- Gisela (7/5): -
- Val (4/5): - The location and the kitchenette The room was quite cold at night and we had a rodent in our room. Yes they changed our room but no other compensation was received.
- Graham (10/5): We were very happy with the Super 8 Motel - The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided many choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nil
- Sava (8/5): Served my purposes exactly - Good location
- meagan (3/5): -
- William (6/5): I do not think I will be staying at this hotel in future - The hotel was very noisy and the air conditioning was too noisy to have on while trying to sleep
- Erika (10/5): - Great location. Chill atmosphere
- Alex (3/5): - Peeling paint no shower curtain bad ac
- Sharon (3/5): - When I checked in the room was not ready and I was asked to come back in 1/2 hour. I arrived after 3PM so found this unusual.,
- Milt (4/5): - The beds were old any hard!
- Richard (8/5): -
- Brandi (3/5): - The location was great and there was lots of parking. The room was dirty it could use a really good deep clean. The bathroom door didn’t close properly and I didn’t want to force it. There was blood on the wall in the main living area. The staff was never there at the front desk to communicate with(The three times we tried anyways) and the bed was so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep the first night. An inside mat would have been nice since it was snowing upon arrival we left our shoes outside when we arrived. I know it’s not AC weather but that unit really needs to be cleaned even just a 10 minute clean would do it wonders.
- Mary (5/5): -
- carmela (7/5): - Abbastanza buono
- Theresa (8/5): - Clean and quiet! Served my purpose of sleeping over enroute to visit family.
- Mandair (4/5): - Under staffed ..home quality door locks ..easy to be picked or broken..late check in time at 3 ..early check out at 11...staff appeared over worked and too much multi tasking.. Customer service was found below the average standard
- David & Louise (8/5): Enjoyed staying at Imperial motel and people were helpful. - Friendly people One of the beds was sagging in the middle. Second bed was comfortable.
- Susan (6/5): - Staff was kind.Room was clean. Newer deep tub was nice and shiny. Cost was lower than some.
Furniture very rundown , outdated or cheap. Very bare bones. No water glasses, no hair conditioner. There were 2 adults and only one mini shampoo bottle.
The freezer section of fridge was grown over with ice and I couldn’t put ice packs inside. The upper walkway to suites was dirty with evidence of spilled drinks mixed with dirt.00
- David (7/5): -
- Ronald (6/5): - Check in was fast and efficient. While the bedding was fresh and updated the room itself was tired and sad. We could hear the conversation from people in the next room. Traffic noise was not an issue. For a one night stay it was okay.
- Sharyn (1/5): - the staff was nice The ceiling had water damage and looked really unpleasant, the bed was terrible the mattress was so old that it gave us a sore back
- Artymowski (5/5): Clean and good for rest stop. - Price was okay and it is close to the highway. Also it is close to many stores and eating spots. The room was very warm(hot) till we opened the windows for 1/2 hour. Then we closed the windows and the air conditioning took over.
- Peter (2/5): - Glasses in cupboard were unwashed; mugs had coffee rings inside. Had to wipe up a water spill on floor and the white rag came up black with filth. Shower rod fell down when curtain was drawn; Fridge in closet blocked access to a sagging string drawn one might use to hang clothes had there been any hangers. Pillows were good, bed hard as a rock. Desk clerk was pleasant.
- Kristin (8/5): -
- Wendy (5/5): Gets the job done - just an overnight stop - Price Bare bones room
- Jim (5/5): It was cheap. It delivered on that at every level. We did get value for money. - Breakfast- N/A.
Location- easy to find Property looked tired. There were easy maintenance items not attended to. By fixing the trim at the top of the stairs and at the entrance to our room the whole experience would have been lifted.
- Sharon (3/5): - You get what you pay for, Baseboards and window ledges were full of gross stuff. We added an additional lock to our door and left first thing in the morning. The shower pressure was good.
- William (4/5): - First room smelled like some one was smoking cigarettes all night and sink was plugged. Then next room better but the beds are spring mattress.
- Mark (3/5): Poor all around. - n/a Had no working airconditioning in first room. Ice buckets but no ice. Moved me to a room with beds that sagged so much much and could feel bed springs in my back. Front staff didn't seem to know what to do about lack of AC.
- Debra (8/5): Clean, quiet, accommodating staff - Clean and quiet
- Beth (7/5): Easy check in after booking online. - No Kuerig. Just a regular coffee pot.
- Carol (7/5): -
- Jim (6/5): - The floor had like a sand layer that made your feet dirty just walking to the bathroom
- Pat (4/5): - No pop or ice - even pay machine not available. Bathroom fan exposed. Not even a table light. No guest book w appropriate instructions on AC etc - not recommend
- Darrelle (4/5): - Killed two roaches within the first five minutes of getting into our suite
- Robert Walters (7/5): - n/a
- D (10/5): - The property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We had a nice stay.

