτω απο το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει να ζηλέψει κάτι απο τις υπόλοιπες του νησιού, απλά είναι πιο στενή,( όποιος βαριέται να πάει αλλού, σε 20 μέτρα απο την είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου η παραλία είναι εξαιρετική και με πανύψηλα δένδρα για σκιά). Πολύ καλό επίπεδο καθαριότητας,Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση γενικά,άνετοι χώροι και θέα μέχρι Εύβοια, Τσουγκριά και Πήλιο όσο ευχαριστιέστε.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Chambre et balcon très propres et très vastes, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer...et la route, assez bruyante. Equipement sommaire, déco peu recherchée. Plusieurs aberrations fonctionnelles : literie juste confortable, porte des WC qui grince très bruyamment, moustiquaire tellement écartée du cadre qu'elle laisse passer les moustiques, balcon inondé de l'eau d'évacuation de la clim. Notre hôtesse n'a pas proposé davantage que le strict minimum : aucun transfert de l'aéroport, et aucune information sur les horaires de bus, alors qu'elle nous avait promis de se renseigner. Résultat : 15€ de taxi à l'arrivée, (à 3.5km) un réveil très matinal au retour, puisque nous n'avions aucune indication horaire, une heure d'attente à l'arrêt... pour finalement rejoindre le port à pied. Le tourisme sur l'île étant quasiment au point mort (Covid), il semble indispensable d'avoir des égards pour les rares visiteurs

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved Azalea Studios. Anca is so friendly and helpful with information about Skiathos. My room was spacious and well equipped. The wifi connection in the room was an unexpected bonus. The view of sunrise over the sea from my room was stunning. you can walk to a lovely secluded beach in 10 minutes and explore all the other beaches by bus from the nearby bus stop. The lovely 20 minute walk into Skiathos town in the evening meant that I eat in a different interesting restaurant every night and indulged in a gorgeous greek ice cream on the way home. An exceptional holiday and I shall go back there. Thankyou Anca.

• ARISTOTLE (10/5): Η Σκιάθος είναι η Κέρκυρα του Αιγαίου. - Η διαμονή μου ήταν θαυμάσια στο εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο. Απείχε περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο. Η θέση του μπροστά στην θάλασσα και πίσω , αριστερά και δεξιά πρασινάδα, καθιστούν το ξενοδοχείο αυτό το πιο ιδανικό για τον τουρίστα που ψάχνει ησυχία και ξεκούραση.
• alex (10/5): ACCOGLIENTE PULITO ED ECONOMICO - Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana in questo hotel io e la mia morosa e ci siamo trovati benissimo ! La struttura è situata proprio davanti al mare e dal balcone si aveva una vista mozzafiato; la posizione è ottima dato che si è vicini ai vari supermarket e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di Skiathos! Avevamo prenotato un monolocale con vista sul mare e così è stato. La camera era molto spaziosa e accogliente ma sopratutto pulita ! Era fornita di angolo cucina ( con utensili, anche con la Moka da caffè) , un bagno con una doccia grande, 3 letti , condizionatore e cassaforte gratuitui ! Per quanto riguarda la gestione ( famigliare ) niente da dire ! Persone gentilissime e molto disponibili, parlano anche un Po di italiano. Questa struttura per chi non ha grandi pretese e vuole spendere poco è più che ottima! Vivamente consigliata! Alex e Serena
• Beppe (8/5): Soggiorno a Skiatos - Stanza spaziosa, pulita, essenziale, arredata con letto matrimoniale più letto singolo. Bagno ampio e pulito. Il piccolo angolo di cucina peró non è adatto per chi vuole cucinare grandi pranzi. La posizione della struttura fronte mare e vicino alla strada principale (trafficata) è ottima per muoversi al centro città o in autobus per raggiungere le meravigliose spiagge. Graziosa anche la spiaggia attigua alla struttura.

