- Ogundipe (8/5): Good - Breakfast was fair, as the quantity wasn't meant for an adult but a 3yr old baby. Reservations should be honoured. I reserved two rooms and still called a day before arrival to confirm. On getting to the hotel, the second room had been given out. The receptionist then asked me to pay for a higher level of room @ walk-in rate, which i declined and asked to see the manager. Manager wasn't around but another lady was called in and she did well by giving me the higher level of room for same price I had earlier booked online. Kudos to her

The location worked well for me as I arrived late from the airport and was heading to Abeokuta the next morning, so I didn't have to suffer Lagos traffic. Breakfast was very small, but that's quite standard in Nigeria

- Kristen (8/5): Overall the stay was nice, the manager was great and we were pleased with our Stay, I would return - Gated , nice , friendly staff that were quick to provide you with what you needed and accommodating The beds were firm and the rooms were a bit on the smaller side , and they called our room at 7:30 to see if we wanted breakfast and this is usually requested by the guest . The call woke us up.

However, after that, the air conditioner stopped cooling as it should, leaving me to sleep in uncomfortable heat. In addition, the internet connection began fluctuating, going off and on frequently. None of these issues occurred during the first week.”

- RK (9/5): Value for money - CROWNEDGE HOTELS of my best stays ever. The dedication to the guest is unlike no other hotel I have stayed in Ikeja Lagos, I had better service here than top Hotels in Lagos, that cost double the price. No request was too much, and I really asked a lot. The lovely people here were both kind and personal yet gave just the perfect amount of personal space in a very professional way. A minor issue was resolved masterfully, leaving me very happy. As for the room, the bed was fantastic; not too hard, while not being overly soft. Both breakfast and room service was magnificent, Very caring Staff, Especially Ms. Enwerem Lilian Chinwendu (Manager- Front office), Mr. Mathiah (House keeping) and Mr. Precious, When you drop-in here you should definitely meet these guys. I am pleased with the service received from Mr. Daniel Assohohoto (General Manager) He is an Outstanding guy, he is so caring & kind to check if everything is going fine from the time i checked-in till check-out, Meet this guy for sure, This will be my go-to hotel in Lagos. Absolutely would recommend a 5*** Need to Improve food (Varieties), Gates of society gets closed by 8pm, rest is Good. Main roads are just a few meters. i stayed in this hotel between 5th July till 14th July

- Okpochini (1/5): Lack maintenance - Nothing I had a very disappointing 2 day stay at Crownedge Hotel. The experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The bedsheets were extremely dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. It was clear that the rooms lacked proper maintenance from broken fixtures to a general sense of neglect. I expected a basic level of comfort and hygiene, but unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that standard. I would not recommend staying here.

It needs fixing or replacing If my wish were to be met. I would wish the relocation of the Hotel. Facilities are good. My first impression was of an insecure environment. Because of the people around. Owing to where I came from. Jos. I always feel insecure around Hausa community.

The bidet in the toilet works really well 😊☺️🤝🏾💯 After 8pm the main get to the estate of the hotel is closed, so you'll need to go around to get to the front gate to the hotel building. Guests of 2 can only share 1 towel. No soap for showering. The food/dinner was late. The meat for the rice was too chewy. The cost for the basic Nigeria meal is too much (31k for 2 plates of white rice, 8 pieces of plantain each, 1 cracker fish, & 2 big table water) No The receptionist forgot to bring up 2 toothpicks as requested.
