Emma (8/5): - The view from the room was very nice and the beds/pillows were super comfy! It was very noisy being on the bottom floor, hearing the people above. Also, the carpets were filthy, as my 10 month old was covered in dirt after crawling around. The check in/check out process was super smooth. Lastly, the towels smelled like mildew.

I ran the water for 15 minutes We couldn't get the door to lock when we left the room to go out. The store was closed the first day we stayed there. We have stayed there before. Sean D (10/5): - I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for a wedding in Traverse City. For how much it cost it was exactly what I needed. I am a fisherman and was a little disappointed I couldn’t fish off of the docks that were outside my door. The room was a bit better than I expected, very comfortable, AC worked great.
Cassandra (6/5): - There is only one very small bathroom for a place that is advertised to sleep 6. The shower leaks constantly, which we were not told about until our first or second day when I saw the young lady cleaning the room next door and asked for more towels as the bathroom stays wet due to constant dripping and there is no fan in the bathroom. She said the problem was in the wall. The bathroom was always wet, the shower stall was old and mildewed, very unsightly and unsafe for us 60+ adults trying to get cleaned up over multiple days & nights. The staff was very nice.

Lori (8/5): Good location Good price - Nice centrally located small lake community. Easy day trips Traverse City, Fishtown, the Dunes and Turtlecreek Casino!!! Older but updated nicely building and unit. My only complaint was that the shower head was broken where it attaches to the shower wall and we had to hold it while showering which was awkward.

Loved that there was a mini fridge and microwave; not all places have both. Bathroom was nice and big and doesn't feel like an afterthought. Loved that our room was on the ground floor with a view of the lake. There is mild traffic outside, but if you can handle the occasional loud muffler or motorcycle, you'll be ok. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

camille (10/5): Fun place. - Fife Lake was beautiful. The accommodations were nice. The only recommendation that I would say is that someone should clean the room if you’re staying there for a week and the beach that they offer should be cleaned from the goose feces and seaweed.

Try taking a shower in that 2ft x 2ft shower box to shave your legs if your a woman. Plus not all of us are roku customers. Some directions would be appropriate. For those reasons not returning. The place was clean, the lakeside view was nice, and I enjoyed the overall amenities such as the kayaks, private beach, the grills, and the bonfire. The one area that I would say made a difference is the customer service. The streamlined process via text made all the difference as I always received a message within a reasonable time. For renting the kayaks, my response time was within 20 minutes throughout our entire conversation which was lovely. Furthermore, I wanted to thank the service team for mailing me my pillow back. I slept better with my own pillow and forgot to grab it (that is on me), but I was thrilled with how the customer service team went above and beyond to get it back to me. If you are looking for a destination that has great amenities, has a relaxing lakeside view, and has one of the better customer services that I have experienced, then I would highly recommend Fife Lake Lodge.
Jennifer (10/5): One of my favorite places ever! - We LOVED this place!! Cozy, comfy, clean. Very peaceful. The rooms were huge. The sound machines were amazing. We all wanted to stay longer. It was a highlight of the entire state.
