Guest Reviews
- renato (10/5): Il luogo che preferiamo in assoluto - Tutto
- juliesE2337AE (10/5): The best!!! - Stayed here in May 2026 for a 4 day girls trip - we loved everything about this hotel! The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and all of our excursions booked through the concierge were all amazing. We also loved the beach club. I'm already planning on returning with family!
- Michael (10/5): -
- MidAtlanticMan (10/5): Wonderful few days at the Grand-Hotel du Cap Ferrat - We had a very enjoyable stay at this wonderful hotel. We had a very warm greeting and was shown to our lovely, upgraded, corner suite with amazing views over the gardens and the sea. They had thought we were bringing our Jack Russell with us and have very kindly put a dog basket and some treats in the room for him! Much appreciated.
The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location and is a great base to take walks around the Cap Ferrat coastline. There are lots of trails.
We particularly liked the Club Dauphin, the pool and beach club restaurant which is just below the hotel on the coastline. Great service and very nice lunch.
Breakfast on the terrace above the gardens was also a very pleasant experience.
Staff were warm, helpful and always available.
Will come back before too long.

- 79sandaa (8/5): High expectations different reality - I wish i could give this maximum stars review as this was always on my bucket list places to stay at…
Check in done by Hanna was professional and very informative. Expected as in many luxury places check in to be done while being seated in the bar but here its done standing and offered welcome drink on the desk. As the room was not ready we went to have lunch in only restaurant close to reception ( other one is on the pool). La Veranda beautiful location but lunch served on the outside under pine trees where occasionally we get bugs and wind blowing in our face. Super uncomfortable to enjoy its beauty when day is super windy and cold.
Food is average with accent on their garden veggies but same menu lunch/dinner super annoying.
Drunk champagne glass in tiniest glasses in the world.
Service was ok not the five star worth as expected.
We were escorted to our room that was located in building next to the main one and this was a huge shock for me. A different style, colors and the state of this building is maximum some three star motel area. Its modern they said but had some hanging lamps around that dont match the main building- not in color and not in style. Entrance Room doors barely closed and room inside looked very ugly. Not something expected from Cap Ferrat. Bathroom without enough towels, being 3 we always had to call HSK to bring us more towels. To clean all the bugs we killed and found on every corner of the room. Hanging dust chunks while staying in the bed and looking at the ceiling didnt give an impression of excellent cleaning.
When heading to breakfast we encountered mice… a baby one so the whole family is most probably wondering around our rooms too. Spa is an avarage one with almost no facilities but with excellent welcoming staff.
Breakfast was very good with Theodore being an amazing waiter all the stay. Some difficulties on last day when breakfast moved on the windy outside area but staff were nice to fix all.
The star of the stay is the pool area where we were always greeted by Tom! Such a superb host and best representative of a five star luxury approach and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, greeting us and every other guest that would arrive at the pool. He loves the place and his amazing personality that shines positivity and warmth does make the difference.
GM of the hotel was also very present and also willing to hear of the issues encountered during the stay.
We d probably return to the place but next time try to book only room in the main building. The nature the walks and position of the hotel its priceless.
And this hotel has best pastry chef! He s amazing and all and every dessert superb!

- nm7515 (10/5): Wonderful 5 star experience. Would give it 6 stars if I could! - Spent a lovely few days in this exceptional 5 star hotel. It is truly lovely, with wonderful staff. The food is great, the place is spotless, the service impeccable. We will definitely be back the next time we are in this area.
- Ann-Sofie (10/5): -
- Reyes (9/5): Luxurious get away - Warm and welcoming staff. Comfortable rooms. Extremely comfortable bed. Calm setting. Breakfast was good. Room service was quite poor in quality for the price. Room service was really poor quality. Chicken nuggets were served for the chicken sandwich.
- Noura (7/5): - The kids’ club was located far from the rooms and next to the beach club, which was very inconvenient. The cable car was out of service during our stay, so we couldn’t use it. Instead, we had to climb a very long and steep staircase to get there, which felt unsafe for small children. Because of this, it was hard to leave the kids at the club on their own, as the location itself didn’t feel safe and family-friendly.
