- Nicholas (4/5): - The pictures are misleading. Room had a fishy smell. No AC in room and ceiling fan didn’t work. Shower clogged and walls had mold. The standard room comes with a really small bed. Super noisy outside the hotel and area around the hotel not the safest. Staff were very nice and tried to accommodate us but didn’t have anything better for us. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were good. Slow service but overall ok. I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s closer to the airport but for an extra 20 mins each way, I’d rather stay in Lima.

Unica queja es que el aire acondicionado (aunque lo dejamos apagado) se le puede observar sucio y hongo en las aletas del ventilador. Tambien como fuimos en una epoca fria, todo en la habitacion olia a mojado y se sentia mojado al tacto. Pero esto anteriormente no nos habia pasado por ser otra epoca del año
- Seth (6/5): - Perhaps I should I done more research, but this hotel is on a very busy and loud street. Throughout the night and morning it was just constant noise of cars and honking. It was not relaxing. The bed was quite short. I’m 5’10” and if I were any taller I would have had trouble fitting on it. The facility was clean and felt safe, but there weren’t many places to walk and get food, and ATMs were far away by foot.

- Roberto (10/5): - Our group stay at the Palmetto Hotel was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to suites and quickly checked in. The staff was super nice and customer focused. The rooms were spacious with a full bathroom plus equipped with an ensuite jacuzzi tub for 2. Facilities were cared for and the property facilities were extremely convenient. A well appointed buffet breakfast plus made to order dishes was included and was fantastic. The only issue was that the suites faced a main road and sound could be an inconvenience to light sleepers, but easily mitigated with a white noise machine or earplugs. The Hotel is an excellent value, near the airport and in a nice populated area of the city with many conveniences within walkig distance. Will definitely recommend this property during a visit to Lima.

- Kimberly (10/5): - This hotel is a good option for people who have to stay overnight in Lima to catch a flight to the aiport the next day. The accommodations were clean but fairly minimal. The brunch was quite nice and offered a range of food options, and the check-in host was very nice and accommodating. From what I could tell and from the feedback from the taxi driver, San Miguel is a nicer area within Lima, but I did not explore it at all.
- Jena (6/5): - This hotel was OK. We stayed here one night because we had a flight to Cusco early in the morning overall it was fine, but it was facing the street and very very noisy. The floors were kind of greasy and it was pretty bare bones. The breakfast was a nice addition and the check-in host was very nice, but otherwise it was, pretty subpar I would not recommend it for a longer stay but it’s fine if you just have to get to the airport quickly

- violetam926 (10/5): Good experience in a hotel - Great hotel , nice room and bathroom. It is near the airport and it is located in a safety place. About breakfast it is delicious. Lots of fruit and different kinds of bread, sausage, scrambled eggs, meat, yoghurt, cereal, etc. it is a breakfast buffet and the canteen with excellent views of the city.

- cjm552018 (6/5): A No Sleep - Travelodge - This airport has its plus points like being close to the airport, close to major road links and has all the basic functions like bed, shower etc It also has major negatives like being under the runway, and sounds like you are in lane 2 of the M25 all night … So if you’re looking for Travelodge standard hotel, with an on-suite constant traffic background… then this is your place !

One major complaint, however, is that it was extremely noisy from the street outside. I expected that a room of our caliber would have been located in a different area of the hotel, as not to have been bothered by the traffic, but overall, the hotel is nice and we would consider staying again.

Hotel room smelled strongly of scented air freshener. We did appreciate a clean room, but the street noise was very loud. The hotel staff was helpful, and directed us to a nearby clinic for COVID testing. Overall ok, if you want the convenience of being near airport.

Upon arrival I was given a coupon for a free drink delivered to my room. I left before before breakfast but was given a bag of breakfast snacks. Great value and service!

The washroom toilet tank seemed to be leaking that caused the tank to fill up several times making annoying noises; closing the door of the washroom was enough to avoid the noise. The buffet breakfast had some variety, the disappointing part was to find a hair entangled in the scrambled eggs, I immediately reported to the kitchen staff, who although apologized, didn't take action, and more guests helped themselves from the same tray I took the scrambled eggs.

- franckpuvilland (8/5): Clean and good service - Nice big room, better if located at the side because if the noise of the avenue. People are gentle and careful. Rooms are équiped with minibar and are comfortable. Breakfast area at the top offers a nice panoramic view.
- lrhamp2n (2/5): hotel is in dire need of renovation - The rooms in this hotel are in dire need of renovation. The smell coming from the bathroom into our room is awful. Both my husband and I have a constant cough after our stay in this hotel. I suspect mold in the building. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and a lot of emphasis on the security of the guest. Staff gets a 5!

- D (10/5): My stay at San Miguel - Staying in Lima as a stop over point between the airport and travel to Chincha. A good point near the malls and other restaurants along San Miguel. A good hoteles and good breakfast above the hotel...Is also good that pay in Soles and not American...I think it is a local hotel...just Other hotels inflat price after stay. Will stay again, lovely place. Gracias.

- Oscar (2/5): Bad experience - They charged me a diferente rate I book it for 55 dollars per day I got charged 67 per day when I ask for extra towel they told me it’s only 2 per room. When I check out they told me was 4 towels at the room they make me feel I still couple towel from them . I never come back to any palmetto anymore

- Thomas (8/5): Good option - My stay at the hotel was unexpected as my plane was cancelled and I had to find a hotel for the night quickly. Very fair price for the service. Clean, friendly with a good restaurant. About 30min from airport which in Lima traffic is pretty good.

BUT noise from the Main Street was awful with traffic. Windows are just sliders, so no sound proofing. Only stay 1 night if you want closer to airport

The hotel was not busy, and it was good, but the staff always seemed a little too busy for questions, but they were helpful overall. The restaurant was good but very slow. The hotel isn't in a central area in Lima, but it's only half an hour by taxi to the city center and other locations. Not far from the airport.

When I did check in (10:30AM) I was asked to pay an additional fee (half the day charge) which I refused to pay saying I was staying only until 6PM. That was OK. I was not told the room had to A/C as I perhaps would have changed rooms.
