• Nik (10/5): - Perfectly located hotel steps from trams, metro, Old Town and more, with extras like a refrigerator and washer right in the room. Front-facing rooms are right on the street with trams, but the noise is fairly regular and easy to get used to.

• Kayley (10/5): - The place is at a very convenient location where there is a metro and tram station nearby and the old town is within walkable distance. There are also supermarkets nearby where you can buy food to cook in the room (our room was the one with a kitchen). The reception is also very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfy but we found that our room door was not properly closed after the first day of housekeeping. You may need to be aware that, although there is a lift in the building, you need to climb some stairs to reach your room (which was quite painful to us as our luggage was so heavy).
• Elizabeth (6/5): - This property is centrally located, and it's easy to walk/metro/tram everywhere you'd like to be, if you don't need to sleep. Being centrally located, my room had been on the street side, and there was an over-abundance of street noises well into the night.
• Vanessa (8/5): Clean and comfortable with great location - Quick trip to prague to check out the winter markets. Hotel was right next to the tram stop and everything was located a short walk from the hotel. However, with the trams running just outside it was extremely loud and noises and made it difficult to sleep. Also being a busy area, lots of drunk people were screaming on the street. The hotel though was faultless with a great breakfast spread. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind the noise at night

• HEEJEONG (10/5): 너무 좋아요 적극추천 - 너무너무 좋았습니다! 생각지도 기대하지도않았으나 넓은 방과 여유로운 식기와 세제류들 너무 좋았으며 수건이 여유롭게 있었습니다. 다시 프라하에 돌아가는 날에 숙박을 예약하지않아 찾아보았으나 날짜에 같은 자리가 없어서 아쉽네요

Alle var meget glade / tilfredse med opholdet og størrelsen på de 5 værelser vi havde bestilt. 5 forskellige morgenmadsmenuer at vælge imellem som så blev bragt op til værelset hver morgen er bestemt heller ikke dårligt...……. Receptionen skal også have et kæmpe tak og ros, MEGET venlige og hjæpsomme med alt.

Beim belebten Narodni Trida an einer Tramhauptachse gelegen; Reception beim Eingang, bis 23 Uhr besetzt; Tramhaltestelle gleich vor dem Haus, Metrostation B ebenfalls. • JIHYE (6/5): 묵기 전 후의 태도가 매우 다른 호텔 - 위치좋고 시설좋고 안락하고 친절한 편이었지만..... 정말 시끄러워요. 그리고 무엇보다!!! 예약하면서 호텔비를 모두 지불했는데 체크인할때 호텔에서 deposit 으로 1000코루나를 요구해서 카드를 줬더니... 6400코루나가 결제됐더라구요. 이메일로 계속 확인해달라고 요청했는데 회신은 커녕 읽지도 않았어요. 돌아와서 카드사에 관련 자료 받아서 호텔스닷컴에 확인을 요청하니 해당 호텔측에서 이제서야 실수 인정하고 환불했다고 호텔스닷컴에서 연락해줬어요. . 환불은 아직 못받았습니다. 묵기 전과 묵은 후의 태도가 매우 다른 어처구니 없는 호텔입니다. 묵은 후엔 좋은 평가 남겨달라는 메일이 오구요. 그걸로 회신해도 무응답입니다. deposit 요구할때 조심하세요. 좋은 기억이 최악의 기억으로 변했네요.

The bed needed replacing as it would creek at the slightest move. There was some work (at times noisy) going on in the hotel with know warning or mention from anyone.

• Andreas (10/5): Empfehlung für ein City Trip in Prag - Schneller Check-in, großes Apartment mit zwei Fernsehern und Küchenzeile. Beide Zimmer sehr geräumig, hell und freundlich. Frühstück war unkompliziert und wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Room has every amenities you will need as thou like it was your own home. • Till (6/5): Bad service, broker shower, located well - I have asked two times to reserve a parking lot in advance. This was confirmed. On arrival, I was told that it wasn't done. It took very long to find a parking place. The shower holder was broker. There is no need to pay extra for the maisonette room. The stars are super small and dangerous. The upper room had a small couch and a small TV. There was nothing else in this room. The hotel is placed very good for touristic activites.
• SERENA (10/5): CONSIGLIATISSIMO - L'hotel è anche residence, munito di una piccola cucina (utilissima per me che ho un bimbo piccolo), di lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro e asciugacapelli. È carino, accogliente e pulito ed il personale è gentile e disponibile. La posizione poi è strategica:vicino alla metro b, ad una fermata dalle metro a e c. Vicino alla fermata del tram. Vicino a piedi ai maggiori luoghi d'interesse, vicino a,due supermercati...insomma, in una parola, comodissimo! Se un giorno ritornerò a Praga, prenoterò sicuramente qui!
• Don (8/5): Comfort and convenience in Central Prague - The trams go right past the door, so getting anywhere is easy, yes there is noise from the trams, but we easily blocked that out. The Metro station is also within 100m, so how could you ask for more. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. If we get back to Prague we will be staying here again.

Als je dit alsnog te ver vond dan kon je makkelijk de tram en de metro pakken, deze lag voor het hotel. De kamer zag er heel erg netjes uit, de faciliteiten die in de kamer waren, was fijn om iets extras te hebben. Zoals de waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat, koelkast, wasmachine. Enige nadeel was dat het in de kamer wat warm kon zijn en niet echt airco had. En soms te luidruchtig van buiten. Maar overal kan moeilijk over gedaan worden...