- G8387YHdanielr (8/5): This is an exceptionally luxurious hotel offering a truly dream-like experience. The staff provide royal-level service, - This is an exceptionally luxurious hotel offering a truly dream-like experience. The staff provide royal-level service, with immaculate rooms serviced twice daily and outstanding attention to detail. The property is breathtaking, set beside scenic hiking trails in Cap Ferrat and featuring a world-class spa and a stunning outdoor pool overlooking the Mediterranean.

- Willy (10/5): - Super SPA, great location, quality of the whole place is excellent.

- Edgaras (10/5): - It was great!!!
- keerstn (10/5): Perfect. Absolutely perfect. - This is the kind of hotel most people only dream about, and we were fortunate to stay on property almost a week. Words and pictures cannot do it justice. Staff here treat guests like royalty. Rooms are immaculately clean at all times, and freshened twice a day (though you can refuse service if you want). The property is like something out of a fairytale, with the glorious hiking trail around Cap Ferrat right outside the gate.
The spa - open to all - includes an indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, plus individual showers and changing rooms. The outdoor pool - accessed by a funicular ride overlooking the Mediterranean - is breathtaking. Concierge goes above and beyond to help with everything from train tips to medical emergencies, as though it were all equally important. The room is bigger than any room in my house, the marble bathroom equally spacious.
And THE FOOD! The food here is better than any we ate at any other restaurant in France - and we tried several! The highlight is breakfast, where you are whisked away to eat whatever you want, all of it fantastic, served by people who know your name quickly and remember your order the next day. As a bonus, they provided so many gluten-free options, I couldn't possibly consume them all: plus the best gluten-free pancake in the universe. My husband (not gluten-free) will be talking about the French toast for the rest of his life. Room service, if you want, is so seamless and delightful, it's like a whisper.
The beds are more comfortable than my own bed at home - and I have an extremely comfortable bed. It's something about the bedding or the mattress, I don't know. Staff speaks English as though it were there first language, and translates to French so quickly, it's amazing to hear. As I told someone during our stay, this is the kind of place where, if the wind is blowing and your shutters are moving, staff shows up at your door to secure them, lest they be a bother to anyone.
If you CAN afford to stay here, DO. For us, this was a once in a lifetime experience.

- GeneDC (10/5): THE option in Cap Ferrat - Loved our stay at this storied location.
Our stay began on the right foot thanks to the charming Theo who welcomed us and settled us into our Terrace Junior Suite.
Terrace rooms located across the entrance to the main building in a modern addition. Stunning room and bathroom with large terrace.
Wonderful room service for breakfast on terrace.
Main dining option beautiful with exceptional service and options. If traveling as couple, try to avoid be seated by large tables as they tend to be large families with children!
Club Dauphin the pool and lunch restaurant is staffed by a wonderful team. Food and beverage options are wonderful and top-notch.
The boutique’s offerings are A Plus!! Best shopping we came across in area. FYI-locker rooms and changing facilities accessed through boutique-not well publicized
Looking forward to returning!
- coco928 (10/5): This hotel is special - Outstanding hotel and service. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This hotel is special. The grounds are impressive and the service is impeccable. They have live music at night in the lobby bar and the singer is so talented. The pool and view are lovely. Highly recommend
- 862PaulM862 (8/5): A real treat - We visited the Grand Hotel for lunch on the terrace. It was truly exceptional (the setting, the atmosphere and the food were wonderful).
We did feel however that the attentive service we had experienced at the beginning of the lunch petered out towards the end - which was disappointing.
Overall though, a wonderful experience.

- kates70 (10/5): Lovely - This was definitely a bucket list hotel. The rooms are luxurious and sophisticated. The pool was fantastic overall. Service a little off at beginning but picked up. The general manager is fantastic! This is a chic hotel. Go!

- RKR500 (4/5): Not Worth the Hype or the Price - Oh how I wish I could have loved Hotel Cap Ferret—but it fell short in too many ways, especially given the outrageously high price tag.
