- Shui ping (6/5): 一般 - 工作人员亦服务态度很不错，步行去狸小路挺方便。如果自駕遊的話，要預早同酒店預約車位，高身大車只可以泊open air (酒店旁邊只有4個車位¥1500），細車可泊multi-storey type(¥900). 因為租車公司免費升級車型由細型變大型，酒店open air 車位滿了，要自己在酒店附近自行找car park,最後找到車位，亦都要步行10分鐘再回到酒店！另外不是太近地下車站 ，有多行李又是冬天有雪的時候，不太方便！早餐可以不用選在酒店食！

- Mikkel Degn (4/5): Cold lobby and bad air in the room - The climate in the room was super bad. Couldn’t open the window and there were no circulation on in the room. I turned on the aircon and it made it a bit better but then it started increasing the temperature. It was locked so that I couldn’t turn it down to cool the room. Both before and after my stay I had to wait in the lobby and it was freezing cold. Breakfast was only Japanese - rise, fish and soup for breakfast. Fair enough but not my cup of tea.

- Darryl (8/5): - Staying 2 nights in this hotel and the location is very convenience and strategically located nearby to Susukino, about 15 min by foot. There is a Lawson just right in front of the main entrance and also there is a famous ramen shop on the opposite side of the building. Room was clean, however, there will be no cleaning services if your stay is longer than 2 nights. Overall, I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Sapporo.

- Tristan (8/5): - Typical hotel. Everything is good, functional, no real complaints. The overall appearance is a little outdated, but again the rooms are good. Breakfast on the second floor is great with a different dish each morning. The restaurant on the first floor/lobby area has good lunch and dinner options. Reasonable walking distance to Susukino Street and surrounding downtown area. Has a Lawson store across the street. Has a great ramen place also across the street on the other side of the hotel. Overall a good hotel in a great location.
- TAKEYUKI (6/5): - 部屋は思った以上に広く、清掃も概ね行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 アメニティは歯ブラシのみで化粧水や綿棒等は環境に配慮するため必要であれば購入する形をとっていました。 このことを今回知らずに宿泊したので事前にホテルの詳細ページ等に記載していただけていたら嬉しかったです。 清掃もほぼ行き届いていましたが、お風呂の水の排水が追いつかずトイレ側の床にあふれ出て来てしまうことがあったのでそこは改善していただけたらと思います。

- あや (10/5): - 料金から期待していたよりも部屋が広く、特にベッドと机はかなり大きくてすごく良かったです。 チェックイン時、予定が押してしまい日付を越えてしまいましたが何の問題もなく、親切・スムーズにチェックインできて良かったです。 チェックイン前に荷物を預かってくれたことも助かりました。 フロントや出入りが深夜や朝でも対応してもらえるのも嬉しかったです。また雰囲気も柔らかく、本当に印象が良かったです。 洗面所やバスは設備の古さを若干感じましたが、清潔感があり、料金を鑑みると全く問題を感じないレベルです。 シャンプー、トリートメント、ドライヤーなども問題なく使えました。 Wi-Fiも電波が悪くなったりということはありませんでした。 駅からはすぐ横というわけではないですが、すすきの駅、豊水すすきの駅からは数分かつ直線のみで道がわかりやすく、また札幌駅からでも十分に徒歩で歩ける距離でしたし、目の前にコンビニもあり、便利だと思いました。 また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。

- Nina (4/5): - I paid 1/2 the price to stay in a newer, cleaner and modern hotels during my 2weeks vacation and they included breakfast, a gym and a free onsen to use. This hotel seems to charge for any extras, yet already costs double the price. The room was spacious but it needs to be updated and in the bathroom the very old style of faucet kept creaking when you turned on the water and the bathtub where you put the soap was in need of repair. Also the elevator would close after 3 seconds. This was a disappointing stay for me. The bright side was that there was a popular Ramen restaurant across the street.
- ALONZO (10/5): - This is a great hotel, a 15 minute walk from Odori Park and the Tanukikoji Shopping Streets. It's quiet and has spacious rooms with excellent dining options within a 7 minute walk in any direction. If you go during the winter festival you dont have to worry about going to far as it's up the street from the property. Overall an excellent choice and highly recommended.

Reasonable tasty Japanese style breakfast need reservation on day before. Very specious room. Convenient store locates in front of the hotel, so you may enjoy the stay in Sapporo area.
- Ayako (10/5): - This is the best hotel in this neighborhood. Staffs are well trained, Japanese previous Emperor and Empress used to stay there. So many restaurants and a fancy cafe is available in the hotel. Just 5 minutes from JR Hakodate station by taxi, one meter. We will be back the hotel next year.

- Zea (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay very much! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was surprisingly spacious and well-equipped. I appreciated that they had the hide-a-bed already set up for us since we had four people in our room. The "double" beds were very small, but since one of our kids is only 9, we were able to make it work. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable enough and we enjoyed the thick comforters. The location was a little far from the main shopping area, but that meant it was quite, and we didn't mid walking the extra couple of blocks. Having a Lawson across the street was very handy and the ramen place next door was incredible (worth the 1 1/2 hour wait in line)! Overall a great visit...I would stay here again on our next trip to Sapporo!

One thing I don't like is that the staff could throw away my personal belongings by mistake. The hotel's location is also a little bit far away from the center area and train stations.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Mr. - The service is very bad. Especially for those 2 ladies can speed Chinese.
- Keith (8/5): - Breakfast were nice, japanese style food.was great. Room was clean, could heir the neighbours , though walls sometimes, but not too bad, bath was nice, good hotwater etc

- Joshua (6/5): - The hotel was easy to get to and within walking distance of the subway. Main lobby was clean and the staff were helpful. Most speak English well enough to assist, if that is a concern.
- Jeff (8/5): - It’s good value for money - the size surpasses the average hotel room size in Japan. It’s next door to Lawson which is convenient. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Susukino area though so lots of walking to public transport. The bathroom has a persistent smell so a bit more cleaning is required. The staff are impeccable, great service. Overall a great stay. By taxi to/fro JR Sapporo station is about $15 to $20 so not too bad.
- LeeWilliam (8/5): - It is near to our famous Shigen ramen shop and 10 min walk away from Tanouki Street.
- LJY (8/5): - Spacious room, quite clean on the floor but can see dust on the table may be not clean properly. Opposite got Lawson and famous Ramen shop, very convenient. Extra pillow have to take yourself from the rack nearby the lobby, is first come first serve basis.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was dirty and we found a spiderweb near the fridge. Many spots in the room were dusty. However, there is a lady at the reception that speaks Chinese and English, and she was helpful in giving us guidances and helping us to book taxis.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - great stay, simple but get what a hotel has. It also offer hot spring which is around 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