No parking (even they promise they have) we need to park very far for 30 euro per night and take taxi to the hotel. No air condition ! And u can't open windows because of the noise! • Verified traveler (6/5): Loudy, spacious and great location! - För ett fyrstjärnigt hotell så var det mycket som inte stämde. Väldigt fuktigt i rummen, ingen Ac och hög ljudvolym utifrån. Spårvagnar som gick precis utanför vilket kunde bullra till i sängarna. Stora o fräscha rum i övrigt och superbt läge i Prag.
• George (10/5): Enjoyed seeing in State Mesto with walking access - Hotel is an excellent choice. Easy access to public transport, but also walking distance ~<1 mile from everything you want to see. Supermarket and restaurants in the area. Near team and Metro stops, so can be laud at night when bars let out. Had a perfect stay!
• Steve (2/5): THIS PLACE DOES NOT HAVE PARKING! - First of all, the room was very nice, but NOISY.. Front desk staff were also friendly and TRIED to be helpful but didn't speak English well. Biggest complaint is PARKING. If you are driving, STAY AWAY. When I searched hotels, I filtered for "parking available." Yeah, right. There are a couple of garages, but the front desk was no help with those. I found out more online but by then we were parked on the street. The nearest garage was full. The next nearest was several blocks away (and perhaps full - didn't take time to find out). We were told we could park on the street near the hotel where one would have to plug the meter every 2 hours (2 euros), or on Myslikova which is 600m (six blocks) from the hotel where one could pay for extended daytime parking at rate of 2 euro/hour, which we did. (Nighttime is free.) Also imagine dragging your luggage six blocks along rough cobblestone sidewalks. Be advised that finding an available spot is very, very, difficult during the day. Also be advised you better have a pocket full of euro or koruna coins Now for the WASHER, which many people gave favorable reviews. Yes, it is a nice amenity but it is not a very good washer. I ran a load and some clothes did not come out clean. After the cycle was completed, the clothes were very wet. I ran another spin cycle, but still wet. Had to wring out by hand about half depending on fabric. No dryer, so be ready to spread your laundry around and pack it wet.

Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious that appear to be recently refurbished. Great value. I would highly recommend staying here!

Its close to the train and tram stations. It's considered as downtown Prague if you ask me. There are a number of shopping malls nearby so you can shop around and cook your own meal. It does get noisy at night and remember its not 24 hour reception.
• Waina Michelle (8/5): Apartment-like hote - The area and building looked a little sketchy but the room was a total surprise - clean, modern, and spacious. Our room came with a kitchenette and there's even a washing machine in the bathroom. The only thing we didn't like was that our beds were a little saggy.

• Ryan (10/5): Excellent apart-hotel near metro & Charles Bridge - Really enjoyed my stay at this property. The room was very clean, great facilities and amenities. It does get rather loud because the metro runs on the street parallel to the property but I wasn't in the room that much to really notice. Another issue is if you plan on driving, there is no parking available. I parked at a parking garage about 500m away which costed around $30/ day. All and all I would highly recommend this property. Walkable distance to all main torutist attractions!

• Mark (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel in a great location. We stayed 3 nights in Prague and this hotel suited out needs perfectly. Loved the apartment style as it provided us lots of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks were lack of air conditioning, although there was a fan in the room, and the proximity to the main street so it had the potential to get loud, although with the windows closed it wasn't bad at all.

It was gigantic for the two of us and was beautiful. It's located just outside of old town but very walkable. Super quiet neighborhood. The apartment had a washer which was super helpful. This is the perfect hotel for anyone. Comfortable, quiet and close to everything. Our only difficulty was parking but if you can reserve a spot prior to coming you will be good.
• Bazzer (10/5): Good location nice room - Friendly place in good proximity to the old town. Very handy having microwave etc. Would stay here again if visiting the city.
• g. bruce (10/5): Excellent Service and Lodging for Bargain Price - Nicely updated apartments in a very convenient sightseeing location, that far exceeds expectations in view of excelent service and the very reasonable price. I will stay there again, and not hesitate to recommend it to friends typically spending more than four times the money. I needed a car repair, and the multi-lingual and very pleasant the staff quite graciously made a dozen calls to help me out. You can't go wrong here, and wouldn't likely do better elsewhere for twice the money.

• Miao Tzu (10/5): Great hotel location - Great location and friendly staffs. It is very convenience in central of city with easy access to Tram & metro stations. Great shopping area close by with walking distance. I love the kitchen in the room so I can cook some homemade food. It is great for my business trip to stay in this hotel.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic Location - Fantastic Location so close to all the main tourist attractions, lots of good outlets to choose from. Metro station opposite. Two downsides the sheets were covered in hair when I arrived and I stepped out of the shower to find the whole bathroom floor had flooded due to poor quality silicone under shower door. Otherwise I will stay again if ever back in Prague!!

• Christina (10/5): The place to stay in Prague! - I have been travelling alone and needed a place to stay and recover from the smelly hostels and crowded rooms that I could afford. This hotel was more than I ever expected. The hotel is extremely close to the Old Town center as well as to two metro lines (A & B). The room was large, and clean. I had two beautiful windows that looked out onto the street and the price was great. The staff was very nice and helpful and I would reccomend this over any big, named brand hotel chain.
• Kyle (10/5): Don't stay anywhere else. - This place was unbelievable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip to Prague. They couldn't have been more helpful and deserve recognition. They were always smiling and glad to help us with any questions/problems that we had. The rooms were clean as a whistle. They do a fantastic job cleaning the rooms/lobby area. Don't even bother checking out other hotels. Click on book now and you'll thank me later.