To start with the positive: the service was excellent, and Hend, the GM, was a true highlight. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—we really appreciated every interaction with her.
Unfortunately, everything else felt more like a 3-star experience at 5-star prices. The rooms are shockingly small—paying €4,000 per night for a space that feels cramped made it hard to relax or enjoy.
The pool area was constantly covered in debris from surrounding trees and crawling with ants and bugs. The funicular to the pool was broken during our stay, which made getting there in the heat a frustrating ordeal.
The food was bland across the board, and sadly, my daughter actually got sick after eating the coconut ice cream from the poolside bar.
This hotel simply does not meet the standards of a true 5-star resort. If you’re looking for a luxury experience, I highly recommend spending your money at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc instead.
- Michael (10/5): - Beautiful property extremely good service with great views of the water.
- michaely180 (4/5): Chaotic and Underwhelming - Feels like a fairly standard Four Seasons that would charge around $500-800 per night, but our room was $4800 - insane and not worth it at all. Don’t stay here - just skip this area and go to St Tropez instead, which has much better luxury hotels at (surprisingly) lower prices.
So many issues.
The pool area feels like a crowded resort since there’s nothing else to do on the property and only one pool - not the serene elegance you expect from a very expensive luxury hotel. A lot of kids screaming, feels like Disneyland.
The pool is saltwater which is weird - every other luxury hotel I stayed at on the riviera has been a freshwater pool. And it is 29 degrees so doesn’t cool you down in the heat, needs to be a few degrees cooler. If I wanted salt water, I’d go in the ocean.
Due to the weird layout of the hotel, the pool is very low next to the ocean, so you don’t have a good view of anything while lounging. There’s a funicular to take you up and down to the pool from the hotel, but it was BROKEN a few days before we arrived according to the staff. So you’ll have a 10 minute uphill hike back to the hotel to get sweaty after your pool time. I imagine this walk is prohibitive to old people, small children, or wheelchairs.
The restaurant at the pool was shockingly average - tasted like you’d expect at an average cafe on the street in a town like Nice, not a fancy hotel. And the prices were ridiculous - $180 for lobster pasta and $85 for jumbo shrimp - neither of which tasted above average. I don’t really understand how this restaurant isn’t higher quality given that the pool is basically the only attraction at the hotel. We had lunch each day last week at the pool at La Reserve in St Tropez and it was an experience every time, incredibly delicious. This four seasons pool restaurant was just average and disappointing.
I think the hotel must have a problem with people hiking the coastal trail coming up to use the pool without permission. We were accosted by 4 different staff demanding to know our room number and name (first and last). Felt very weird and uncomfortable and made me worried about leaving my cellphone on my pool chair while swimming if the staff was that concerned about strangers wandering around.
The worst violation for me was that our room was not ready until 4pm. Check-in time is 3pm, and I booked thru Chase, so we should have had early check-in at 2pm or even 1pm. Instead, our room was delivered an hour late. At $4800 per night, we are paying $200 per hour (more really with a 3pm check in and noon check-out). If the hotel cannot deliver the room at the agreed time, it should repay the guest proportionally. Basically having the room ready for check-in time is the only actual responsibility of a hotel if you think about it - that is their most fundamental contractual obligation to the customer. Can they just deliver the room at 6pm if they feel like it? 9pm? No, of course not - there is a red line at the stated check-in time. These hotels are so snobbish about saying they cannot “guarantee” the room will be ready before 3pm if you arrive early. Well that cuts both ways - if the room is not available at the stated 3pm check-in time, the hotel has broken its contract with the customer. Inexcusable.
As a meager compensation, the front desk offered to comp a drink or dessert. So at the pool we ordered the cookie (stated on the menu to have a peanut topping) and a smoothie. The cookie arrived 20 minutes later but was a pistachio cookie, weird. Then the smoothie never came. We asked two more times and finally got our smoothie 40 minutes after ordering, but it was only mediocre watery juice, not a thick refreshing smoothie at all. Gross.
