- Donaldson (5/5): Nice room,onsen need refurbishment and cleaning. - Big room and comfortable. The view from the window was very soothing. During my two-night stay, I was informed that both breakfast and dinner services were fully booked. I found this quite surprising, especially as I was travelling alone and noticed several empty chairs in the restaurant area. As a result, I had to walk around 15–20 minutes each day to find food elsewhere, which was rather inconvenient. Overall, the situation left me with a strange feeling and could have been handled more clearly or flexibly. The private onsen definitely needs a good cleaning and refurbishment. On the day of my departure, I was woke up at 04:00 by a very strong smell of sewerage in the whole room. Couldn’t sleep after that!

(눈이 많이 내리면 좀 곤란할 수도.. ㅎㅎ) 객실 내부에 있는 온천 너무 좋았고, 공용 온천도 너무 좋았습니다. 다시 가고 싶네요 ㅠㅠ 안내란에 영어가 거의 없어요. 일본어만 있어서 무조건 번역기 써야 했어요. 음식이 고급스럽고 미학적으로 뛰어나긴 한데, 맛은 제게는 쏘쏘였어요^^; 모든 직원 분들이 너무너무 친절하셔서, 사람이 기억되는 호텔로 남았습니다! 잊을 수 없는 추억을 만들어줘서 감사합니다. 🤍🤍

As a person with Coeliac they weren’t really accommodating. Won’t go if you are a Coeliac. Be more accommodating for people with allergies.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 露天風呂の泉質は最高でした。 - 一番小さいジュニアスイートに宿泊しました。冷蔵庫内のビールやお茶などの飲み物はすべて無料でした。コーヒーは豆とミルがありその場で挽いて飲めます。湯舟はかなり広いのですが洗い場がその分小さくなっていました。館内の露天風呂などもサービスが行き届いており使用済タオルなどもすぐ片付けているようでした。お土産にアメニティグッズが貰えるようでしたので、ロクシタンのセットを2つ貰いました。 食事は結構凝っていて朝食も夕食もご飯は土鍋炊きのものが供され、かなり美味と思います。値段なりの十分なサービスが受けられたと思います。また泊まろうと思います。

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 예약시 객실 사이즈및 금액에 차이나는 설명을 듣고 정해서 예약했는데 약간에 미스가 거실에 쇼파가 있을줄 알았는데 카펫위에 좌식 의자가 있어 불편. 쇼파가 있는방으로 바꿔줄수 없냐 했더니, 없고 쇼파는 큰 방에만 있다함. 그외는 다 만족. 여기가 두번째 왔는데 다음은 큰방으로 예약해야할듯 하네요

( 모든 룸에 개인욕탕이 있어 사람이 없는 편 ) 1층 - 라운지에서 간단한 음료 언제든지 이용가능. (커피/쥬스/물 등) 기념품샵은 딱히 살만한건 없음. 2층 - 2시간 정도의 가이세키(저녁) 조식은 양식 or 일본식 선택가능. 상가쪽이랑 떨어져 있는 편이라 조용하고 좋음. 도보 10분 이내거리. 단체관광객이나 아이들이 없어 전체적으로 조용함.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was amazing! Super spacious, everything in the fridge was complimentary (4 beers, 4 waters, & 2 bottled green tea), plus self grind coffee, tea, & 2 snacks. The dinner was amazing, lots of seafood, so if you're allergic be sure to let them know before you get there/book. I believe it was a 10 course meal so we were ridiculously full before dessert came. Breakfast was equally tasty, we had the Japanese style, but you can choose western if you prefer. There are many hotel amenities including free juice, coffee, & tea in the lounge. You also get 1 free drink (draft beer & I can't remember the other choice) at the bar between 3:30-5pm. If your private onsen doesn't suffice, there's also the public one which has a beautiful garden view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main town area, maybe 10min., but worth it. If you come in the winter, they light up Jikokudani valley so try to go in the evening too.

- Even (10/5): - 非常好，可以再來。來往機場的巴士入住時太夜，1700才開出，離開時又太早1000，變相少了時間，原本是1200離開的，但食物、溫泉、房間也是一流的。只是有復興優惠沒有提及。
- Gwan Hoe (10/5): Go...you won't regret it! - Everything about Noguchi is amazing. The hotel is well located near to the Jigokudani park. The entrance to the hotel driveway is unassuming though and can be difficult to spot after the sun goes down, especially if driving into the area for the first time. Staff is friendly and helpful - they really pamper you there. And the suites are huge! Pictures on the website are 100% accurate. We felt relaxed and at home already the moment we stepped in. A very welcome change from the tight spaces we get in a typical hotel room on the road. Half the battle won right there to drive stress levels down indeed. Reservation comes with dinner and breakfast in a dining room. A butler serves and explains every dish of the kaiseki course. A true feast for the eyes as it is delicious. There is a strict restriction on the number and minimum age of guests coming to the hotel. Notwithstanding, it is the way an exclusive onsen establishment that aims to deliver a unique experience, serenity and 100% relaxation, ought to be. We are so glad we picked Noguchi!

The hot spring bathing pool is big enough for two persons and the view outside is nice. Hotel's staff is very polite and we are very satisfied with everything.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 노보리베쓰 최고의 료칸 - JR 삿포로 역(북문 종의광장)에서 출발하는 송영버스 서비스를 무료로 제공하고 있어 편리함. 치토세공항에서도 픽업 가능함. 최고의 료칸으로서 첫 응대(송영버스까지 와서 짐을 날라줌)에서부터 마지막 체크아웃 시점까지 친절함과 편안함을 제공함. 객실은 침대로 되어 있어(홈페이지에 Modernism meets Japanism 이라고 설명하고 있음^^) 일본전통식 료칸이 불편하다고 생각하는 분에게 더욱 안성맞춤임. 특히 전용온천을 갖춘 객실을 이용하였는데 사실상 갭ㄹ 노천 온천같은 느낌이 있어 좋았음. 저녁 카이세키 요리는 물론, 아침식사도 매우 훌륭하였음. 지옥계곡 등은 도보로 왕복하는데 약 1시간 30분 ~ 2시4간 정도 소요된다는 점도 참고하고, 아침 일찍 산책을 하면 좋을 듯 함. 다시 꼭 찾고싶은 료칸임.
- RI (10/5): The best hotel in Noboribetsu.. - The is the best hotel in Noboribets, and even though it is pricey. The hotel is for adult only and guarantee you have a quite environment for you and your love one. The breakfast and dinner in your own dinning room. You can have all the drinks free of charge from your fridge while doing your private onsen in your suite. The hotel staffs are friendly and extremely helpful. If I go back to Noboribets, this hotel is still my first choice.

Room is very spacious for Asian room. Dinner was spectacular - the best Japanese meal we’ve had by far. Breakfast is very filling. Very close to natural foot bath and Hell valley tourist attraction with short hiking trails.

- Franky (8/5): Onsen Hotel - We were having an argument over a smoking room, with a lot of effort talking to the staff finally we got our desire smoking room, I believe the staff should be more sincere and provide sufficient care handling our case. This is very disappointed that special care and attention can not be provide until we seriously compliant and ask to speak to the Manager.

The staff is unprofessional and rude and I didn't feel stay in a transitional Japanese Ryoken which should be well look after. Furthermore the food in there are not fresh at all and seems they have been laying around a few hours ago! Being spend a large sum of money, I wouldn't want to stay there again.
