- Kenneth (2/5): - The view to the river. The bed was fine. No exhaust fan therefore a lot of condensation and potential mildew. Shower access not person friendly. Hence the lighting for the shower/sink/toilet inadequate.
Most motels have better facilities. eg. Microwave oven and a toaster. Appreciate a restraunt is nearby but we like to be able to fend for ourselve sometimes.
Definately NOT value for money.
- Joey (6/5): - Nice and close to town.

- Guest (4/5): Very disappointed. for $170 absolutely terrible - No breakfast have to go to Service Station next door! Light in Bathroom..no light connection ever in the closed off bathroom!! Very dark at night.
Broken door handle on wardroom.. obviously for months as thread gone. Very difficult shower area .step over to get in dangerous and tilles and grout very dirty. Walls in Toilet area paint and concrete peeling and dirty.

- Isobel (9/5): Superb - Wonderful position beside the river, easy stroll to town. Good meal at bistro
- Sheila (6/5): Good location,, meals and Staff but disappointed in the motel. - Location was great with waterfront room. Hotel meals were very good and just next door. Bed was comfortable Bathroom facilities were old style and taps would not turn off properly. Toilet was stained. Locks on doors front and back were difficult as appeared to be loose.
- Rod (1/5): Disgusting, wouldn't recommend to anyone. - N/A Everything in the room was grotty, old, and dirty. Mould, peeling paint, fridge freezer full of undefrosted ice, cracked window pane and grotty carpet.
- Judy (1/5): Would like a refund of $170 please - Couldn’t get access to our payed accommodation as staff were all absent at a party- we are not impressed!!

- Zachary (4/5): Disappointing - Good location. Comfortable bed. Good a/c Room was run down. No door on bathroom. Used band aid on the floor of room. Milk supplied was rotten. 1 hour wait for very over priced and ordinary meal at hotel.
- Brett (2/5): - nothing good to say about the place
- Louise (4/5): Disappointing but made the best of it! - Location and bar services were outstanding. Bar staff assisted with partial loss of power to room. Staff were great. . Cockroaches and leaking roof onto bedding of my son. Generally poorly cleaned. Needed a good vacuum as food droppings could easily be seen. Toilet was not clean.
- Anthony (8/5): - Staff were wonderful . Food at the pub was good . Room was basic but comfortable.
- Amy (3/5): Poor - Location Room spelt like urine, bathroom had no door. Carpet was stained and smelt bad
- Mary (1/5): This had to be the worst family room I have stayed in. - Nice location on the river. Good food at the bistro. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have a door which made it very hard being a family room. There was no toaster.
- Hilary (6/5): - Convenient, basic accommodation, just off highway. Good food at the adjoining pub.
- Max (6/5): - Fridge & microwave good, lack of towels and toilet paper no good. It was convenient to where I needed to go. I would stay there again if in the area. There was live music, and people seemed happy, enjoying themselves.
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Jenny (7/5): South coast break - Quiet riverside spot, (except new years day)close to town.Handy for their New years eve event. Bar staff friendly. Maintenance man very helpful. Needed a little updating to rooms. External door hard to close, needed force. No room service, stayed 4 nights. But ask the cleaners if you need more supplies.
- Cindy (8/5): Very good - Loved location
- Kamal (6/5): Pleasant -
- Henderson (9/5): Superb -
- Steve (8/5): Very good - Great view. Good food. Close to main town centre.
- Sanjeeb (1/5): Not a pleasant stay. Don’t like cockroaches to crawl around everywhere. - Cockroach are everywhere. Room carpet is so dirty.
- Craig (10/5): Exceptional -
- Owen (8/5): - Quiet and clean and did the job but the rooms need a refresh and update
- Natalie (10/5): Will be back - I would have been homeless if it wasn’t for the Moruya Waterfront family accepting my little pooch Ravyn.
Ty Mark for your kindness as we were forbidden everywhere else because of my little dog.., Clean, respectful and friendly..
Because location as we were upgraded to the river front room.
Perfect for myself and my little pooch Ravyn.
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Kathryn (8/5): What a lovely surprise! Absolutely loved it! Clean and comfortable! - Lovely view from our room , great dining and very clean ! Obviously an older motel but had had a very sympathetic makeover… great water pressure!😊
- Wendy (1/5): We did not stay in the only room they could offer, and request a refund. - Nothing The room was next to rubbishbins infront of door. Room was dirty. The show and handbasin were terrible. The tv was tiny
- Phil (8/5): Hotel and Pub - Good little hotel attached to a pub. Great food and very friendly staff and easy checkin. Parking outside room. Overall good condition could do with an update but would definitely stay there again
- Julie (7/5): Pretty good - Stepping out of the shower is not at all private. Also the hand basin and bench pair peeling. Left much to be desired. Otherwise pretty good. Nothing
- Don (5/5): Passable - Bed comfortable Shower step too hard to get into
- Liz (9/5): Superb - Room with back door onto the Riverfront was fantastic . Staff were friendly and helpful whilst obviously flat out busy.
Will always stay here when we're next in Moruya. Nothing
- Deborah (3/5): I wouldn't stay there again - the view from the window it wasn't as clean as it could have been and i think it's overpriced for an old room
- Mohammad (7/5): Good -
- David (10/5): - Location. Nice staff. Nice food
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great spot to stay at. The rooms are basic, but clean, good shower, comfortable bed, parking outside the door.
We had room 21 which backs onto gardens with the caravan park behind it. We slept soundly and didn’t hear any road noise. It was Saturday night and the hotel and motel were full with a DJ playing in the gardens which are next to the river away from our room. For an overnighter I would definitely stay there again. Walking distance to Moruya itself.
- Paul (2/5): Noisy - Good location There was a boys week end staying at the hotel and they played loud music and partied all night
- Annette (5/5): Passable - The bistro and bar area was great. Staff were great The room was basic. Bed was comfy. But it really does need some updating, even a fresh coat of paint.
- Stephen (2/5): - Older motel in need of a major upgrade/renovation. Stained & freyed carpet. Stained chair. Mould in bathroom which is extremely small. The most uncomfortable bed I've slept in as it needs a new mattress.
On a positive side, it is attached to a Pub & Bistro.
- Anna (6/5): - The shower and hand basin water was just luke warm! If not cold most of the time felt like the hot water was regulated. If it was 40 degrees outside having a cold shower would have been ok. there was no dish washing liquid to clean cups and utensils. Valance on single bed was all ripped and hang on the floor, tripping hazard, beds were comfortable, toilet seat definitely needs replacement as peeling, this is definitely a very old motel as it shows all the wear and tears.
- Craig (7/5): happy - location didn't get a root
- Steve (8/5): - Everything close
- Ralph (7/5): Good -
- Peter (8/5): Loverly river side setting - The whole experience was wonderful. The beer garden on the banks of the river was a highlight nothing
- Vicky (6/5): Basic accommodation, clean bedding but very tired and doesn’t justify the price. - Good location with a good pub attached. Bedding was clean. The rooms are very tired and could really do with a refresh and don’t justify the price.
- Dinesh (10/5): Value for money - Nice, economical, located, cozy & comfortable place to stay..