The room itself was nice, but the bathtub is really small - bizarre waste of space in an otherwise large room which has a big hallway entrance and walk-in closet, which space could have been better used in the small bathroom. And there is only one sink, which is not acceptable for a luxury room, especially in this price category.
The bigger problem is that there is a lot of mold in the corners and under the handles on the bathtub (see picture). It’s disgusting and makes you wonder how much they clean anything in the room…
And unfortunately you can hear everything in the hallway and in the room above you since the building is a historical mansion.
Also, other luxury French Riviera hotels all give you lots of fun souvenirs - a nice beach bag that you can use in your daily life, flip flops, pajamas, insulated thermos cups, straw hats, baseball caps, etc. The Four Seasons Cap Ferrat gives you nothing, absolutely nothing (even though it costs more bizarrely). The Four Seasons San Domenico in Taormina at least gave us baseball caps.
Another point to mention is that the lobby has almost no air conditioning, feels awful to be in there during the summer, such a terrible introduction to the hotel. You enter the hotel for check-in from the heat and it’s like walking into a stuffy sauna. Also annoying in the morning when you are walking to breakfast from your room, just instantly uncomfortable and sweaty to start your day. Just turn on some air conditioning, what is wrong with this place…
The one bright spot is the breakfast. The buffet is very small, but you can order anything you like, and the chef is very skilled - this was the most delicious and highest quality breakfast of our trip, better than any of the other luxury hotel breakfasts we had. It’s a Michelin-quality breakfast, better than even somewhere like the Bristol in Paris, and the lobster scrambled eggs and French toast were both incredible.
There is a bee problem at breakfast, which is common at these French and Italian riviera hotels, but the staff did not offer a smoke pot or other method of keeping the bees away unfortunately. The bees really do take away the relaxation from an otherwise wonderful breakfast.
At checkout, we had to double check the folio and ask them to deduct the $100 food credit that comes with a Chase reservation (I suppose they would have not given the discount if I had not double checked and noticed the error). So that was another annoying waste of time conversation.
Then we saw that the dessert and drink we had ordered at the pool the previous day as compensation for our late room had been charged as well. So that was another awkward and uncomfortable conversation where I had to request they take it off. And of course all of this happened in the stuffy hot lobby.
True luxury hotels aren’t supposed to have all these accumulating screw-ups and messy, awkward conversations to resolve them. It shows the lack of attention to detail at this hotel - everything is a chaotic train wreck from start to finish.
Throughout the experience, the staff feel like barely trained college students. They’re nice enough, but don’t feel like they own their responsibility, not like you see with employees at other luxury hotels. Especially at the pool area, my wife noted that it felt like we were guests at some sort of pool club for the college kid staff. There were so many staff around, moving in groups and talking to each other, but not really handling the problems or standing at posts, so it was difficult to get their attention. I understand it’s hot and uncomfortable and not as much fun to patrol and attend to guest needs, but that is the job, particularly at a very expensive luxury hotel.
We left a car overnight, and apparently they charge 50 euros per night but no one told us at check in. Then we get into our car to leave the next day and no one offered us waters for the drive. You’d think for 50 euros they’d at least wipe off your windshield, but nope.
And the hotel doesn’t give you any sort of goodbye gift. All the other French Riviera hotels we stayed at gave us gift bags with fancy chocolate and even personalized leather luggage tags for our luggage at Airelles (which, again, is much cheaper than this four seasons). Absolutely nothing from the Four Seasons Cap Ferrat.
Overall, this is an extremely disappointing hotel. You can’t charge these rates and be this pathetic. I will definitely never come back on future French Riviera trips, and I highly recommend staying somewhere else. There’s no reason to stay here with much better competition in the region, and certain not at these hilariously high price levels.