• Karen (10/5): Friendly, great location and clean. - This was a typical Greek apartment, basic with the required essentials but what more do you need? The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day and the lady running it couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. The grounds could be more utilised but as a base it’s a great property. The location is probably unbeatable. It is opposite the beach close to the bus stop, supermarket, bars and restaurants and a nice 20 minute walk in to town along the beach. The taxi from the airport was €17 for four of us with suitcases, the taxi from town was €8 for four of us. I have stayed in Kolios on my previous visits and loved it but the location of the Azalea Studios is far superior, I will definitely be returning.

• Kath (8/5): Quirky, friendly apartments - We had a great stay at Azalea. Annaka was very welcoming and helpful, she made our stay special. Yes, the apartments are close to the road and you do get traffic noise but you can also hear the sea as well as see it. There is a beach directly across the road but there are better ones on the island so it’s worth exploring further. Lots of nice places to eat close by and in the town but with the state of the pound it isn’t cheap. Easy walk into Skiathos town, about 20 minutes, and close to the bus stop if you’re going to the other end of the island

• Ile95 (8/5): Piccolo hotel confortevole vista mare - Il mio fidanzato ed io abbiamo alloggiato in questo complesso di camere a fine luglio. Ci siamo trovati bene fin dal primo momento, ci hanno accolto molto bene, e parlando anche qualche parola in italiano, non abbiamo avuto difficoltà. La camera che ci hanno consegnato aveva una bellissima vista mare, molto luminosa e accogliente. L'angolo cucina è molto piccolo, due soli fornelli elettrici e qualche pentola, ma abbiamo da subito chiesto qualche altro utensile in più che ci è stato subito gentilmente consegnato. Le pulizie erano molto accurate e giornaliere. L'unico difetto è lo scarico del gabinetto, che a volte non andava, ma anche in questo ci siamo arrangiati molto bene, nessun problema. La spiaggia davanti all'appartamento dalle foto sembrava bruttina, invece era molto carina, acqua limpidissima e molto tranquilla. Ci sono solamente dei sassi davanti, quindi non è tutta sabbia. Il centro di Skiathos si trova a circa 15/20 minuti a piedi, con piccole salite, discese e scalini.
• Verified traveler (8/5): gradevole sorpresa - Abbiamo prenotato considerando la posizione e un buon compromesso tra prezzo e una buona struttura siamo rimaste piacevolmente sorprese, appartamento per quattro Bella struttura con vista mare, bagno completamente rifatto , pulitissimo la proprietaria ha cambiato asciugamani e lenzuola due volte nella settima bagno sempre pulito. La proprietaria sempre cortese e disponibile. Non ho trovato davvero nessuna pecca ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Grazioso, Ottimi proprietari ( Giovanni parla italiano) gentili disponibili e sempre presenti. Studios con ottima vista a 180 gradi sul mare. Pulito con ogni conform compreso aria condizionata.

• Tracey (8/5): Lovely place to stay - Azalea studios is literally just across the road from the beach. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was spacious and clean. The shower was a good size.....and most importantly, always had hot water! my son who was staying at a Thomson holidays apartment, did not! We had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea....the perfect place for morning coffee. All in all, good for the price. We will stay there again. Skiathos town is in easy walking distance either along the road or along the beach. There are also quite a few good places to eat close by.

• Alessandra (6/5): Soggiorno gradevole - Molto gentili i proprietari, la struttura è gradevole anche se un pò datata, con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. La spiaggia di Megali ammos non è tra le migliori di Skiathos, ma la posizione è tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere a piedi Skiatos town in circa 20 minuti. La fermata del bus è a 50 metri.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Il giusto compromesso tra posizione e prezzo - Il ns Studio era un bellissimo monolocale al terzo piano. La vista è mozzafiato sul mare. Il posto è molto pulito e comodissimo per raggiungere il centro di Skiathos (ottimo la sera). Uniche pecche: il letto un po' piccolo e lo scarico del wc che funziona male. Resta comunque consigliatissimo.
• Maurico (10/5): Ottima vista!! - Tutto molto tranquillo con ottima vista e molto comfort. Uniche pecche sono il wifi spento di notte e il servizio navetta poco serio.