- Morgan (10/5): - Very clean hotel.
Close to restaurants.
Staff was very freindly.
Will be staying again in the future.
- Roger (2/5): - Room was very dated but we thought it will be fine for one night. We went to the lake and returned at 930pm, when we got into bed after 10 pm the bed was infested with bugs, we went to the office but it was closed, we left at 1015pm and had to go to another hotel. Definitely do not recommend, stay away!
- Caroline (7/5): It was comfortable and easy to walk to downtown area. - The location and a sense of safety. It was clean. The room was dark with little air circulation.
- Husain (8/5): - I liked the property as it is located in a very prime location where most of the basic necessity stuffs are very close.
- Kelly (8/5): - It was great for what it was. A one night stay. It was convienently located in terms of amenities and restaurants. Check out the Visitor Information Center as it provides ideas of what to do and see while there.
- Margot (6/5): - Good…clean.
- Dana (6/5): - It’s an older motel, could use some upgrades. But…room was clean and the bed was kinda comfortable 😉
- Lori (6/5): Pleasant -
- Floyd (8/5): Very good -
- GREG (2/5): - -CURTAINS TOO SMALL FOR WINDOW
-AIR CONDITIONING BROKEN
-BATHROOM SINK CRACKED
-DIRTY FLOOR
-BEDS WERE LIKE LAYING ON PLANKS
-NO TABLE LAMPS FOR READING AT BEDSIDE
-HOLES PUNCHED IN DRYWALL
- DAN (4/5): - Room was fairly clean, outside the doors are very dirty and paint is peeling everywhere. Must of had a bunch of workers staying there as their boot and gear were stored outside of their rooms which made the place look even more dirty
- J.B.K. (8/5): - Nice stay in a comfortable room.
- Farhan (10/5): - Loved it
- Bob (8/5): Comfortable and affordable. - Great location close to fast food. Good price. Easy registration. Room was quite large, and very quiet for being so close to the highway. Could us a bit of maintenance- tub drained very slowly. Missing cover on GFCI outlet in bathroom.
- Ken (7/5): I would stay there again for a short stay. - Proximity to down town , easy access to my room from parking lot and it was quiet.
- larry (4/5): - Noice traveled easy into room which unfortunately was a big factor as there was a party going on
- Graff (9/5): Superb -
- Conciousness (7/5): A good experience - Did not receive breakfast Everything was fine
- Menhinick (6/5): Pleasant - Last room we had was alot nicer . The room ...bad smell ..not clean as it should be. Poor lighting .
- Pam (9/5): Superb - There was no breakfast, but I had my own. Would prefer electric kettle over coffee maker, but I made coffee using the microwave.
Everything else was good, as rated above.

- Leanne (6/5): Cute place - The room.was clean and comfortable. It was cold in the room upon arriving but warmed up once I turned on the heat. Could hear the people.above me and they were loud all night. I was awoken 3 or 4 times during the night.
- Alicia (10/5): - Clean and convenient. Could use a bigger parking lot
- Dave (6/5): - Nice to have the options of a full size stove and fridge.
- Victoria (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jam24959 (8/5): Very good -
- Barbara (6/5): - This is a basic room with all necessary amenities. The room is spacious, very clean and mattress is comfortable for one night stand.
Kitchen amenities are very basic. The microwave in our room had broken door and bathroom silicone had moldy patches. Overly, I would recommend this motel for passing by travellers.
- Richard (7/5): Basic, economical, adequate stay. - The price, the location and it contained everything we needed. The structure was a bit worn out with some sagging bathroom ceiling tiles and thin blankets.
- Edwin (6/5): Clean and comfortable - No breakfast Had to ask to have a smoke alarm installed
Regular lock on door ,no deadbolt or safety chain
Door between us next door not locked.
- Kai (7/5): Good -
- Blomme (1/5): Cold Dirty Motel, worst motel ever. Spend the extra $20 and go to super 8 or literally anywhere else - Room walls had dirty fingerprints everywhere. the bathroom sink had nasty brown spoltches that were easily swiped off but clearly hadn't been by staff. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been wiped down in months. Room was cold when we arrived, and only half the baseboard heaters worked so we were cold all night. There was also no hot water. Worst place I have ever stayed in in all my years of traveling and going to cheaper motels they also upgraded our room and made us pay more without telling us.
- John (8/5): Quiet and walking distance to stores - 1/2 block from Tim Hortons
- Liam (10/5): - Staff was extremely friendly and was able to assist with requests.
- Ron (3/5): Not very nice or comfortable - No hot water, tv was broken, said online it was renovated? Hah!! Beds were horrible! Heat didn’t work in one room, was not comfortable overall
- Shelly (8/5): Very good - Great value for money
- Casey (6/5): - Fine place to spend a night. It’s loud on the ceiling if you’re on the bottom floor though.
- Oscar (7/5): Good - location was great. beds were comfortable floors were not swept..we were able to feel dirt on floor when we walked around in the room. our towels were not changed for us
- Fabien (4/5): Ithing I don't have to my answer said it all - First there where no smoke detectors and the beds where the worst the mattress saged it felt like it was swallowing me up
- Marilyn (10/5): - Ok
- Wendy (10/5): Very friendly staff - Nice clean little hotel with good value for the dollar a little dated in areas but price reflects that
- Courtenay (6/5): Pleasant -
- Leslie (8/5): Very good - No Brrakfast!!
- Conceicao (8/5): - The property needs to have updates but the cost per might was reasonable.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - The room was bigger than I expected, vary clean. Comfortable.
- Sharon (6/5): Pleasant -
- Verna (8/5): - our stay was good, the room was clean and comfortable

- David (9/5): Superb -
- Victor (8/5): Staff was helpful - Stores and restaurants are close by no continental breakfast
- Pickleen (8/5): Perfect location, sufficient for our needs. - 2 beds, nice little kitchenette area Like most every place we have stayed while travelling back and forth to move, the air conditioners need to be cleaned.