- NBD7789 (2/5): TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WORST MANAGER - ⛔️DO NOT STAY HERE. It is the worst run hotel in the region. There are many better options. The rooms are the size of a small closet. Our luggage would not even fit in the rooms. The view is terrible beyond belief. The staff and manager are horrible people. The funicular was broken so you barely could even get to the pool. They ridicule the guests. They demean the guests. We overheard them saying horrible things about guests. Stay anywhere else. This was the worst experience of any hotel we have been in. Horrible everything. RUN AWAY FROM THIS TOTAL DUMP. EMBARRASSING THIS IS A FOUR SEASONS it reminded us more of a best western that should have cost $49. Worst manager in the entire country award goes to Francois Simon.
- rileymarz (2/5): Don’t stay here. It’s truly gone down hill - We booked our trip 8 months prior to stay at a hotel we once loved. Upon arrival after a huge journey we were met by HUGE disappointment. They took us to a tiny closet of a room facing the driveway. We couldn’t fit our luggage. When we asked for a different room they kept telling us we booked the lowest category and that’s what we got. Meanwhile we booked the 3rd level category. They were beyond rude and told us to find a diff place to stay if we didn’t like the only room they had. At 9pm we were forced to find an alternative. The manager couldn’t have been ruder. Boy has the four seasons group downgraded a once amazing hotel. We looked forward to this stay for month, planned our whole trip around the 4 days we were able to book (8 months prior). Do not stay here. It has gone way down hill from the management down.
- Kallang (8/5): Good but not worth the price - Pros
(1) Pool is heated at 29 degrees
(2) Good check in experience
(3) Room has extra gifts and free soft drinks
(4) New kids club is good
(5) Quality of breakfast food was very good but buffet range was not that wide
(6) Quality of dinner food was good
Cons
(1) Hotel forgot to charge car despite saying they would do so. Luckily, the next hotel could charge the car
(2) Pool area is rather crowded. Could by because there is not so much to do in neighborhood
(3) Room was really expensive at 4000 plus in June and not really worth it for that price
(4) Wines are very overpriced, can be 5 times retail price. Sommeliar was pushing domaine romaine conti.
- Milvio Armando (10/5): - Its a great and beautiful hotel but extremely overpriced for what it ultimately is.
- Ioana (10/5): It is a dream location! Still thinking of it, can’t wait to return! - One of the best location ever! Perfection! Everything is 10 out of ten! Staff, cleanliness, room, amenities, garden, FOOD, atmosphere, smell, taste, sound, light, everything!
- jojojo2513 (10/5): Perfection - The best hotel welcome we have ever received!
The children were greeted by name as they stepped out of the car and were delighted and felt very special!
The hotel is beautiful in every area and aspect.
The restaurants, the lobby, the gardens, bedrooms are all spotless and sumptuous.
The staff everywhere are welcoming and friendly and greet you by name.
The service is first class.
The pool area was a delight too. We had a fabulous day or two enjoying the sun, drinks, lunch, ice creams and were spoilt in wonderful surroundings.
We stayed for a special birthday and the hotel made the event extra special with every detail requested carried out perfectly.
Would return in a heartbeat!

I have been lucky enough to stay at many four seasons propertys over the last 25 years and other luxury hotels, I can say without doubt that this is the best hotel in the world!
A special thank you to François-Régis Simon and all of the staff for there kindness and excellent service including their attention to detail
- Aaro (10/5): Exceptional -
- jrgallagher (10/5): A trip we will never forget - Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in.
The whole trip from start to finish was exceptional. The restaurants, especially Le Cap, were incredible and an experience I will never forget. The rooms were fantastic as well as the service. The spa and pool were just perfection.
Emma went above and beyond for us and her professionalism and attention to detail is nothing short of outstanding. We will be back for sure.
- Julia (10/5): Perfection - Incredible from start to finish.
- Leila (10/5): Excellent services and room. Staff very attentive - Could have been more choice for lunch and dinner
Same menu in restaurant for both. Only one restaurant open
Breakfast very good
Liked furnicular to pool and pool good No where else locally to eat
- Travel2000London (10/5): Amazing hotel and service - Thank you to Eduardo and the whole team for making our holiday amazing. We stayed in 501 in the most incredible pool suite. It’s heated and so romantic! We had a lovely welcome from FS and I couldn’t fault the service. The pool beach club was amazing, everything top notch and unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!
