Those rooms that have closets or clothing racks do not have any clothes hangers. You may get lucky if the staff can find some spare clothes hangers for you.

Will stay again. Excellent price for the area. Not fancy or up to par, decent, however very clean and super roomy. If it were refurbished it would be perfect!!!

- Pablo (4/5): That Place Sucks - It looked new, they had a drive by security guard that made rounds through out the night. Upon checking in I had to quickly do the check-in procedure because I needed to use the restroom (which the only thing inside the office that gives you a feeling that the area is NOT a good area due to the caged in receptionist is the ice machine tucked in the corner) and after I ran upstairs I noticed the room was a single bed (so he assumed me and my father wanted a room for the night didnt even actually look up our reservation) the room we booked was not a single bed but a double bed extended space, so I ran back down stairs and let the attendant know. he then gave me another key card for a 2 bed room where even the rooms remodel didn't take away the disappointment of the faded sheets, I needed a ironing board and iron to retouch my clothes, had to go downstairs because the phone isn't connected to ANYTHING, when I got down there each time I had to ring the buzzer to wait for the annoyed attendant this last time he shook his head no at me (he never spoke to me any of the three times i went to get service) asking for an ironing board, the second room i had to go ask for was a non smoking and absolutely stunk of cigarettes, also NO BREAKFAST....easy to say I will NEVER stay at any hotel named Industry Inn & Suites Also the most idiotic part is the only trash can is the tiny one in your room because they don't have ANY trash cans anywhere, so you have to pile your trash in your room, or do what I wanted to do and leave it outside, just how they leave their customer service out the window. Legit gave me the MOST SOLIDIFIED Feeling of this is ghetto and this town sucks 😒 THIS is a highly rated Hotel fr?!?! I'm not just a flustered customer I had another person accompany me whom had 30 years in the house keeping business So it's easy to say we know the Value of a clean and welcoming environment, the part that got her the most is that there was no small bottles of complimentary shampoo and conditioner and just 1 small soap.

- Jose (5/5): Passable - Basic, convenient, and relatively clean besides smell of tobacco and some tear in the furniture. Price of Industry inn at the location and booking was pricey compared to some other booking companies that next time I will use instead. Other booking sites offered the room for $80-$110 I was just hesitant to use those sites but I've read and heard reviews that vouch and say it doesn't matter where you book the room.