- MARC (10/5): - Wonderful staff and beautiful location
- Vincent (10/5): Pure Luxurious Escape - Fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left
- Emilio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rasha (9/5): Fabulous, will definitely go back. - The hotel is extremely nice and has a great vibe ! With amazing staff; very kind and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with great food , service and view. It’s definitely a magical destination to all couples.
- T254KRpiotrb (10/5): Piotr B - The best place to go! I went there to send some time alone, far away from friends, family and work. I am absolutely sure I will go back the as soon as possible. I love the place and atmosphere all team giving to guests. Maybe I will visit again next year . If You wanna enjoy Your time go there please, it is fantastic place to have fun and rerax. Lovely lovely lovely lovely lovely lovely lovely
- 522DavidM (10/5): Beyond perfection - Exceeded our very high expectations. One of the very best hotel stays ever. Extremely personalised service. Beautiful room with a stunning view of the gardens and sea. Breakfast under the pines - amazing. A great selection. Extremely clean room with lovely toiletries. Dinner an unforgettable treat. Immaculate grounds with so many plant varieties. Sea water pool just a totally beautiful place to be. Staff across the board outstanding - clearly an excellent training system in place. Friendly and perfectly professional. Bedding request honoured (unlike a supposedly 5 star hotel in Bad Ragaz we stayed at earlier). Will definitely return to this place of absolute perfection. I did the walk to St Jean Cap Ferrat but it was very hard to drag myself out the gate. Just love this place.
- Stewart_Julie (10/5): Superb - The reason for booking Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat was to cap-off an 8-week sight-seeing trip of Copenhagen, Germany, France & London and to stop & prop. It did it wonderfully however we still did a lot of walking as the sights of Cap-Ferrat are just gorgeous.
We stayed for 6-nights in a Palace Sea-View Room (103) which had a huge balcony area with views to die for out to the Mediterranean Sea. The King Bed & Pillows couldn’t have been more comfortable ensured we slept well.
The welcome in the room was not only a lovely bottle of champagne but a cake wishing us Happy Anniversary as well as a hand-written note wishing us an enjoyable stay.
It didn’t matter who we came across staff wise, whether front-desk, dining, cleaning or even gardening, they were all extremely friendly and must certainly enjoy their work, which in turn flowed over to us - so delighted we were staying here.
Some of the staff that pampered us and deserve mention –
Clem - Welcome (arrival & departure) / Jeromie - Doorman / Yorkic - Chef
Sommelier/Wine – Alessandro, Clement, Christos, Nicholas (thanks for introducing us to Maury - beautiful after dinner wine)
- Culture59710549735 (10/5): Don’t miss club dauphin! - Just wow! What an incredible hotel. Truly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The room and bathroom that we had were very small, perhaps because we used points to book? But we didn’t spent much time in the room anyway so it wasn’t a huge deal. They did have a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us and they also put flowers on the bed and balloons in the room since we were on our honeymoon! That was really sweet to walk into. The grounds are massive and gorgeous. Make sure you take some time to explore. DON’T MISS CLUB DAUPHIN which was the best pool I’ve ever experienced! A huge saltwater infinity pool, overlooking the sea. Stunning views! I would come back for this alone. You could probably skip Le Cap restaurant tasting menu, it was extremely expensive and didn’t include a wine pairing like most tasting menus do. Overall one of the best hotel experiences so far! We will definitely be back!
- David (10/5): Outstanding stay - Service and facilities are outstanding. Gorgeous property but service and staff make it even more exceptional Really nothing but if I had to add something I’d say more food options.
- Huzaifa (9/5): Outstanding!! - Stunning property, with a very nice infinity pool with views of the mediterranean sea. Their personalised service was excellent from the staff, this is how the four seasons should be at all the properties around the world, but unfortunately they are not. Very far from central Nice & the fact that nobody mentioned at the hotel they operate a shuttle to the village.
- William (10/5): - Incredible!
- jamiemL4875BP (10/5): Perfection - We were walking the cap ferrat coastal path and popped into the hotel for lunch. Really really good food, attentive staff, we eat around the swimming pool. Not cheap but this is an example of you pay for what you get. Would really recommend this place.
- David (10/5): - My stay at the Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat was nothing but amazing. Obviously, the stunning and meticulously maintained property demands continuous pause, as there are constantly new details or nuances that have either escaped the eye earlier, or the transition of daylight has reshaped the beautiful spaces, both inside and around the grounds.
I could write forever about how wonderful the room was, the lobby, the restaurant, the Club Dauphin, the food, etc. But the real heart and soul is the people you find there, and I would very much like to recognize those who really touched me the most. Sadly, this write-up has too many words for me to properly paste and submit.
- LukeB1005 (10/5): Wonderful 5 start property! Hope to visit again one day! - The service at this Four Seasons property was top notch. We went with very very high expectations given the cost and reputation of the hotel, and we were consistently blown away. The staff were phenomenal - Marta at brunch each morning stands out as one of the warmest people we have ever met at a restaurant. The pool is great; spa is nice; fitness facility has good equipment. Both restaurants were also wonderful - so different but equally enjoyable dinners.
- 544emilz (10/5): Best Hotel so far! - The best hotel experience so far. Everything was perfect and in particular the staff and service was unparalleled.
The rooms are very lovely and the suite is just gorgeous, we used the heated pool at any possible time.
The view of the hotel on the sea makes it very unique and an unforgettable experience.
- Conor (10/5): - Great location
- Claudia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matej (10/5): - Excellent weekend stay
- Allison (10/5): Yes we will go back. But yes, we think the grand dame of hotels should uphold their heritage. - The location is unparalleled. The staff is warm and welcoming and so accommodating. It is surprising that in a hotel of this heritage and location a more strict dress is not enforced still.
Dining in the restaurant there were young children on the floor next to our table along with a diaper bag and changing pad. The table next to them, the woman was barefoot! I just don’t understand the accommodation made to guests. When the hotel staff who greets you or takes your bags are in a coat and tie, guests, if not formal, should be asked to dress themselves and their children appropriately. It is ridiculous.
- Artem (10/5): The best place to be in the world during summer! - This is really the best hotel in the world, perfect people working in, perfect nature surrounding it, Wonderfull food! The massage at the spa can be better, it is good but in the previous years it was better!
- myles (10/5): Amazing. Expensive but worth it - Amazing all round
- Mariam (5/5): Passable -
- Kareem (8/5): Very good -
- Marisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bonnie (10/5): - Everyone was so kind and the service was amazing
- Daniela (8/5): Very good - Not good cleaned, small rooms The garden
- Ricjen27 (9/5): Superb - A truly beautiful hotel. the swimming pool has to be one of my all time favourites, gently heated and salt water in an olympic 3,5 meter deep Size. Breakfast was all you could expect from a 4 seasons, and so was the room. loved the bath tub. Room has a beautiful view too, stayed in the annex and preferred it than the main building. Maybe the room is a little outdated in the decor, but that is me having to think of something negative.. all in all it was great.
- Helio (10/5): Best hotel I ever been - The best experience in hotel I ever had Everything is excelente in the hotel especially the staff
- Sofiia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was IMMACULATE! Attention to details, customer service, cleanliness, territory, restaurant, room service! Four Seasons employees went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations. (The most comfortable beds and Diptyque products- special thank you!)
If you have a chance to stay here -do not hesitate for a moment! This hotel will give you a true impression about Côte d’Azur. A real fairytale! Thank you!
- Burak (5/5): Passable - the hotel was not ready for the season, stil was ongoing construction in many areas of hotel. for a five star hotel its not acceptable, there is no way you can stay here without a car, quiet out of town.
- Spiro (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): - The property is really nice, the staff where excellent especially Margot, our only issue was there was little restricted with dining options but would definitely come and stay at this iconic hotel
- Paulius (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect! 🤍🤍🤍
- Irina (10/5): Exceptional -
